Also: there should definitely be a school of magic in Timbuktu. And Benin. And Egypt. Why only Uagadou?
There must have been some type of shitty after taste from imperialism and lot of the Ancient schools just decided not to be involved with the Western Wizarding world.
I bet the Western magic is so different from African magic that the Western schools of witchcraft don’t even recognize the African school of magic as real magic. And the magic would be different in different parts of Africa.
in West Africa There would be a lot more nature bound rituals, music and collaboration with the ancestral spirits and communal magic. The spells would involve long incantations based in ancient African languages done in sacred ritual places and there would be less emphasis on face to face duels and other brutal methods of the whites. There would be no use of fragile magic wands. The magic would be tied to an objects like a pot filled with magical items hidden in ground and the object would be dug out and used to perform powerful magic in secret gatherings. The magic would be communal and would depend to be produced as a group and not an individual effort. There would also be significantly more animagi and no requirement to be registered, much to the annoyance of the Europeans.
So Uagadou was probably just the most European complying and adopted more of their techniques and was included in the list of officially recognized schools as they fit the European idea of what magic is and what a school of magic is.
Just my thinking. I would love someone to develop this idea. I’m feeling sort of not allowed to go very far with this on my own as I’m not African and am very bloody white myself. I have however lived in Ghana for a decade and married to Ghanian for 16 years and I feel pretty integrated and maybe this is why I feel so drawn to the idea of African schools of witchcraft. Maybe as something my kids could relate to.

My Headcanons for Natsai Onai for Hogwarts Legacy:
Tumblr media
• Would help the MC through the process of becoming an Animagus so they can do stakeouts on dark wizards. They also have a bunch of fun together in their animal forms outside of Hogwarts.
• She and Sebastian have mutual respect for one another. They share their grief and loss of someone close to them. Before MC came into the picture they both were a versatile force together in dueling becoming the best duelists.
• Invited MC to see Uagadou when her mother said they had to visit her aunt over the summer after graduating their fifth year and helped teach MC wandless magic.
• She keeps a necklace that her father handmade for her when she was a little girl in Uganda and hides it underneath her robes that way her father will always be close and always giving her courage.
• After the crucio incident with Harlow, Natsai chose to be a little more cautious but she still has the hunger for adventure.
• Like her mother she has the gift of sight. It’s not as prominent as her mothers but she can sense when danger is coming.
• Her favorite part of moving to Scotland is seeing snow fall for the first time in her life. She loves wintertime at Hogwarts.
• When she arrived at Hogwarts she had a tough time adjusting to using a wand for magic and finding her place around the huge castle but her fellow Gryffindor classmate, Garreth Weasley helped her settle in and gave her a tour which formed a close friendship.
• Would tease the MC on their crush for Sebastian and will be pointing it how they need to set their priorities straight and confess already.

I have just read the datamine I read Peregrine's dialogue and... there isn't a word in the dictionary to describe the feeling of anger, hate, cringe and at the end disappointment, this character makes me feel. So I invented one: Perdium Peregrine + Latin word for hate "odium" I may sound cringe, but at this point, I don't care So anyways My heart was filled with so much perdium that when I read Olivia's dialogue, all I felt was an empty numbness. ...I'll share some of my favourite headcanons of my favourite magical schools to lighten the mood
Mahoutokoro
The school headmaster is a powerful pure-blooded wizard and he's best friends with the squib muggle studies professor. On Sundays, they tinker with some piece of muggle technology they found. By that I mean the muggle study professor, the headmaster's mostly only holding the flashlight.
Patronuses are so very common in Japan. And there is a very special festival tied to them. It has many names but the most common one is "Hikari no danketsu" which roughly translate to "Unity of Light" (yes I have used google translate, sorry if this sounds super weird to japanese speakers).
It celebrates the Great Purging. Many many years ago, Japan was threatened by horrible dark creatures, they destroyed everything in their path and no wizard was able to stop them. Some tried to use their patronuses, but immediately failed.
Until one day, every surviving wizard got together and purged the darkness with their patronuses. It is said that each patronus was fueled by one another and this is how the monsters were defeated, instead of a wizard taking them on individually. Now every year, on the longest winter night. The japanese wizards get together and cast their patronuses as the twilight fades into night Hundreds if not thousands of corporeal patronuses light the night and everyone watches in silence in awe at the simple beauty surrounding them
And that the school's history has been greatly misunderstood by a lot of wizards because of an incompetent history translator.
"No, Albus. We don't put our 7-year-old students on giant storm petrels and then hope that they get home safely."
Mahoutokoro isn't on an island.
Mahoutokoro IS an island
More specifically a floating island, and that's the main building. There are other smaller floating islands that are connected together with bridges.
On the smaller islands there are the classrooms, the dormitories and other different buildings. Some islands tend to be reserved for a certain subject. Like there is an entire island with greenhouses for herbology, one with nothing but transfiguration classes and supplies for those lessons. And then there are some islands with different classes that aren't soo important, like Magical History and Muggle studies for example.
One day, a random Shiba Inu just appeared out of nowhere. The doggo travelled from island to island without a care in the world. The faculty noticed.
They named him Butters.
Another headcanon I like is that Castelobruxo, Mahoutokoro and other schools that have pathetic name translations have a super duper secret name that only a few know.
Uagadou
To get a picture of just how humongous this school is. It has no less than 22 headmasters. (also keep in mind that a lot of African children are homeschooled, so I don't think the amount of headmasters is too little)
Once a full moon they all get together to discuss and take important decisions that affect the entire school.
It is said that when the final full moon of the year rises a secret passage opens in the depths of the school… But that's just a myth…OR IS IT--
The oldest headmaster has a wand made out of petrified acacia wood and it's lined with amber. It's a very pretty wand and the only one of its kind.
He's also an elephant animagus.
there's a whole heck of languages spoken there
the classes are taught in 500+ languages
you can find classes taught in: Swahili Amharic Yoruba Oromo Arabic…
but also in english, french and portuguese
all the registered animagi have a special wristband
and the wristbands are different depending on the animagus form for example:
silver for bird animagi orange for feline animagi blue for aquatic animagi green for herbivores oh
and there is a purple wristband for fantastical animagus forms but very VERY few purple wristbands have been crafted
You know that stone that Uagadou students get an inscribed stone to let them know that they have been admitted into the school? That stone is part of the uniform and it appears on the collar of the uniform.
One of the things Uagadou is most famous for is a very special competition that takes place every year.
It's a race in which the 22 absolute best 9th-year students compete against each other in ABSOLUTELY.EVERY.SINGLE. magical field! From Divination to Transfiguration, Care of Magical Creatures to Magical History and Darks Arts to Defence against the Dark Arts.
Being accepted into this competition is already a very very high achievement. But getting into the top 5…
My god
Durmstrang
This is a fun one.
Nerida Vulchanova (The Durmstrang Founder) had, after the legend's words: "a wicked bird with an all-seeing eye that sung when darkness would arise. Named after the northest of stars, it guided the lost back when he could hear their outcries"
A phoenix to be exact
Polaris
Nerida and Polaris had many adventures together before the school was founded
Which only solidified their bond
And then Nerida founded Durmstrang with all off her knowledge she has gained over the years
Sooo happy ending? Did the witch and her feathery friend get a happy ending?
If you're familiar with Harry Potter lore then you know that the answer is no.
"Durmstrang was founded during the Middle Ages by the great Bulgarian witch Nerida Vulchanova, who served as the first head of the school. She was succeeded after her mysterious death by Professor Harfang Munter, who established Durmstrang's reputation for emphasising martial magic and duelling as an impressive part of its curriculum." -Harry Potter wiki, Durmstrang page
It is heavily implied that Harfang killed Nerida, but how did he do it?
So Nerida hired Harfang as a DADA teacher because he was very skilled in that field.
It is true that Nerida and some other members of the faculty weren't really fond of him. The wizard felt… fake… fake smiles… fake intentions… but Nerida felt that she couldn't just fire a very good DADA professor based on a feeling. Her greatest quality was also her greatest flaw. She always put others first, sometimes at the expense of her well being
But Polaris
Oh, Polaris absolutely HATED that man. I'm telling you that they couldn't coexist in the same room for more than 5 seconds
But now let's get to the juicy part :)
One night, Polaris saw Harfang dragging a student into the forest.
Polaris took after him furiously.
But it was a trap.
"Harfang" was actually one of his men that used a polyjuice potion.
More wizards apparated next to the bird and trapped it with an enchanted net. Polaris tries and tries to break out the net, but it doesn't work. He can't lift the net no matter how hard he beats his wings and he can't apparate. The dark enchantment draws the phoenix's power and finally, the bird drops to the ground, giving up.
Meanwhile, Nerida and Harfang have been duelling. Nerida was cleverer and quicker than him, but Harfang's curses hit harder.
Harfang manages to stun the witch. Taking the opportunity, he pulls out a vial from his cloak and throws it at Nerida. Dark smoke quickly rises from the broken glass and she gives out a horrible scream of agony.
Nerida's scream is heard in the distance.
And this gives our phoenix a final spark of determination and he breaks the net and flies to get to his friend
Polaris goes straight for Harfang but Harfang is quicker and rips out one of Polaris's eyes, this however doesn't stop Polaris and he lunges back at Harfang. Harfang then casts a terrible curse on the phoenix and Polaris turns to ash, but that's not the only thing the curse did Polaris was now destined to never be able to heal properly, no matter how many times he rises...
Harfang then locks him and Nerida's body in a cursed vault, uhmmmmm noooo uhmmmmm
heeeeeee got rid of Polaris, no one knows how
yup that's what happened
and definitely someone never ever freed Polaris in let's say… 1979
nope
that did not happen
i would tell you more about durmstrang
like the Black Chevaliers
Expelled Durmstrang wizards and witches that used dark magic as a force for good
but I do not have time if you wish I'll tell you another time if you enjoy my ramblings Thank you so much if you've made it this far, you're awesome :D
I like the term “Perdium”! Considering how we all (as the fandom) love Peregrine, I think it should become a thing.
And I really enjoyed your headcanons! They’re very interesting and well-thought-out. The festival of Patronuses sounds amazing in particular. And of course you can share more in your free time if you want!
And no, you’re awesome! :)

Yes i am 100% back after i disappered.
Oc story time!
So. In this universe severus snape has a one night stand with a witch who just happens to teach at Uagadou . So after that little rendezvous they never speak nor hear from each other again even though it was a nice relationship that could have lasted but it didnt (Occurs before harry even like comes into existence). So one day during the Sextuple wizard tournament( 6 wizard tournament instead of tri because why not) Uagadou students arrive to the school at just so happens the witch he slept with just happens to be a teacher coming along.
Its hella awkward for the two espically when the are introduced to each other. So one day snape straight up bumps into a uagadou student who is rumored to look alot like him and when he sees her he automatically knew she was related to him. So confronts the witch and she admits its his daugther and so like severus later on tries his best to introduce himself to her but his daugther straight up admits she already found out she was his dad and they straight up hug it out. (Occurs before the champions are choosen)
So after a while its father and daugther bonding and here comes selection of champions. His daugther gets choosen as the champion for Uagadou and severus is very freigthen for his daugther’s safety.
So far thats all i got.
Also like this is not related to other hp stuff ive posted this is new and different so those other stuff wont occur and maybe some plot lines ive had will stay. Criticism very much welcomed

Our new episode is here! Jem argues that Hogwarts isn't unique because all the schools in Harry Potter (including the muggle schools) are fucked up. Reeah learns too much about the international magical schools and it makes both of us mad.

An Insufferable Duo
Hermione used to believe there was a rhyme and a reason to her classes. The professors no doubt put hours into their lesson planning, taking time to consider each and every single possibility of student interaction and error. They were adults. They were infallible.
That was before years of friendship with Harry Potter and the chaos that inevitably followed in his wake, Cornish pixies wreaking havoc in the classroom, points repeatedly given to a professor’s favored house, and detentions under an egocentric maniac with a blood quill fetish.
The war was over and won, and life had gone back to normal. Supposedly. Hermione had returned to a depressingly shrunk 8th-year student body, only without her best friends and any semblance of familiarity.
Hogwarts felt different. She was different.
And now, she was class partners with Draco Malfoy. She was more than half tempted to murder Professor Slughorn in his sleep.
It happened like this:
The start of the term confirmed a depressing fact—very few students in Hermione’s year had returned to finish out their studies. The reasoning for some was obvious, their names carved into the monument outside the castle walls, candles forever lit in memory. Others transferred to Beauxbatons, Durmstrang, Ilvermorny, or even fabled Uagadou. Hermione would have considered the Ugandan institution if not for her promise to Headmistress McGonagall. There was always her Masters studies, she supposed.
The decreased student population meant several things, the most prevalent at this particular moment being a lack of potential partners. Harry and Ron had accepted Minister Shacklebolt’s offer for a fast pass on the D.M.L.E. track to becoming aurors. The same offer had been extended to her, as well, but she was done with violence. She needed a break, a return to what she’d thought would be comfortable familiarity in academics.
Instead, she found herself surrounded by people whose names she knew but little else besides. Even within Gryffindor, there were very few she’d label “friend” in the truest sense of the word. Ginny, who she had once confided in, stood apart as Harry’s girlfriend and Ron’s sister. Hermione felt awkward around Ginny after she’d broken off any chance at a romance with Ron.
There was Luna, a friendship Hermione hadn’t at all expected to grow as strong as it had, but that was the truth of it. The bond still felt new, born from their shared history and her recent appreciation for the girl’s strange, but not unwelcome, conversations. Unfortunately, Luna wasn’t in any of her classes. Instead, Hermione found herself mostly surrounded by students of other houses.
She had no one but herself to blame for arriving to Advanced Potions class late on the very first day. She found it increasingly difficult to sleep, much less wake up in the mornings.
Looking down from the doorway into the dungeon space, she saw all tables save one filled to capacity: Malfoy’s table in the far corner. There was nothing else for it; it was either cause a scene by trying to squeeze into an already-occupied space, or grit her teeth and get the class over with for the day.
She should have fought to join another table.
The moment she dropped her bag on the empty stool, Professor Slughorn cleared his throat in that obnoxious way of his, tapped his wand against his cauldron, and announced, “Take note of those sharing your table today, because they will be your partners for the rest of the term.”
Pale grey eyes rimmed with impossibly white lashes shared a mutual look of horror at the verdict.
That had been three months ago.
“Pass the porcupine quills.” Malfoy stood over their cauldron, keeping a careful eye on its color and texture.
Hermione quickly handed him the ingredient before returning to the Sopophorous beans. It should have felt odd after all these years to take a backseat to another student at the Potions table, but she’d learned to trust Malfoy. The Slytherin had a way with the ladle that she’d only ever seen in Professors Snape and Slughorn.
She’d originally thought the points Snape handed out so easily were results of favoritism, but now she knew otherwise. Malfoy legitimately understood the craft in a way that Harry never had when he’d blindly followed Snape’s notes under the guise of the Half-blood Prince.
They’d chosen to brew an Elixir to Induce Euphoria for their term project, but not just regular euphoria. They hoped to create a variation that could be taken long-term with a gentler effect, hopefully without the nasty pitfall of the original.
When Malfoy had first broached the idea, Hermione had been stunned at the vulnerability he revealed. This wasn’t just some lazy tweak to an existing potion. This was a genuine desire to improve something that could benefit so many others like them who still suffered from the war every single day. It was for him. It was for her.
“Now the mallowsweet leaves.”
This was one of their recent changes. The plant was notorious for its…relaxing side effects, particularly when smoked by Hufflepuffs. Hermione would have thought it more suitable for a Calming Draught, but it was here again that Malfoy surprised her.
Previous tests proved that adding the gold leaf not only smoothed the usually fast induction to a more natural pace, it also shared the peppermint’s ability to lessen the severity of the user’s euphoria.
Take that, Snape.
“Is this enough juice?” Hermione offered the cutting board to Malfoy for his inspection.
“Press the flat of the knife against the beans. You can get out more juice than that.” He offered her a rare smile to soften the correction, though to others it probably looked more like a passing grimace with how quickly it vanished.
When Harry had used that little trick in the past, Herimone had balked at the departure from the text. Working with Malfoy these few weeks had warmed her up to taking a more exploratory approach to Potions.
They proceeded in their seamless teamwork, oblivious to the attentions of their classmates.
When partners were first announced, everyone had assumed that they’d murder each other within the week. That might have been the case had they’d traveled back in time to their 6th year. That assumption was ignorant of a number of facts.
First, Malfoy had apologized to Hermione shortly after the Battle of Hogwarts. Granted, she’d received his words by owl, but the letter was one of the most heartfelt messages she’d ever read, much less addressed to someone he’d long considered lesser than himself.
Second, she had convinced Harry and even Ron to testify on his behalf. Their testimony hadn’t been full of praises, but they spoke the truth of what they’d seen. The gratitude she saw in his eyes and the embrace he shared with his mother afterward stayed with her even now.
Third, and perhaps most surprising to Hermione, was that Malfoy was legitimately brilliant. He’d been too obsessed with challenging Harry growing up to properly study in all their earlier years. Now, with only his mother at his back and humbled as he was by his experiences, his priorities had adjusted in kind. Hermione found herself fighting to hold her place at the top of the student leaderboard, along with Theodore Nott, another dark horse.
“Granger, take a look at this!” The excited tone of Malfoy’s voice had her rushing over to stand by his side in seconds.
The potion glowed a gentle shade of lavender purple, the vapors surrounding them in a sweet aroma.
“I think this is the best color we’ve seen yet at this stage. I have a really good feeling about this one, Draco!”
The instant his name left her lips, she wanted to take it back. The grin that had filled his face had transformed to a look of shock she was afraid to analyze too closely.
Despite their truce and these several weeks, pleasant as she might dare to describe them, she had never once referred to him by his given name.
Except in her dreams.
“We should stop here and continue next time,” she squeaked out, refusing to look at him and stuffing her bag with her belongings as quickly as she could move. Hermione vaguely registered him casting a stasis charm over their cauldron, but ignored his calling of her name as she sprinted for the doorway.
“Granger, wait!”
His shouts cut off with the slam of the door, and she continued her fast trek up the stairs. Why did the dungeon have to be so far away from everything else?
By the time she’d made it to her private quarters, a courtesy of appointment as Head Girl, she was breathless and sweaty. She dropped her bag with a loud thunk on the entry table, kicked off her shoes, and collapsed in a heap in the sitting room.
She deserved the rest of the day off.
Knock, knock, knock.
Hermione lay frozen in disbelief. Surely he hadn’t followed her to her room. Maybe if she didn’t answer, he’d think she went somewhere else.
Knock, knock.
“I know you’re in there, Granger.”
“I’m not!” Her response bounced off the doorway and had her wincing at her own immaturity. Really? That was the best she could do?
“Hermione. Talk to me.”
Within seconds, she stood at the door and cracked it open. “That’s not fair, using my name like that.”
“You started it.”
He was smirking down at her in a way she’d only ever daydreamed about, silver glinting in his gaze as he waited for her to let him in.
“I didn’t mean to. Can we just forget about it?”
“I liked it.”
That had her gaping in disbelief, while his smirk only grew wider.
“Are you going to let me in or not?”
Her mouth slammed shut and she narrowed her eyes at him in consideration. Letting him in meant he’d likely be staying for longer than a doorway chat.  It also meant privacy from nosy students who sometimes wandered down her corridor.
Opening the door wide enough for him to enter, she turned around without a word and headed into the kitchen to start a pot of tea.
“Thanks.”
She waved a hand over her shoulder in reply and continued preparing snacks. If he was staying, she might as well feed them both.
“Take off your shoes and have a seat—” Her voice died away once she turned around and realized he had already made himself at home on her couch, legs stretched out across the cushions and arms braced behind his head.
“Nice room, though it’s a bit too scarlet for my taste.” He surveyed his surroundings with interest, taking in the wall of books, windows overlooking the grounds, and her bedroom door, slightly ajar.
“What would you prefer, green?”
Again, he leveled her with a look straight out of her fantasy playbook. “One can only hope.”
She hoped to Godric her face wasn’t as red as it felt. Balancing her tray of sandwiches on one hand and levitating a couple of teacups behind her with the other, she carefully made her way into the room to place them down like a peace offering on the coffee table. She then took her own seat in the armchair on the opposite side.
“So, what did you want to talk about?” She nibbled on her ham and cress sandwich.
“Us.”
The tiny bit of bread and meat caught in her throat as she coughed in surprise. She hastily took a sip of her tea to clear the offending item, all while glaring at the smug Slytherin.
“There is no us.” She finally bit out.
She wasn’t sure of the expression that briefly flashed across his face, but she might have thought it disappointment. That couldn’t be right, could it?
“Well, we’re partners in Potions and bloody fine ones at that.”
“Okay…”
“And we’re easily the best students in our year—”
“I don’t see how that means anything—”
“—but we could do even better if we worked together. Not just in Potions, but in all our subjects.”
He arched one eyebrow in expectation. Hermione wasn’t sure what to say, but there was one thing she knew for certain.
She missed having someone next to her as she did her assignments. Sure, Harry and Ron were more distracting than anything else, but they’d always been there. On the rare occasion, they’d offer up some surprising insight. More often, they saved her from overworking herself, reminding her to eat and sleep when she would have otherwise studied through the night.
Potions with Malfoy had easily become her favorite subject this term, something she never, ever thought she’d say. He challenged her assumptions, pushed her to look outside her carefully-constructed boundaries, and noticed the effort she put forth where others only saw talent. Hermione appreciated his mind even more than his absurdly good looks.
Circe, strike her down right now.
“Say I entertain this idea—”
“You won’t regret it.”
“—what makes you think we won’t end up killing each other sooner rather than later? Getting along in one class is fine, but hanging out outside of the dungeon?”
He nodded in understanding as he finished off one, then two, of her sandwiches. It wasn’t until he placed his cup silently down onto its saucer that he finally answered her.
“Well, I have this bet with Theo—”
“You what?”
“Oh, calm down. It’s nothing nefarious. I also respect you too much to kill you. We’ll disagree, fight even, but I’d sooner pet a hippogriff than muck this up with you.”
He held her gaze, all humor gone from his face, and Hermione realized he was serious. He meant every word he said. She’d squeeze the information out about this so-called bet with Theo later, but right now she cared more about repaying his respect with some of her own.
“You’ve got yourself a study buddy, Malfoy.”
“Draco,” he reminded her.
“…Draco.”
His whoop of joy almost had her spilling her tea right as she was about to set it down.
She might come to regret this decision, but, right here, right now, Hermione thought the future never looked brighter. Or perhaps that was just the added effect of his blinding grin and white-gold hair. He positively glowed. And Hermione? Well, she couldn’t help but grin right back at him. Hogwarts’ most insufferable duo had just been born, and there wasn’t a single thing anyone could do to stop their inevitable conquest.
This short ended up running longer than expected, and took a far more innocent tone than I had originally planned. The romantic pairing here is more implied than anything else, but I hope you still enjoy!

Thinking about an AU where all of the Marauders generation became Animagi
-Obviously we start with the Marauders themselves
-Regulus is the first of the rest to crack, he isn’t gonna let his boyfriend and brother be able to do something he can’t, he becomes a black cat
-Pandora finds out about this and thinks that would be a fun bestie activity, she becomes a rabbit
-Lily does it pretty soon after Regulus, she’s wanted to since she found out in 6th year that the Marauders did and once Regulus decided to take the plunge, she followed, she’s either a doe or a fox and I haven’t decided yet but whatever she is she’s the first to become officially registered
-Dorcas’s parents were already animagi (in my hc Dorcas’s parents are Kenyan immigrants who went to Uagadou, where becoming an animagi is just a more advanced part of the curriculum) and she’s salty they never had time to teach her so as soon as she found out Reg, Pan and Lily could that was the final breaking point, she’s a leopard (she’s VERY proud she’s the only apex predator)
-As soon as Marlene finds out Dorcas can, she decides she needs to learn ASAP too so they can continue their rivalry, she’s a kestrel (she LOVES being a flight animal, best thing that’s ever happened to her)
-Barty did it for shits and giggles and because he could, he’s a raccoon
-Evan doesn’t want to be left out so he joins them and becomes a fennec fox
-Mary was the last to do it as she was tired of being the only non-furry in the friend group, she’s a mare

~
Sebastian
Class - Duellist > (After Scriptorium) Dark Wizard
Gameplay - At the beginning he’s you’re default damage dealer. After his transition to Dark Wizard becomes a bit of a glass cannon, (mainly because of how much he gets smacked around in the game) all original spells gain a buff as well as his hefty use of the Unforgivables.
Spell Set - Confringo, Incendio, Accio, Crucio, Imperio, Avada Kedavra
Combos well with - Ominis, will heal him often due to his glass cannon build. Garreth, will hurl Wiggenweld at him when low.
Dialogue - ‘That spell got my attention’ , ‘We need to control this situation…Imperio’ , ‘Enough of this, Avada Kedavra’
Ominis
Class - Healer
Gameplay - Very Defensive. Will cast offensive spells but mainly utility or healing. Only Character with all 3 shield breaking spells. Good for solo play (lil omi x mc dates out murdering folk)

Gryffindor gang's all here 🦁
Garreth Weasley is mischievous by nature; an aspiring brewer always on the pursuit of creating his next big concoction of magical drinks. His propensity for experimentation and carelessness with ingredients frequently hamper his brewing ability, and his concoctions often backfire, to amusing, if sometimes dangerous effects. However, Garreth remains ever the enthusiast and always maintains a cheerful, determined personality.
Cressida Blume is a talented witch who is passionate at personal growth when it comes to magic. Her passion at times holds her back, however, as she also has a knack for experimentation. Cressida is very often hard-at-work trying to master a charm she has learned, after which she will try to improve upon it. Cressida has had a history of practicing her charms at the Library and disturbing the peace with her botched experimentations. This prompted the librarian Madam Scribner to write to Headmaster Black, proposing a ban on magic at the Library.
Lucan Brattleby is fearless and always willing to stand up for what is right, no matter the danger. He is confident and determined, and his courage often inspires those around him. However, what sets Lucan apart from other Gryffindor students is his mastery of the duelling arts. Lucan's duelling skills and gentlemanly demeanor make him a well-respected figure in the wizarding world of Hogwarts Legacy. He is a mentor to many young wizards and is always willing to share his knowledge and expertise with those who seek it.
Leander Prewett is a an outwardly bold and sometimes boastful individual who can often be heard parroting lines about courage, heroism and honor, specifically how these traits relate to House Gryffindor and its students. In truth, his confidence is often misplaced, using a false sense of bravado to mask his own shortcomings which contribute to a deepseated fear of not living up to Gryffindor standards. Leander frequently gets into humiliating situations by constantly overestimating his own capabilities.
Nellie Oggspire has a penchant for chasing thrills, particularly climbing up to high places. She feels it helps to change her point of view every now and then, quite literally. This is something she's always done since she was a little child. Her mother once found her on the roof when she was five years old, with no idea how she had gotten there. She also claims that she once climbed all the way to the top of the Gryffindor Tower's exterior without a broom.
Natsai "Natty" Onai is wise, quick-witted, and possessed of a need to seek justice. Natsai grew up in Matabeleland, Africa where she attended Uagadou — the largest wizarding school in the world. She transfer red to Hogwarts when her mother became the school's Divination professor and is adapting to her new life in Scotland. Natsai became an Animagus at a young age, and is able to assume the form of a gazelle spontaneously.

Something about Natty again ^^
This is from my latest chapter, 19 - Jealous Geminids. I put a bit more lore about Natty because she deserves all the best :)
"Natty, did you also experience the Geminids shower in Uagadou?" Amit asked. "I know Uagadou's students are well-versed in Astronomy."
"Of course!" Natsai beamed, munching on her Cauldron Cake. "The sky is magnificent from there. There are not so many hills around, and the Astronomy tower is so high up in the mountain it seems to float into the sky," she explained with a dreamy air. Then, noticing Penton's curious gaze, she continued, "You know, Pen, we don't receive a letter like here when we are selected to attend school." Her gentle smile widened as Penelope's eyes lit up.
"We receive a Dream Messenger while asleep. I have to admit, I was a bit scared at first, and I thought it might be a joke because of my mother's heavy cooking that night," she chuckled, shaking her head and brushing her nose, "But when I woke up, I found the inscribed stone in my right hand. I was so excited! I still have that stone. It's one of my most precious memories from my time in Africa," she confided with a wink, amused by the boy's sparkling gaze.
"As you know, we use wandless magic!" Natty exclaimed, jumping up and improvising a dance step. She waved her hands around, and a stream of sparks emitted from her fingers, enveloping her slender form and illuminating a couple of lanterns in the corners of the balcony.
Garreth rolled his eyes at her antics; she always liked to show off her wandless magic.
"But you're also an Animagus!" Penelope exclaimed, hoping to witness the transformation she missed during their adventure at the Old Fool.
"Of course!" Natty blinked, always happy to entertain her friends. She then shed her cloak and slowly began to mutate.
Her back hunched down, her limbs stretched, and two horns started to elongate from her head. Soon, she turned into a slender gazelle, jumping around with her hooves clapping on the cold, stone ground.
Penelope laughed in delight and without even noticing, she rose to her feet and moved closer to the animal. Her hand stretched out, her heart beating in her chest as she cautiously approached and gently stroked the soft bristles on the gazelle's head.
"You're majestic!" she whispered before hugging the animal, sinking her face into the fur on its neck.
