tips?
I am trying so hard to lose weight and no matter what I do, it just takes too slow of time. If i eat a bit too much, I put on weight. I want to lose weight fast and eat as little as possible, but food craving makes that so hard. I just end up going to the nearest store and buyign chocolate. Is there any low calorie foods I can eat? preferably something with less than 20 calories and also not something too big, because that makes me feel guilty. I workout everyday (30+ minutes. Doing a Chloe Ting challenge plus other workouts on the rest days bc I dont take rest days) (I also ride horses a few times a week and work in the stabe)
Are there also any tips on how to reduce hunger? And also any tips on how to get a faster metabolism?

Any argument I hear about eating healthy and being against “unhealthy foods” and eating ultimately comes down to moderation. Every single time.
I don’t think any food is unhealthy at all. And yes, even cookies and donuts and whatever else. Unhealthy to me means we Should Not Eat It. As in Poisonous. As in not being able to digest it.
I think a good example is people seeing a fat person or just anyone bigger than they are and immediately assuming they only eat cheese burgers, or they eat all the time, or any other combination.
And its like…do you realize that you are not in fact saying cheeseburgers are unhealthy? But you are in fact saying no one should eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner every single day??? Fatphobes literally say it out loud!
We need a large variety of nutrients in our diet every day and most foods have at least some amount of them.
Does a cheeseburger oftentimes have a lot of fat? Yes. Does it also have a bit of fiber in the bun? Also yes. Does it usually come with tomato and onion and lettuce, all of which have vitamins? Yes again.
Asshole: “B-b-but you don’t think eating donuts for every meal is good for you, do you?”
No I don’t.
Asshole: “Checkmate! Donuts are bad for you!”
That wasn’t a checkmate. Donuts aren’t going to kill you the moment they touch your teeth. And simply stating that there is no unhealthy food does not mean I’m encouraging people to binge eat the same things every single day until their stomachs explode. Fatphobes seem incapable of understanding that many people have a lot of self-control, sometimes more than they themselves have if all they can say when seeing a fat person is “go on a diet.”
Edit: Going back to that eating one thing every day point, I also wouldn’t recommend eating nothing but broccoli either. Or spinach. Or lettuce. Or tomatoes. Or any other “healthy” food.

Sorry for the absence guys had to do a bit of soul searching! I’m back now tho 😊
Currently been on a 3 day long binge fest (well for me at least haha). Been averaging 2,500-3,000 calories a day which is a lot for me seeing as I normally get around 800cal a day!!!
Just lost my job so idk how much longer I’ll b able to keep this up but if u wanna help out pm me I suppose (no pressure just for people who wanna make the world a fatter place 🤭)
