I did this once before, but I suppose I have to do it again. It’s hard to come up with more, but I’m going to try.

1. I’m really smart! And I love how much I love the things I love learning about, lol. I just really love learning in general.

2. I have good hair (I think this is like the only body-related one I’m comfortable saying bc I don’t like focusing on that so much, but I’ll go with it. I’ve always gotten a lot of hair compliments).

3. I’m good at getting people together for fun or collaboration. Always been a bit of a planner/arranger in that way.

4. Can memorize things at lightning speed. Song lyrics, scientific names, formulas, facts, etc.

5. I’ve been told many times that I’m introspective and insightful/good at examining my own thoughts and behavior and figuring out what they mean/how I can adjust them

I don’t know if i have shared this snippet here or not but we are definitely taking a look at eddie’s psyche in this beast of a fic (that’s kinda the whole premise) but yeah this is one aspect that i think is severely unexplored

somewhere between the end of the party, fighting with shannon in hushed tones while christopher sleeps down the hall, and crawling into bed, a voice questions if they would be better off without him. he swallows past it thickley and stares up at the ceiling in the dark.

somehow he falls asleep.

he forgets he heard it when he wakes up to 5 words on a scrap of paper.

it haunts him the first time his mother suggests that he give them christopher, and every time after.

hey you may know all this but- for tmj try filling a tube sock with rice and heating it in the microwave. then use as hot compress

also learning jaw acupressure points and pressing each firmly for 30 seconds is instantly helpful (plus jaw stretches)

tmj is horrifyingly painful im sorry you have it... like an ice pick to the ear :/ like ive ruptured an eardrum and that hurt less than my tmj

ibuprofen every 6 hrs for a few days (even if it stops hurting) can also help break the inflammation cycle if thats safe for you

I appreciate this ty !! I def need to like massage and stretch it regularly... and yeah it feels exactly like someone is stabbing u in the ear it's so bad literally in my top 3 most painful experiences

💞: What's the most important part of a story for you? The plot, the characters, the worldbuilding, the technical stuff (grammar etc.), the figurative language? The characters, for sure, since I develop brainrot about very specific characters and get the overwhelming urge to put them in Situations™️. Technical stuff comes in second, and it kills me every time I have to go back and edit mistakes I missed during proofreading (which I have to do a lot) lmao.

🍭: Why did you start writing? In general, I was just a lonely kid and started journaling when I was about 12. I need to get back in the habit fr. If we're talking about fanfic, I started because I became fascinated by certain characters and how they could be explored even further. It's why I started writing for Fire Emblem—cool characters, not very convoluted plots, plenty of unexplored territory in regards to both the people and the settings. It's why I've also recently gotten into Dead by Daylight. I love the limited lore and unknowns and ways things can be interpreted in regards to the universe/characters. I play best in messy sandboxes rather than well-constructed playgrounds.

🎀: Give yourself a compliment about your own writing. As long as I can pseudo-insult myself first! I accidentally use alliteration a lot and I worry it might distract readers—not Maria Dahvana Headly distracting lol, but the fear's there. I just do it without even thinking. Compliment wise, I think my dialogue is pretty good on average. It's my favorite thing to write. I'd also like to think I can do a decent job at balancing humor with the more serious shit.
