Underfell Sans & Papyrus character sheets (Updated version)

RED (Underfell Sans)

Backstory : Red survived all along with his little brother in the streets after his father got assassinated by some rivals. Times were hard, and that fragilized the relationship between the brothers, Red being the careful one and Edge trying to rebel against anything he said, and even engaging in the Royal Guard to prove him he had no control on him and wasn't his dad. After that, their life got slightly easier, but their relationship became bitter. Constantly bickering, constantly having to hide to avoid Edge's rivals to see him as a weakness, being force to consider his brother like his boss. Red lost hope of things even getting better, until a smal child fell and made him realize his brother actually still cared for him. Once the Barrier broken, they tried to live together for a while, but that didn't work, as they both fell into their old habits. Choosing to live separate was actually their best decision as they since slowly learned to get along again, and they're trying to fix the mistakes of the past. It's still hard, there are periods where they can'tbear each other, but it's way better than what it used to be.

EDGE (Underfell Papyrus)

Backstory : Edge wanted to be a hero in a world that hated heroes. He learned it the hard way, risking his life stupidly as a kid just because he wanted to prove his brother was wrong to protect him that much. His ultimate defiance? Joining the Royal Guard, despite his brother screaming it was the worst idea ever. It was indeed, but by the time he realized it, he was a Captain, stuck in his role and unable to flee to survive one more day. Stubborn, he refused to show any weakness, forcing Red to follow along even though he never wanted to be the brother of the captain of the Royal Guard. Their relationship became more and more tense, to the point it almost broke. Thanks to Frisk, however, Edge realised how he hurt him these last years, and he's now trying to be better, even if it's not that easy. He's trying, but years of telling himsef he has to be strong and not show any emotion didn't do it any favor. It's better than it used to be, but Edge knows it could never be like it was when they were children. They are too different, they don't have the same objectives. He hopes it can get better one day.

HALLOWEEN FAMILY FESTIVAL CULTRA 2018

The scariest time of the year is upon us…Hallowe’en It’s the time of year when ghosts, ghouls and witches awaken to wreak havoc and instil fear among the living. Beware the Witching Hour, as this may well be the last hour you ever see. As darkness falls, the dead come to life and flesh-eating zombies walk the earth hungry for human flesh. Leave your homes at your peril…don’t say we didn’t warn you. Happy Halloween from the Halloween Family Festival Cultra 2018.

Fangs for dropping in

So the intro may be a little melodramatic but it is Halloween, and although the living dead don’t actually walk among us (although, Mummy in the mornings….yikes), Halloween is a time for fun, fancy dress, lotions, potions, vampire bats, black cats and witches hats. For Halloween 2018 we received an invitation from the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum to attend the Halloween Family Festival Cultra, which is situated just outside Belfast. An invite that we duly accepted. Lily-Belle brought her school friend Mia, and Matilda was just happy because she could dress up. Lily-Belle dressed as a Vampiress, Mia a witches black cat and Matilda became a witch for the day.

THE DEATH OF LORD KNOX

Our arrival at the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum came after a 2 hour car journey. Fortunately we were extremely lucky (and surprised) to find a parking space right outside the main entrance. Other visitors had to park in the lower car park and use a free shuttle bus to the entrance. The Halloween Family Festival Cultra is a very popular event as the place was heaving. Thankfully entry queue times were less than 5 minutes and we were soon transported back in time. Upon entry we were handed a leaflet by a lady dressed in period costume. The leaflet contained information about the death of Lord Knox, a suspicious wedding to Elizabeth, his estranged son Lancelot and an invite to attend Lord Knox’s funeral at 15:00 in the church. As well as the funeral, Lord Knox’s killer would be revealed. Murder…mystery…suspense! Who would the killer be?

And Lord Knox’s killer is…..

THE CHAMPION OF CHAMP

Our Halloween trip back through time began with a visit to one of the old terraced houses, the aroma of home cooked food wafting out of the front door. Boiled potatoes mashed with milk, melted butter, cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste…traditional Irish champ! Small portions were handed out to sample and what a tasty warm delight on such a cold Autumn day. Inside another house was offerings of freshly baked apple pies. Bang goes the diet! Continuing our journey into the unknown, we tread carefully as we walk past cackling witches, monsters, skeletons and superheroes! SUPERHEROES? That’s the great thing about the Halloween Family Festival Cultra, it gives young children (and adults) the opportunity to dress up however they see fit.

AS MAD AS A BOX OF FROGS

In the Dispensary Scientific Sue was demonstrating all kinds of ‘magic’ scientific tricks. This show was what the girls were most looking forward to at the Halloween Family Festival Cultra. Lily-Belle and I have met Scientific Sue before. On that occasion Lily-Belle had waist length hair and was plucked from the audience to help demonstrate static electricity. For today Scientific Sue used Lily-Belle to demonstrate chemical reactions to change the colour of water. There was also the use of dry ice to extinguish fire, and a demonstration on how to make slime (a firm favourite with the children) and other equally mesmerising experiments. Scientific Sue is amazing to watch but, if you ask me, she’s as mad as a box of frogs (in a good way). In all honesty we could watch Scientific Sue all day long, she is truly fascinating to watch.

IS THERE A DR IN THE HOUSE?

There certainly was. Dr Martin was making his rounds at the Halloween Family Festival Cultra. No doubt having to dress the neck wounds of those who had been bitten by vampires. He was more than vocal in expressing his views on the death of Lord Knox. The Dr was also very keen for all to attend Lord Knox’s funeral where he would be divulging who the killer was. Dressed to impress in his pinstripe suit, black bowler hat and carrying a brown leather medical bag, Dr Martin disappeared down a narrow lane between Cluan Place and Ballycultra Tearooms. Was Dr Martin the person who sealed Lord Knox’s fate? Did Dr Martin and Jimmy O’Neill, the proprietor of the Hardware Shop, meet to work on an alibi? Suspicious…and why was Dr Martin wearing black gloves?

SEEKING SANCTUARY AND SALVATION

Feeling fearful, we found sanctuary in the church at the Halloween Family Festival Cultra. A beautiful building dating back to the early 1900’s, the building was void of all things demonic. Although, we did see a Witch and a Vampiress deep in prayer! Maybe a turning point in their undead lives? Just across the village green the old Picture House was showing a horror film…not for the faint-hearted! Just a few doors down was Ballycultra tearooms so we took the opportunity to drop in for a feed. ‘Ghoul’ash for Daddy, Pork and L’eeeeek’ sausages for Mummy, a saucer of milk for the cat (Mia), a bag of Type X blood for the Vampire (Lily-Belle) and a cauldron of critters for the Witch (Matilda).

SENTENCED TO DEATH

Approaching the old Courthouse we saw a sinister figure lurking behind the wrought iron gates, a vampire, fangs sharpened and ready to ambush his next victim. The Courthouse gave us an insight into the history of law, cops, crime and capers at Ballycultra. In the chambers Lily-Belle and Mia pretended to be Judges and poor Matilda was sentenced to death! A tad harsh considering her only crime was ‘being grumpy’! I’d settle for her tidying her bedroom…far less paperwork! On to the Wicker Man who was sculpting a magnificent huge throne from willow. There was also the opportunity for the girls to wear wicker heads. Plenty of giggles at the Halloween Family Festival Cultra!

TRADITIONAL GAMES

Throughout the course of the Halloween Family Festival Cultra there were lots of different activities for the children to enjoy. Not wanting to commercialise the Halloween event, the museum had traditional Halloween games such as apple bobbing, magic shows and craft activities. The girls were less than happy to participate in the apple-bobbing as they didn’t want to get their hair wet! Mantella had brought a fantastic assortment of animals including a very friendly boa constrictor, a Chilean rose hair tarantula, a scorpion with a definite sting in its tail and a giant gecko lizard. The children loved handling this array of weird and wonderful creatures….all in the name of education.

After our encounter with the critters of Mantella we visited a number of the old properties. Ulster Folk & Transport Museum is a charming place to spend the day and the attraction is steeped in history. I thought the children would get bored but no, they were more than content nipping in and out of the buildings. Bong…and the clock strikes three at the Halloween Family Festival Cultra, well…it struck three ten minutes ago. We’re late for the funeral of Lord Knox!

AND THE KILLER IS…

As the saying goes ‘you’ll be late for your own funeral’, that may be so, but we were definitely late for Lord Knox’s! This will come as no surprise to our regular readers as we are ALWAYS late! In the pulpit the Minister listened intently as Dr Martin read out excerpts from the late Lord Knox’s diary. Lady Knox, with a black veil covering her identity; paced erratically in front of Lord Knox’s coffin. The mourners sat silently, every now and then letting out gasps of disbelief at what Dr Martin read from the little black diary. Alas, the time had come to reveal Lord Knox’s killer. Have you guessed who it is? Watch our video as we reveal the name of Lord Alfred Charles Knox’s murderer…

Lord Knox’s killer was none other than Lady Elizabeth Knox, but not as you and I know her, Lady Knox was in fact…Isabel Sidegrave….a callous and cold hearted witch who haunts Ballycultra’s residents! Hysteria ensued and the Minister urged mourners to return home instantly and barricade their doors. Evil is truly among us!

What a magnificent drama to end our day at Halloween Family Festival Cultra 2018 – in a word, brilliant!

WOULD WE GO BACK

Of course. Although the Halloween family Festival Cultra isn’t very scary, it is a great event for children and adults. Lots of traditional games and activities for the children, and there’s also the historical aspect of the visit for the adults. A very worthy attraction to visit.

NEW CHARACTERS - Fellswap Gold Sans & Papyrus

WINE (Fellswap Gold Sans)

Backstory : Since he was a babybones, little Wine was obssessed by a one and only thing : join the Royal Guard. He didn't know how, or when, but he knew he was going to join it. When he finally got old enough to be recruted, the Captain laughed at him, because he was so small he would be dusted in seconds. So Wine poisoned him, and did the same with each new captain until one of them says yes. From then, he climbed the social ladder in a few months, until the Queen noticed him and, impressed, chose him as her personal protector. After the Captain of the Royal Guard mysteriously died two days later, he was promoted as head of the Royal Guard, stealing the job right out of Alphys hands. Contrary to Nox who is the Queen's heir only because he had no choice, Wine is very happy to serve her. And also very eager to see her die so he can take her place, but with that new human child around, it seems like his position is in danger. He didn't really had time to think more since he kinda got catapulted in another world with his brother, breaking his dreams of power. Wine doesn't like the surface. People are too independant. But that makes them easily manipulated too. Maybe there's something to do with that.

Personality : Little shit who doesn't hesitate one second to manipulate people so he can achieve his goals. He's ambitious, proud and has an evident lack of empathy. He needs control over everything and might get aggressive if he can't control something. He's very protective of his brother and will kill you before you can blink if you dare be mean to him. There's no such things as friends with him, just potential allies he can use when he needs it.

Job : He's a lawyer, and one of the most feared one.

Hobbies : He likes collectionning bottles of wine and very expensive art.

Loves : Manipulate people so they get close from each other, people who likes art and expensive things, people who tries to outsmart him, teasing, scaring the hell out of random strangers, not respecting the speed limit on the road and play with the police officers.

Hates : Not having control over things, emotions, waste food, dirty people, when his brother doesn't clean his damn room, insects.

The S/O of his dream : Someone ambitious who is not afraid of playing his little game of power and actually succeeding in surprising him.

Dealbreaker : Hurt his brother (it's kinda a dealbreaker only because he kills you), talking bad to him, cheating on him.

COFFEE (Fellswap Gold Papyrus)

Backstory : All Coffee wanted was to be peaceful and that everyone let him alone. Unfortunately, because he is so kind and brother of the Captain of the Royal Guard, everyone wants to kill him. Coffee was always in trouble Underground and how he survived is kinda some sort of miracle, or a terrible joke from fate. He's incedibly lucky. Actually, he got teleported into another world only a few seconds before his execution by his brother's rivals. Coffee loves the Surface, and he's terrified because he knows his brother is not too enthusiastic about it and wants to go back. He doesn't know how to tell him he wants to stay here.

Personality : He's a sweet peaceful guy. He hates fighting and he will always flee, even when there's no way out. He's not using violence. He's scared of a lot of things, including very small kitten and water. He's shy, but once you take time to understand him, he's quite mischievous, just like Rus, but in more cuddly. He loves cuddles. Platonic or romantic. Hug the boy. He's begging you. When he's frustrated or sad, he whines like a puppy too.

Job : Hell no. He prefers to read mangas in his room, thank you very much.

Hobbies : Writing, painting, reading. He's an artist, and a great one, but he's too scared to show anyone, even his own brother.

Loves : Cuddles, kisses, being pet on the head, locking people inside his hoodie, lie on the ground and feel like garbage, steal in the fridge (especially things Wine told him not to steal), singing under the shower, the rain, walking naked in the house.

Hates : Violence, being forced to do something he doesn't want to, clean his room, when Wine is screaming, people screaming and arguing in general, animal abusers, cats, jokes he doesn't understand, getting pranked by Rus.

The S/O of his dream : Someone nice and patient that loves cuddling and art, and who can boost his self confidence.

Dealbreaker : Talking behind his back, asking him to choose between something and his brother, screaming at him for no reason.

OK. TIME TO WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN.

Start:

Isobel meets and falls in love with Mark.

She gives birth to Isla and, five years later, Ian.

Isobel leaves Mark and takes care of both until she meets her second husband, Jax. With Jax, she has Ivy and Ilona. Isla: 15 Ian: 10

Jax passes away with an unknown illness.

Isobel meets a man named Darian and falls in love. She and Darian have a daughter named Isabella.

Darian and Isobel pass away in a car accident. Ages - Isla: 18 Ian: 13 Ivy: 5 Ilona: 3 Isabella: Infant

Isla leaves the family shortly thereafter, leaving Ian to raise his younger siblings at age 13.

Money is tight, so he goes to Madame and Don when he is fifteen with a protection fee. (It is unknown why Madame and Don took the three younger siblings, but it's likely to help him while he gets up on his feet.) Ages - Ian: 15 Ivy: 7 Ilona: 5 Isabella: 2

It is also around the time where Ilona (20) begins to train Ivy to become a butcher.

Ian juggles several jobs, but gets back on his feet and takes his siblings back after an unknown time.

Seth appears in the Willows Family's life. Ages - Ian: 18 Ivy: 10 Ilona: 8 Isabella: 5

Around this time, Seth helps Ian gain custody of his siblings and helps him raise them on occasion a surrogate grandfather.

Ian (21) and Isla (26) have a legal battle over who gets their siblings. Ivy is 13 at this time and in therapy for Isla's abuse. Ages - Isla: 26 Ian: 21 Ivy: 13 Ilona: 11 Isabella: 8

Ian wins the custody battle inevitably.

Ian gets the privilege of owning Seth's bar.

YEARS LATER

Piper and Prism appear with Fox. Ages - Isla + Piper: 34 Ian: 29 Ivy + Prism: 21 Ilona: 19 Isabella: 16

It is around this time where Ilona and Isabella get mixed up in the wrong crowd and Isabella gets addicted to a substance.

Shortly thereafter, Isabella is put into rehab and becomes clean from her substance abuse.

Later, Briar appears into this universe from her own. Ages - Isla + Piper: 34 Ian: 29 Briar: 28 Ivy + Prism: 21 Ilona: 19 Isabella: 16

A few years later, Isla hands Piper and Ian her children. Ages - Piper + Isla: 36 Ian: 31 Briar: 30 Ivy + Prism: 23 Ilona: 21 Isabella: 18 March: 13 (Isla had her at 23.) April: 12 (Isla had her at 22) March: 11 (Isla had her at 21) Summer: 5 (Isla had her at 31) Fox: 5

Ian and Piper gain custody of Isla's kids after a long custody battle. (One Isla didn't care enough to push into it.)

Their boyfriend is being extra annoying today. Whether that means he’s being bossy, stiff, or obnoxious depends on the guy. Either way, what does she do to get revenge?

Ivy: She asks Boss to pick her up, if he doesn't, she takes a step stool. She kisses him and begins to flirt shamelessly before running away. Now, he's gotta catch her.

Prism: She ignores him. Ace probably hates being ignored. When he is, inevitably, begging for cuddles and kisses, she leans in, reeeeeaaaaalllll close, and then kisses his nose before walking away.

Piper: Well, for Butch, she doesn't allow him to touch her until he apologizes. For Snipe, she plops herself into Snipe's lap and she's kissing him, cuddling him, and flirting.

Isabella: She pranks him. She owns a cafe. Cash orders a drink, she sabotages it. She wins.

Idette: She doesn't really mind. Bruiser is always annoying, but she ignores him if needed.

Mavis: She "accidentally" releases her hen on Peaches. Now Peaches is dealing with her angry demon hen.

Yuki: She's used to Wine being too much, so she wears the most eyesore outfit until he apologizes. When he does, she lets him dress her.

Utau: She does the same as Yuki. She wants Lord to apologize and she's gonna get that apology. Even if she hates the disgusting outfit, but lets him dress her after.

Sparrow: She wouldn't do anything to Green, but be nice to him. She'd be so nice to him she'd make him feel bad for being too much and annoying.

Iris: She doesn't do anything unless it interferes with her work. She is fine with Charm being a bit much. She writes and does her job either way.

Omari: She pulls a joke on Tempest with her voodoo magic. She, however, is totally loving up on Tempest after though.

Sometimes charm forgets he’s not in underlust and will get too handsy with people. How do the willow ladies (and anyone else you pick) react to him doing something forbidden like sitting in their boyfriends laps in front of them, or even more scandalous, kissing their cheeks

Hehehe. Certain Willows girls, Sparrow and Iris~, and some Ito Family sprinkled in.

Ivy: She actually doesn't mind at all! She understands that he's from a different universe where affection is given that way! She actually is a bit like him and greets her friends and family with hugs and kisses.

Prism: She's used to it. Honestly, she's seen Charm do it so often with Ace and Utau does it to her so often she's just used to it. Like REALLY used to it.

Piper: She knows all about Charm~ so she isn't bothered at all! Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he showed her affection that way because of how she quickly befriended him.

Isabella: She actually supports it! Her love language is touching so seeing Cash getting held and treated that well by a friend makes her feel a bit more confident in initiating touch. (Charm definitely could help her get some confidence.)

Idette: Unsurprised and doesn't get possessive. She's not a jealous person, but she's definitely gonna kiss and cuddle Bruiser after if he's up for it.

Sparrow: She doesn't get possessive over Green, but she does cuddle Green after. Honestly, Charm has met her through Iris so I imagine they'd mostly get along.

Iris: She doesn't mind it when her boyfriend kisses and cuddles others. She does, however, plop herself into his lap when he's done with his friend and cuddling him. She's like super kissing his cheek and nuzzling him.

Omari: She's kind of shocked that Tempest let him do that, but she thinks it's adorable~. She finds Charm to be interesting and quickly befriends him so fast.

Utau: She's worried that Charm is gonna be thrown by Lord. When he isn't, she is shocked, but she doesn't mind him being touchy because she kind of gets it. She is very affectionate with her friends and family. So they're in the same boat here.
