Just a little Twst hot take b/c I'm bored.

I genuinely don't understand why people hate Neige so much? Like, he's not a bad person or character, and he seems really sweet and kind. He's always been nice to Vil when they work together, and I don't think he has a bad bone in his body.

Vil hates Neige because Neige is always getting lead roles and is seen as the nice one compared to Vil's more villainous roles/appearance, but I don't think that's Neige's fault. If people really want to be mad at someone, they should be mad at the people who put Vil in those positions as a kid. Neige shouldn't be blamed for something he can't really control.

As for the competition in chapter 5, Neige can't really be blamed for that either. He sang a song and did a dance like he was instructed. Yes, it might not have been as impressive or difficult as NRC, but it's still not his fault that he won. The audience decided that he would win because they voted for him. If you wanna be mad at Neige for winning, be mad at the voters. Hell, you should be more mad at Rook since he went against his team and voted for RSA instead.

I'm just tired of seeing people needlessly hating on Neige when he literally did nothing wrong. He's a lovely character who is severally overly hated by the fandom when there is not a single reason to hate him. Of course, his type of character isn't for everyone, and it's understandable if someone just isn't into his character, but that is still no reason to be so hateful.

I imagined that while escaping, after Jamil rescued them with the magic carpet, Ace and Deuce nearly, ahem, nearly falling down the carpet due to raging wind lmao, so yea 😂

So Tsutomu saved them by using his yo-yo by extending its string/thread to 100 meters (of course by magic~) as menacing Overblot Vil chasing them :)

Man I started the 2nd part of book 5 and it felt personal when Vil started bringing up diet's it reminded me of the people who ended up making me bulimic back when I was in middle school and how I'm now as a result to this day unhealthy under weight I'm doing better now though but it brought back some unwanted memories

Honestly, I'm glade your doing better now!

For me it kinda got to me too since, I had a lot of difficult times back in middle school with my body and the way it looks. I'm better now since I no longer igaf. But I feel like that could trigger a few people that, did have a situation when they were younger with stuff like that.

I understand why he did the diet but, he kinda just sprung it on them so quick. That's my problem with it since they are use to eating what they want so I feel like he could at least give them like idk 5 days to ease them into the diet. I also like how he didn't force us to do the diet and made us not eat the junk food infront of the guys since it would hurt them too.

If I was truly there I would have to get away from the conversation. And when he called us rats and also dirty kinda threw me off.

Vil outfit design inspired by high fashion and chapter 5 Overblot design

Vil’s Overblot design reminds me a lot of a nuns habit so I wanted to bring in some recognizable themes such as candles, rosaries , gold detailing and such . For the face droplet mascara and tears meant to mirror crying Mary statues and such .

All this to say I wanted to design something based on these elements and while also being distinctly connected to vil.

I think it’s really interesting that Vil’s Overblot design is so reminiscent of nuns . The juxtaposition of vil who in the spotlight who is well known for his beauty , believing himself to be ugly , is dressed in what is considered to be “modest “ clothing covering himself from view .

Vil is an extremely interesting character coupled with his ob design being my favorite i love this part of his design .

It’s been a while since I’ve drawn vil and I missed it
