First of all, just to get out of the way, THIS MAN IS OBLIVIOUS!!!!, Autism be damned my boy can pull without even telling!!!!!

No but in all seriousness he is oblivious to your obvious longing for him.

Everyone can see you giving him shy longing stares only for him to be ranting about his latest invention. Not only would he not be able to tell but he’d always think your just being nice!

Of course he��s crushing hard behind his bedroom door to his little eggs. Happily stating and going on rambles of how gorgeous you looked today. He’d state everything! From the new hair style you tried to the new piece of clothing you bought and wore. When I mean he notices everything I mean it, but for some reason he can’t pick up on your obvious love for him.

The way he could stare in your eye as you tell him he looks breathtaking and still think you mean it just to be nice is astonishing. OF COURSE HES BLUSHING AND KICKING HIS TAIL, but he can’t bring himself to think you like him anymore than just friends!

He’d go to his egg boys and sadly rant on how you’ll only see him as friend. And the egg boys all share one Brain cell so they can’t tell you like him aswell!, maybe they might accidentally spill, or almost spill the secret of him liking you but he quickly knocks them away before you can make sense of what their saying.

All the residents watch as you do your best to drop hints only for him to complete miss it. Even angel cringes as he watches him completely be oblivious to the obvious flirting, it’s take Charlie and Vaggie to stop him from pointing out the obvious.

Husk almost always gives Sir Pentious as gaze of just utter confusion and tiredness.

He’d gladly take flowers from you that you gifted him and take care of it for weeks on end without realizing the romantic gesture!

Alastor, as always finds it humorous, although he usually doesn’t indulge himself in romantic like things he’s find it hilarious. “Even with three eyes he still can’t see the obvious! Ha!”

Charlie tries to help to the best of her ability to help guid him the right direction but it’s just end up with him more confused. Vaggie just face slaps internally,

honestly the whole crew wasn’t having high hopes for him as dim as that is. , look! He ain’t bad looking, but not many people would prefer his clumsy self, so they were honestly hoping he’d figure it out before you possibly moved on.

Even when your upset at the obvious frustrating situation he’s still be confused while trying to do his best to comfort you.

“Well I think the man isss clearly as dumb as a rock!”

It took you starring dead in his eyes for him to question if you were alright. Before you stated it was him

The way he just stood staring at you in pure disbelief, before snapping out of it and embarrassed as his previous words. But after the said embarrassment he’s full with giddy, why of course you love him!, he’s the great sir pentious!

Yea his embarrassment would quickly turn into pride, considering he got someone as beautiful as you to fall for him.

Definition of a clumsy gentlemen, he’d open doors so fast it’d smack him in the face, or pull when it’s a push door and be confused why it’s not opening.(´ω｀💧)

He’s just a silly lil guy! (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)

I feel like the crew in the hotel would be relief to find he finally figured out.

At the end of the night he’s squealing like a high school girl as he rambles to his egg boys about you in a new light!.

He’s gift you small little trinkets or happily spend hours with you talking!

He’s as lovesick as your are! He’s just a bit dense when it comes to accepting the fact you love.

It’s like the roles switched! Now he’s daydreaming-ly staring at you happy to have you as his, and him a yours.

Like I’ve said before! He’s a total drama queen, he can’t help it!, deny him a kiss teasingly? He’s crumbling down to the ground and holding his chest as if he just had a heart attack! (¬_¬)

He’s not at all secretive of his love for you, even if he wants to, to keep his image “professional”, he just can’t help and dote on you!

overall he’s a big dote and softy even if he tries to hide it, loves you with his whole being! ( ˘ω˘ ) He can a be a bit over the top sometimes but you’ll come to accept it! And hey who wouldn’t want a silly snake demons who’s tripping over their tail for you. Yea you got him in and over his head but he wouldn’t have it any other way. The roles have truly reversed(≖ᴗ≖✿)

no because I’m back on my bullshit about accidental sugar daddy!Price where he first runs into you at the café, one of the jobs where you’re working to make ends meet (exorbitant rent and a crippling school tuition mean a paycheck-to-paycheck life) and he’s kind of this intimidating, hulking figure (had a bad day too, probably, so he’s got a sour look on his face) who’s just come in for tea and of course; of course – you’re the one who’s tasked with making his order but now have to be the one to tell him that contrary to what the cashier rang him up for, there actually isn’t anymore earl grey

so he just says to give him whatever you think is best, which is even worse of an ordeal than the fact that you’d run out of his original order, because you’re not sure how to fulfill that request without pissing him off; and then you’re nervously waiting for his reaction as he looks like the type of bloke that would have something to say about it, so lo-and-behold, he stalks over and your palms are clammy because you might get chewed out in front of all your coworkers and the other customers but he just directly hands you a ridiculously unproportional tip to the cheap cup of tea he’d gotten with a ‘thank you’ and an utterly endearing smile that makes his face seem a hundred times warmer than when he’d first come in

and then he shows up again the next day, asking for the same drink that you’d made for him – does this like clockwork, same time every day to the point where you make the drink the moment he arrives so he doesn’t have to wait in the queue; and the tips are still ridiculous, forking over a £20 note because he’s good for it and money is money so who are you to argue with him

but then you lose your other job and have to pick up more shifts at the café, to which he finds out when he comes on a day he doesn’t know you’re working and you’re honest with him about the fact that you’ve got a 6-figure debt for medical school so after your shift, he has a talk with you, pulls out his wallet from his back pocket and offers you like £500 in notes (if it’s going to a good cause, why not – he lives alone, more money than he knows what to do with aside from sinking it into bottles of Macallan and spending it on Villa Claras) thinking that it’ll help but it’s preposterous

and he’s just like, we’ll consider it an advancement in tips for the foreseeable future and you refuse to take it but Price just says fine you can pay him back but there’s no deadline for it; and at that point your pride goes out the window because you’ve got a late rent notice waiting on your kitchen counter and you can’t afford to not take it

so eventually this thing comes to fruition where he’s funding your tuition and living expenses/bills (probably makes a joke somewhere in there about you being his doctor one day), and he’s not expecting anything in return but you feel obligated to do something because he’s the sole reason you’re not a med student bumming it out on the streets and then after months of friendship development it finally gets spicy~

Ok! A follow-up headcanon to my pre/earlyklok headcacon: SNAKES 'N' BARRELS

Pickles was recruited after filling in for the vocalist and guitarist for a Cheap Trick cover band. Initially, the execs were just going to use his vocals for the albums and have someone else be the face on SnB since he was just a kid – but Pickles did turn 17 not long after and turns out he's kind of a musical genius.

So the guys took him in, showed him the good life – as well as the bad. Pickles had already been exposed to some rough things on the streets, and the SnB guys are the ones who really got him onto hard drugs. And the more Pickles grew into his role as frontman, and grew increasingly stressed with the constant touring, recording, *and* seeing that the guys just did as they were told but didn't really work at the music like he did – it got really bad. And with no one to quell his habits, Pickles became just as much of an addict as the others. He was just functional enough to perform.

But there were some good points, like getting to meet all kinds of other celebrities and do some collabs and features, like the one with Shayla Puss. With glam rock dying off, SnB had started to display a darker image and a heavier sound to match their heavier lyrics – the philosophy of which Pickles would take with him when the band fell apart.

It was during this time in the late 80s - early 90s that he drifted around and remade himself, giving up the svelte twink look for someone a bit harder for the growing hard rock, metal, thrash and grunge scene. He met Magnus during this time as they were at similar points in their careers, and we all know what happened after that.

A lot of his loneliness came back even after Dethklok got big when it started to feel the same – he had literally everything, but also nothing at all. This desire to feel on top of his game and in control of something was part of his driving factor behind doing the SnB reunion, which, of course, was a disaster. Again, he had to carry the whole project, which is why he tried to sue for the name, because it's his band.

Except legally, it isn't. Those bad contracts he made as a kid who didn't know any better came back to bite him, so especially after the stint with Rikki Kixx, SnB is in legal hell and possibly indefinite hiatus, as much as Pickles would still like to continue it with fresh talent.

I personally have SnB's active years from 1985-1989, to overlap a bit with the rise of Guns N Roses, and also mirror the time of the latter band's most active and chaotic years.

Aside from the BE2 mischaracterisation, do you have any other fanon Jumin pet peeves?

Sure do lol, I want to preface though by saying that I don't think any particular characteristic is wrong or out of place all of the time. He can act any which way if it's for a reason and he can do things he otherwise wouldn't if a specific situation calls for him to. Sure he wouldn't fucking say that usually but he might if he was stuck and you can definitely explore that! Even his route itself is an example of him being pushed to his limit and acting in a way he usually wouldn't, and both he and his friends point that out frequently. This to say that me saying I don't like it when people interpret him as xyz doesn't mean him being written that way is inherently bad, so don't let me discourage you from writing. Anyway!

I think I've mentioned most of this at some point or another, and honestly I feel like a lot of his most common mischaracterisations do stem from the same place BE2 comes from. Any part of him being incredibly domineering or overly possessive, making big decisions without consulting MC, trying to limit who she talks to, being suspicious of her, etc. On the contrary he is very much at her beck and call. Her happiness is his. He's not going to be immediately perfect but being protective does not inherently mean being controlling and I think it's a fine line that people can trip over very easily.

Kind of continuing from that, I dislike it when people think he's too demanding on a professional level. It's often to the point of people calling him abusive, and while I can't deny that he's strict and impersonal and often a bit oblivious to larger structures at play, on the whole he's respectful of the people that work for him and genuinely values their contributions to the workplace. He wants everything done to the highest possible standard and I understand it can at times have negative repercussions, but he's not just an unreasonable dick who gets off on the power imbalance.

I'm also really not a fan of people believing him to be overly traditional i.e. the very socially conservative, strict gender roles, no sex before marriage, children must attend church type. It just doesn't make sense. It's taking smaller aspects of his character or things he says out of context and blowing them out of proportion—into something they're simply... not? Even the things he does say directly (eg. not living together before marriage) could be swayed easily under the influence of his fiancée.

Sure he likes things done efficiently in a way he knows works, but he is both very knowledgable and repeatedly shown to be very open to learning. He's curious and asks questions and will try and understand things to the best of his ability, even when they're entirely unimportant. If he's made aware of his ignorance he will not continue to push it (unless you're Zen, maybe). Jumin is not stubborn if he has no reason to be! He is very much pliable. You can tell him off and he'll listen. He wants to hear your side of things. He likes it when people disagree with him; a fan of some healthy debate, if you will. And he is not!! selfish!! So much of what he does is for others. He very rarely puts himself first. He's trusting and beyond loyal and goes out of his way to make sure his influence/knowledge/money are used for good the minute he deems it necessary to help those around him.

It annoys me when people act as if he's clueless and sort of just sits back and lets his status do the work for him. There seems to be this narrative of him being foolish and relying on others to get him by but that is absolutely the opposite of what he's really like. His intelligence and resourcefulness are not just a façade created by his disposition or the way he was brought up. He tells MC himself that his father wouldn't have put so much trust in him if he wasn't capable of handling it. He really wants her to believe in him because he's used to people wrongly assuming. It's not like he's just the heir and has little to no role, or even that he only oversees a department or two. He has a VERY high position in the company and easily excels at it. Jaehee herself (who people tend to see as the overworked one) admits that Jumin works significantly more than she does. He's the director of a global conglomerate in his twenties and takes it in his stride.

Last but not least he is far from unemotional. He's just good at detaching himself from his feelings and viewing them objectively. It does not!!! mean he does not feel or he does not care 💜

After YEARS of not even a single demon upon billions below in the forsaken place called hell could make a DENT in the empire he built. But then you came along! With all your Gezmos and trinkets! (He refuses to call them anything other then that)

He is insecure, no matter how much he puts a face on about not having a fear in the world. He dose, he’s terrified of being replaced or knocked off the top!

The first time you released something after he did he merely laughed. You? A small tiny little business? What idiot would do that!? Your product was most definitely gonna be looked over!

Or that is what he thought at first (ಡ‸ಡ)…

Soon he realized how quick your growth to fame was. And honestly had a melt down, who even were you?!

He makes back handed complements on his TV show like for example “and on recent news a new technology has been released by *insert your name/company name*, looks a bit cheap but it’s okay for their first time!”

Yea expect those a lot…

He’s use to company’s butting heads with him, but he always squashed them in under a day! If not less!, so he was bewildered when you just kept popping up everywhere. He doesn’t even know how. half of the channels in hell are owned or under his name! Or at least played on HIS tvs!.

And when he released a product only for the next day for it to get a bit over shadowed by yours he loses it. He immediately thinks your doing this on purpose, he thinks your doing this as a means to get his attention.

Will never admit it but he bought one just to break it outta rage but after a bit he understood the hype, will take this to his second death bed.

He’s never had a good look at you before maybe a small invention or gala for some of the highest company owners in hell. And let me tell you when this man saw you he was shocked, it took velvet to snap her fingers for him to get out of his trans-like-state. He’s more embarrassed then he’s ever been, not only are your products prove to be a good runner up to his but you were making min lose his breath.

He didn’t wanna believe at first before velvet confirmed it to him.

And may i say, the minute you glanced at him and gave him a charming smile while waving your hand at him with a small glint of pride in your eyes, he actually had a system crashed screen as his whole system rebooted.

It wouldn’t be long till you made your way over to him trying to introduce yourself(•̀ᴗ•́)و

Honestly he couldn’t think straight until you excused yourself to talk to another business owner. He dosent understand, for all the years he’s been dead how is his heart beating so fast for you?

In denial about any feelings towards you, it can’t be! He despises you !, right?

Takes him a bit to work up the courage to talk to you again, as he introduced himself properly with as much passive aggressive charm he could muster. Only to be confused at your sweet yet passive aggressive smile as you shook his hand with such care

How can someone be so competitive yet so sweet?

We’re you trying to woo him on purpose!?(ᗒᗣᗕ)՞

He didn’t understand even though he knew your intent, and the underlying nature in your interaction. He still found it charming, and shocking at you technical level and marking tactics. He isn’t happily impressed, but he is definitely impressed, he would never show that though of course.

It always seemed no matter how much of a short time between releases you always managed to make it better he just didn’t understand how!. How did you have such short time to perfect something that he’s been working at for months!

He soon realizes out shinning you or squashing you business wasn’t gonna work. You guys were too evenly matched, it would be through pure luck that one of you would out shine the other one day and not the next. So he did the best next thing, purposed a business deal (quite reluctantly might I add)

To just merge company’s he knew your rise wouldn’t falter anytime soon.

At first you felt like this was a trick, to steal your soul or take you out while your walls were down. But he quickly explained it’d be easier to just have you work on things and share the profit (surprise, surprise)

Now you can decide weather you accept or not!

But after that meeting he would call you over for many more strictly for business meetings! Definitely not just desperate to spend time with you or anything

Even when you proposed to just, email, or text, he still declined saying he found it easier to say what he needed out loud. Definitely…. (≖ᴗ≖✿)

Sooner or later you’d catch on, or some people on the news would gossip of your “secret affairs”

You would soon confront him about this, and let me tell you this man is decent at standing under pressure in some if not most situations expect this one.

I feel like he wouldn’t admit it till MANY months later cause he’s just that stubborn

He just hates it, he hates your stupid smile, the way you make his stomach do back flips, the small glint of happiness and pride when your product is loved and bought by the millions. He hates the smile you keep even if at a rivalry with him. He hates everything about you, he hates it, he hates it so much he ends up realizing he loves it.

Yea he is one complicated man….

But once he finally admits it, and you end up giving it a shot. This guy would try to act like he wasn’t about to shut down, like his inner fans and vents weren’t about to self implode, he’d act cool and collected about it but behind closed doors he’s quite literally smiling like a dope

NOW if this were released to the public, the mess that would ensue is scandals upon scandals.

I mean! Imagine the head lines! “Two of hells most biggest company rivals now together?!”

News is fast to spreed lemme tell you that

I feel like he would rather have the relationship private but if it got out…let’s just say he wouldn’t stop it either per say (¬‿¬)

Overall! I feel like even if it was a one sided rivalry I feel like it would quickly turn to both of you butting heads. Cause to out shine the king of tech himself is quite the challenge, and you being able to do that says a lot!, he’ll be holding a grudge even into a relationship and still would get competitive here to there he would definitely still study your work to see how you improve so fast!. Still in the end of the day he’ll still dote on you behind close doors!

Although those Jason and Baby Damian meet in the LoA hcs are cute it couldn't have possibly happened

Jason is about 8 years older than Damian, which means that when he was a toddler Jason wouldn't have even become Robin yet. What is shown in the utrh movie is a different timeline from the comics and just doesnt make sense to incorporate in canon

out in the garden, the flowers that swayed to the breeze’s whims provided color within the dark night solely illuminated by the crescent moon above and the stars that flickered in its faint glory. there were two people sitting next to each other on the swing, close enough so their hands touched on the seat, as they both kicked their feet in the air gently to move the swing in a lackadaisical, rhythmic motion.

“did you know?” you said, breaking the silence, “in some cultures, when a couple gets married, the bride hides her face until she is alone with the groom.”

“really?” the other replied.

while his tone could be perceived as curt to others, you knew this was the way he sometimes sounded when he was getting a bit tired or didn’t want to actively engage in the conversation, instead opting to listen passively.

“mhm,” you replied, “i mean, i dunno, doesn’t that sound romantic, itha?”

itha stifled a laugh. “yeah, sure, except you sound like you’re trying to target me with that?”

you shook your head.

“no,” you replied, “i just...”

before you could continue, itha leaned in closer to you: “do you... want to see my face?”

he sounded like a lost child trying to find his way back home. though you couldn’t see his expression, the small waver in his voice shot through your heart with a pang that refused to ebb.

how could you respond?

“...only if you feel comfortable.”

despite itha being your partner for a good amount of time - perhaps a few months, though time grew to be a more foreign concept the more of it you spent here in the manor - you really never could recall a time with him where he took off his mask. even the times he would kiss you, he only took off the lower half of his mask, where you could catch a glimpse of his somewhat pale skin.

you also didn’t know much about him before he came to the manor: his past seemed to be a sensitive subject for him, so he never talked about it, nor have you brought it up.

you’ve just come to know he wasn’t shy about his own face - he simply disliked it.

“only if...” you paused for a moment before continuing: “only if you take my words for the truth. only if you trust me.”

itha laughed. “okay, okay, i get it.”

his tone was slightly teasing; you couldn’t stop your cheeks from warming up. it seemed ever since you two made it official, you seemed to notice a lot more little things about him.

“sorry, i really didn’t mean to force you.”

“when did i say that?” he tilted his head. “if i was uncomfortable, i would have said it a long time ago.”

that’s true...

“it's not that i really mind,” itha started, “but... i guess i feel like there’s really nothing special about my face? i’m not really sure why anyone would like it.”

you shook your head. “it’s not about how special your face is. but i want to share our moments together with you to the fullest... i want to share our happiness together.”

itha seemed to think about it for a moment before he slowly lifted his hand. his fingers weren’t trembling, but his motions were slow and deliberate nonetheless. he held his mask and removed it, revealing slightly pale skin that reminded you of the moon, light blue eyes like waters in a painting, and the soft lips you always enjoyed giving kisses to.

his expression seemed nervous, seemingly wanting to avert his eyes, and his cheeks appeared a bit rosy too.

“are you uncomfortable?” you asked, placing your hand on the other’s shoulder.

“no, just not used to it.” itha played with a lock of his hair, twirling it between his index finger: a small habit of his, you noticed, when nervous. “but if it’s with you, i figured it would be fine...”

you chuckled before adjusting your position so one hand was over itha's and the other cupped his cheek.

“i love you for everything, itha,” you said, “if you don’t like your own face, i will love it enough for the both of us... until you grow to love yourself more, you can lean on me. take my words for the truth: i think you are very beautiful - your face, your heart, your soul. everything.”

sharing your oath of love once more, you sealed it with a kiss.

when you two parted, itha gave you a boyish smile before putting on his mask again.

“in light of what you said before, since we're together,” he said, his index finger over where his lips were beneath his mask, “what my face looks like will be a secret between the two of us.”

you nodded in response.

“yes, one just for the two of us.”
