The dreamy town of Oasis by @tydaze is themed like the vast, scorching Egyptian desert surrounding a lush and heavenly Oasis. Original and unique in both concept and design, here you will explore ancient ruins amid the harsh and unforgiving desert where you will perhaps find more than just the desert sands.  Oasis is one of the most fun and incredible towns that I have the pleasure of visiting, and I had an absolutely amazing time! I was blown away by the incredible qr codes which, along with the story evident in each of the four residents, absolutely make this phenomenal town!

Yeah, I realize that was probably the case now. I thought it was just Microsoft shoehorning in another awkward product placement and acting like that’s what people actually use (like Peter Parker using Bing in The Amazing Spider-Man) and I didn’t think it was supposed to be a joke because I didn’t think they would sponsor a joke at their expense like that, but I looked into it and Zunes were discontinued years ago, so I guess giving Peter Quill a Zune can’t be to sell them (unless maybe they’re hoping that this somehow makes the public clamor for the return of Zunes).

dreamt of @tydaze's desert town, oasis, and became a mummy! 🏝️ this was such a fun town to explore because the theme was really unique for me ♡ I loved the desert pwps and sand qrs that covered the town and it was cute to try and find the snakes placed around! 🐍 I also really liked the area that resembled a lush city! the characters were all interesting too, and I enjoyed going through their houses ♡ the concept was very nicely done, thank you so much for sharing it with me~!

I was so amazed by all the different spots on the island!! From volcanos to space stations it was spectacular. I also enjoyed how they left gift bags so you could wear clothes to fit the themes 😊

Oasis is an especially surprising dream town--or at least it was for me.  I thought from another post I saw, that it was going to be mostly a barren desert wasteland at first, but it turned out to be so much more.  There are four really cool residents that add so much to the town. Osiris even gives you a mini-quest which is pretty fun.  The scientist was my favorite resident at all, he was so out of place, yet perfectly placed at the same time.  More because I didn’t expect someone so modern, but again such a great surprise.  Once you cross over the bridges and out of the scorching sand, you'll find a beautifully landscaped area. If you like Egyptian towns, this is definitely a must visit!
