Galarian rapidash is out!!

I….!!!! Since the time I saw the starter evolutions and a couple more pokemon and gigamaxes I really have been trying to not look at more leaks but I did see Galaridash so… :D I’ll say some impressions about the starter evos and Galaridash under here, as well as a couple doodles of Sobble’s final evo ↓

A couple of my friends said that Galaridash looks rather boring and…… I disagree?? It looks fine to me. Not particularly exciting unfortunately but regular Rapidash kind of isn’t, either. Really the only thing that weirds me out is the weirdly angry eyes, idk what’s up with that :V I also expected it to get another color in the mane, like a pale creamy yellow like I drew in my HONSE post, but that’s fine. I think I still wanna use it :>

So, the starters. Dear god :’D I don’t usually go for monkey pokemon, but Rillaboom exceeded all expectations in somehow being the most solid design out of the three imo. The drum is a little weird to me (does it just. carry it around? how does that work?) but we’ll see how it manages it in 2 weeks’ time I guess lol

I HATED Inteleon the minute I saw it for the first time buT….. IT’S REALLY GROWN ON ME……… I mean it’s Long and it has Legs. It’s like they know all my weaknesses. It’s so elegantly smug, too, and that really appeals to me :’V

(and i HAD TO draw it doing Moira’s coalescence, too, OBVIOUSLY,)

Cinderace is. um. well it sure is! I really want to get a closer look at it but already immediately I’m not a fan of the pants. And the really human-looking legs. Like those calves just have so much definition that it’s putting me off a lot lol. It’s really sad too cause I liked Scorbun the most out of the starters’ first stages :
