❰❰ CRY ❱❱ sender cries in front of receiver with ur caiera and my hiro sometime after he gets his face burn
@mistyflame1
Despite what her other self and husbands' and wife said, "coward" was a rather apt name.
She hadn't been brave enough to show her children the truth of where they came from, hadn't been brave enough to truly change things until the rest of her family had been able to save her from the core of Sakaar itself.
But perhaps...she could be brave enough for this?
The tears building and falling from her other child's eyes made Caiera's heart twist, a physical pain that she found herself clutching at her chest as she stared. For years she had been worried this would happen, but to see it occur anyway...
Oh Hiro-Kala...
Despite her own pain and tears, Caiera swallowed them back briefly. Her child needed her to be strong, a thought that pushed the shadow to gently place her hand on the blanket Hiro was tucked under. Not reaching for him, but a offering if he wished to reach back.
"Hiro-Kala..." She swallowed thickly, "My baby. No matter what happens or what you may think, I'll always love you. I'll always admire what a strong and caring person you are, what you do for people when they don't see it..."
"Regardless of what happens to you or what you think; I will always love you."
Gently, hands almost shaking, Caiera touched Hiro's unburned jaw. She could have cried with relief when he allowed her to bring their foreheads together. "No matter how much rain may come, it cannot smooth this stone, (gemstone)..."

Skaar is the son of the Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong. He was conceived during the Hulk's time on Caiera's home planet of Sakaar. Following the Hulk's departure from the planet, Skaar emerged from a cocoon with the appearance and age equivalency of a human preteen. He matured rapidly, achieving a teenage appearance in just one year. Soon after, Skaar developed the appearance and intelligence of a full-grown adult.[9] To survive, Skaar learned the need to kill as part of his upbringing by the savage creatures of his home planet. He demonstrates himself to be a fierce and capable general, becoming the enemy of Axeman Bone. He later gains the power of the stone-based "Old Power", which allow him to draw energy from the planet itself.
Skaar was able to communicate with the spirit of his supposedly dead mother, Caiera. He fights a war against Axeman Bone but this only delays his people's escape from the near destruction of the planet by Galactus, the devourer of worlds. Because the planet possesses enough energy to satiate Galactus' hunger for a hundred thousand years, Caiera takes the Old Power from Skaar as she tries to reason with him.[10] Skaar admits to Caiera that he wanted to clear the evil from the planet. However, the Silver Surfer restores Skaar's Old Power and shows him a vision of the death and destruction of Sakaar leading Skaar to destroy the evacuation ships. He tells the Surfer that if he does not spare his planet, he will use the Old Power to increase Galactus' hunger and endanger more planets, including those already saved by the Surfer. After the Surfer informs the people of Sakaar that their safety would lead to the death of countless planets, he departs. Caiera denounces Skaar for his decision and absorbs his Old Power. She then exiles him from Sakaar and waits for Galactus to consume her.[11]
Skaar arrives on Earth with the sole desire to kill his father, the Hulk. After conflicts with the United States military, the Fantastic Four and the Warbound, he confronts the Hulk. Unbeknownst to Skaar, the Hulk has changed since his time on Sakaar. After the Hulk engages Skaar, he effortlessly beats him but their fight creates a fissure that endangers a nuclear power plant. Skaar ceases his attack when he realizes that this Hulk is not the "War Hulk" that conceived him, the one he desires to kill. He prevents the fissure from endangering the power plant and declares Earth to be his new home.
Skaar later encounters Bruce Banner, who had been robbed of the ability to become the Hulk by the Red Hulk. Skaar reiterates his desire to kill the Hulk, but he cannot accomplish this by killing him in Banner's form as they had separated into two distinct personas. Bruce offers to teach Skaar how to kill the Hulk, should he ever return. But this is a ruse to allow Banner to monitor his "son," and impart fatherly wisdom in the hope of turning the savage warrior into a hero. Skaar demonstrates his ability to use both cunning and physical strength by hurling the villain Juggernaut into outer space.[12] Subsequent lessons by Banner include encounters with Wolverine, Wolverine's son, Daken, Victoria Hand, Moonstone, a mutated Marlo Chandler, Tyrannus, the Mole Man and his army of Moloids.[13][14][15][16]
After defeating the Moloids, Skaar is proclaimed a hero and a parade is held in his honor. Banner confronts the Red Hulk but grows angry. He then teleports to the country of Latveria, supposedly to transform in private but a battle breaks out between the Hulk and Latverian king Doctor Doom. Skaar soon intervenes with the aid of his father's teleportation technology as he wants to prevent Doom from robbing him of the ability to kill the Hulk. Doom overpowers Skaar with magic, reverting him to his human form and revealing that this Hulk is a robot. Banner then arrives to rescue his son, seeing him in his human form for the first time. But Skaar rejects Banner's affection, believing that Banner cares only for his deceased wife. Skaar concludes that his discovery of the teleporter and trip to Latveria are part of another of Banner's "lessons," and reiterates his desire to someday kill him in his Hulk form.[17]
During the "Fall of the Hulks", "World War Hulks," and "Dark Son" storylines, Skaar comes to the aid of the Avengers by battling the Red She-Hulk in a story that involves the villainous group Intelligencia capturing Banner and turning people in Washington, D.C. into Hulks, including the genius Amadeus Cho.[18][19] Later in the story, Banner re-emerges as the Green Scar, prompting Skaar, who has finally been granted the confrontation he longs for, to attack him. As they fight, Hulk rescues many innocent bystanders endangered by the battle. Skaar reacts to his father's compassion by ceasing his own assault and reverting to human form, but Hulk continues fighting. His actions quickly remind him of Banner's own abusive father, reverting him back to his human form. Banner embraces his son, who is finally willing to accept his love.[20] Skaar then sets out on a journey with his father, sister, first cousin once removed Jennifer Walters, Rick Jones, and Betty Ross. Soon after, he senses his brother, Hiro-Kala, approaching Earth.[21]
During the "Chaos War" storyline, Skaar helps his father and his friends in their fight against the forces of Amatsu-Mikaboshi.[22] When it is discovered that Brian Banner has been brought back from the dead and has become a Guilt Hulk/Devil Hulk hybrid, Skaar helps his father fight his grandfather.[23]
Skaar accompanies the Hulk and the Warbound to the Savage Land when they are contacted by Ka-Zar regarding the death of some Sakaarians who were living there.[24] They discover that the insectoid Miek is involved in a plot to use Sakaarian bodies to store his hatchlings.[25] When Skaar refuses to allow the Hulk to harm the hatchlings, Miek attempts to drug Skaar. Following Miek's apparent death, Skaar remains in the Savage Land to keep an eye on the remaining Sakaarians.[26]
Skaar is recruited by Norman Osborn to join the second incarnation of the Dark Avengers.[27] His first fight with the team goes against him when the New Avengers discover them.[28] After the Dark Avengers reveal that they have captured Captain America and are planning to capture the other Avengers to put on trial, Skaar turns on his teammates.[29] It is revealed at that point that Skaar is actually a double agent. He then frees Captain America while the New Avengers defeat the remaining Dark Avengers.[30]
Skaar later travels back to the Savage Land as it reminds him of his home planet. The Hulk in his Doc Green form tracks Skaar there in order to depower him as part of his plan to depower every Gamma mutate on Earth. After a brief fight, Skaar is finally depowered. Doc Green teleports Skaar to Paris along with a backpack full of money so he can start a new and better life under the alias "Santos."[31]
During the "Civil War II" storyline, Skaar is among those who learn about Bruce Banner's death.

🥊 - a starter where my muse pins yours whilst sparring, for hulk and caiera >:3
@mistyflame1
Oh.
Flat on his back and cheeks quickly turning a deep purple, Hulk almost felt silly to be laying here, pinned under Caieta. But any sense of silliness was quickly pushed aside when he looked up and saw the way she was looking back at him.
Like he was something attractive. Someone to be attracted to.
It was still new to Hulk. He had seen the way David interacted with eveyone around him, how easily he flaunted his body now and how easily people loved him and wanted him for it. Hulk wasn't like that at all, didn't know how to be sexy or appealing without it feeling wrong or forced.
This though...it was hard to not feel arousal when his arms and legs were pinned under stone, the weight of Caiera on top of him was giving him butterflies in his stomach. He could barely look at her, instead choosing to glance away and hoping that she didn't notice how flustered Hulk felt.
"Uh...I'm not used to fighting anyone near my level..."

caiera and hulk for the domestic parents meme ^w^
@mistyflame1
Domestic parents meme
1. Who is better at playing with the kids?
Hulk is since he's more used to games and what kids would WANT to play while Caiera isn't as used to it. Cue Hulk teaching his kids and his wife how to play hide and seek.
2. Who can always get the baby to sleep?
Caiera since she has more patience, whereas Hulk just...falls asleep himself. If I had some sort of Good Smash Au like your Bros, then absolutely Hulk has fallen asleep and Caiera gets stuck chasing her twins about because they got back out of bed to look for after dinner deserts.
3. Who is the one who can’t stop thinking about the kids when they leave them with a babysitter on date night?
Both are. But Hulk likes to act like he isn't. Caiera spends the whole time fussing unless they're someone REALLY trusted and Hulk lasts just a few hours before he gets an excuse for them both to rush back home, where Thor or Clint glance up with the LEAST bit of surprise because this is the fourth time it's happened.
4. Who is the one who the kids ask for in the middle of the night?
Hulk since usually he's either awake or he snaps awake real quick from being on the run so often.
5. Who does better bedtime story voices?
Caiera! She LOVES doing the stories and it's always big gestures and a ranged cast while Skaar and Hiro-Kala stare wide eyed,,,and Hulk stares wide eyed from kneeling by the bed too.
6. Who picks the kids up from school?
They take turns, but mostly it's Hulk since he's less busy between being an Avenger or running the Smashers while Caiera works with S.W.O.R.D and A.R.M.O.U.R and sometimes is gone for a entire day or two in shifts.
7. Who takes the baby for their first haircut and who gets overly emotional about it?
I think,,,Caiera? Hulk doesn't have STRONG feelings about small details like his hair or nails, so long as it isn't in the way where Caiera just gets to enjoy any small moment she has with her twins on Earth.
8. Who is overprotective over the kids and who is more laid back?
I mean come on they BOTH are but,,,probably Hulk since he knows more what humans can be like and his own childhood while Caiera is a bit more trusting in them as they get older and taught more about who they trust.
9. Who is the disciplinarian and who is the fun parent?
Caiera is probably more the strict one since she grew up with a large amount of rules and control from being the Red King's Shadow while Hulk has more issues with punishment since ALL of his early memories are of coming out when Brian hurt Bruce. Gets a panic attack one of the first times he has to be strict on the twins.
10. Who is more likely to lose their child in public?
Neither. Would never happen unless it was a big attack on them and then cue Caiera and Hulk shattering the planet in order to get their babies back, glowing with rage and power.

As I said for my Hulkera kid, I've actually always loved Caiera and Betty for MANY reasons as they're actually quite both relatable to each other AND have some unique differences between them. For SOME reason everyone always likes to have these two characters be pitted against each other purely for Bruce's angst so instead here's a child where who knows, Caiera and Betty really dig each other and then months later this lil chick comes out anyway notes:
Kinda thinking genderfluid? Real shifting pronouns as they get older
No one knew if they were Joe or Betty's kid and even getting older, it's still confusing
Name is Haru and sorkaing of, the Hulkera kid is named Selena from here on out!
Has browner hair from Betty but it comes off as red in certain lightings and often gets fluffed up or slicked back when they're a child and later an adult
Scar over left eye from where they got caught in a power muting collar and couldn't heal it back after injury. They like it! It gives character
Green eyes from Cai and it gets joked that its Hulk's joke relation to them
Lil freckles and is a Harpy mutate but their plumage has brighter mixed sheens??? Kinda like a pigeon has them u know
Got matching pericings on their eyebrows with the Selena kid when they left Earth
Lil fangy smirk always, Joe taught them well and they know it often puts on the charm or upsets people
Has BIG floofy ears. I themed Haru's ears off how some owls have big floofy points and often they needed to keep their ears protected and cleaned as a child
At 16-17 they kinda have a mid life crisis/breakdown and thus try to run away to become a space pirate under Lady Hellbender's orders before Haru's parents all come slamming after them
Had an incident with their powers as a child that ended with Selena getting hurt and it affected Haru quite badly
Ends up running a space cargo/pirate/rescue ship. The first two are Haru's actual jobs but they refuse to admit the fact that they have a giant need to save people and mother hen just as badly as their parents do.
NEVER fucking call Haru an ostrich they DARE YOU
Grows to be 8'3, very slender muscles and hollow bone structures to help with flight aka Haru is light af, Bruce can lift them.
FLOOFS up when embarrassed or happy.

"👥" For Skaar’s mom
@awkward-snake-girl
Meet my muses' family
Caiera could admit, Earth was certainly beautiful. The colours blended, more varied than anything she had seen on Sakaar. The only thing that had made it better was the return to her family, her husband and children. There were so many new members now to the family that Caiera held dear, especially when it came to those who wished to love one of her children.
So while she wouldn't interrogate or scare Mattie, Caiera still wished to know the young woman. Skaar had held her dear for at least a year now, if not more, and she seemed to have a sense of nervousness that Caiera wished to push away. She didn't want to scare the possible other half of Skaar.
Mattie walking into the base's kitchen around noon, clearly looking for the others, seemed like a good chance to speak as it was only Caiera at home today. She tried to follow the advice Holku gave her, kept her posture less straight and softened her features so that it didn't seem as if she was glaring at Mattie before the grey-skinned woman offered a small smile as she leaned forward and rested her chin on her palms.
"I'm afraid Holku and Skaar are out. As are the others for a surprise mission. I...hope that this has not disrupted any plans you might have had with my son, Mattie." Caiera wanted to know Mattie, wanted to include her and feel included herself in a sort of solidarity she hadn't had for so long. The only trick was trying to figure out how to make it work with someone who seemed so...meek at times.
