The use of factual estimation frameworks to consider human behavior in a social environment is known as social insights. In this study researcher examined. Socio Economics indicators like Education, Health and Employment in Gujarat he also used Tobit Regression as a statistical tool. It will be found that the most of the Sub Indicators are positively impact on Tobit Regression model.

The awarded funds will enable them to upscale their engineering, tooling, and manufacturing operations. This development involves establishing a dedicated facility for Integrated Circuits (IC) substrate fabrication, focusing on high-mix, low-volume production of advanced interconnect solutions. These domestic production capabilities in High-Density Interconnect (HDI), Ultra-High-Density Interconnect (UHDI), IC substrates, and advanced packaging are essential for enabling technologies critical for sixth-generation systems used in radar, electronic warfare, information processing, and communications.   Impact of the Defense Production Act Investment Program In 2023, the DPAI Program has made 25 awards totaling $781 million, overseen by the ASD(IBP)'s Manufacturing Capability Expansion and Investment Program (MCEIP) in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Resilience. This program is a cornerstone in ensuring the resilience and advancement of the U.S. defense industrial base.   The Role of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (OASD IBP) The OASD IBP plays a crucial role in collaborating with domestic and international partners. Their mission is to forge and sustain a robust, secure, and resilient industrial base that supports the warfighter, both now and in the future. The use of real time evaluation technologies to think about human behavior in a social setting is known as social experiences. This can be refined by examining a social gathering of individuals, reviewing a subset of data insights, and assessing a large amount of data relating to people and their behavior in a quantitative manner. In this study researcher examined Socio Economics indicators like Education, Health and Employment in Gujarat he also used Logit Regression as a statistical tool. It will be found that the most of the Sub Indicators are positively impact on Logit Regression model.

So.

This is kinda just a drabble from an AU of a thing I write. I was listening to it's play list and the song "Ghostin'" by Mother Mother came one and created this in my head. It's not finished and it may or may not end up being canon but it let me explore how my boy would be thinking at this point and I figured that it would be whumpy enough to share.

So here it is! My first introduction of my boy, Victor talking to his older brother :D

"He... the-they... I-I-I-..."

The man drops his face back into his hands, digging his fingers and nails into it with a sound of frustration. It was so hard to communicate anything these days. Even simple things! And especially important things.

"Noonewan- wanted Viictor." He forces out through gritted teeth, wary of the hands that reached out to comfort him. They retreat after he flinched back, guilt filling his throat like molten lava. The heels of his palm press into his eyes and his teeth clench so hard they could break.

He swallows and tries again, voice rough from the leftover ash.

"Nooo one... want-ted Victer-tor... never... -He- He wasn't eno- ough f-for anyone. 'Cept.. 'Cept you." His throat grates against his vocal cords and he winces. Don't make him feel bad! "But!- But you didn't- didn't actually- you want-ted V- Vi- Vi- Vir-rus so- so They made him int-ta- to Virus. But he's-..." He huffs and rubs his eyes too hard before dropping his hands completely, wrists resting over his knees.

"He's Virus." The man says in all too small voice. "Nobo-uhdy wants him ei-either. Not you... not ev-ven Them... and especially not our-" A sharp frown curves his words, "-your team."

Arms move slowly to clutch across his sides after he says that. His head droops low as dull, grey eyes watch the ground between his knees. There wasn't anyway to avoid this anymore. He just had to break the news to the poor guy.

"I do- don't know who yo-ou're looking for in this but it- I know- know it's not me. Becaus-cause I was-sn't- wasn't supposed to ma-ake it out and no one wants-s something that-at wasn't supposed to be made s-so..." He waves his hand to the side and shrugs, sinking further into himself at the falling motion.

There's a sigh and he pulls a hand over his face and through his hair.

"He's- he's not here. Keepin' me aro-ound won't change that so you- I'm supposed to keep you- you safe for- for as long as I can, he as-asked me to. But... but I-"

He stops, hands fidgeting together as he shook his head. What he thought didn't matter. But what Kai did thought did.

"I thought you should know befo-ore you decided to- to... keep me. You know."
