I love how defensive of Yorkshire Clara has been so far this season: "Well, I'm a simple Yorkshire lass Fleet. Obviously I'd never seen more than two people in a row before coming to London. We have cities you know!"; "Again Fleet, there are cities outside London, even in my oh so remote Yorkshire. Can you guess the name of the city after which Yorkshire might be named Fleet?"; "It's a real place, you can get the train there!" She's always ready to defend Yorkshire with sass and sarcasm, even when nobody was actually criticising Yorkshire or even referring to it at all. I support her so much.

Hi hello friends, greetings from Liverpool! 💛 I just arrived in the UK for a vacation (l know I only just got back from a trip but that one was a sort of last minute, and this one has been planned for ages 🙈) and I'll be doing a UK roadtrip over the next week or two, finishing next weekend in London, and then going back home on the 20th. I'll be on the road a lot, but I'll definitely drop in from time to time! I'd miss you all and the boys too much otherwise 🥰 Hope everyone has a beautiful weekend ahead, sending lots of love!! ✨️💖🌈

10. what's something you're excited for?

interrailing! me and my uni friend have started planning it fr and there's so many places ive ALWAYS wanted to go (rome, paris, greek islands, venice, etc) that we're gonna be able to do in one go and im so so so excited bc ive wanted to interrail europe for YEARS i was supposed to go when i was 18 but covid happened and i was worried id missed my chance to do it but WE'RE MAKING PLANS!!

13. what's your comfort food?

oooo ive got a couple. jacket potato w cheese and beans, egg fried rice, or fried chicken. im also Known for loving pringles like people get me them constantly bc it's My Thing

18: do you still love stuffed animals?

yes!!!! i used to have sooo many and while i only have a few left i still love them dearly and always pick them up if they fall over, esp bc my three Main Ones that i keep on the shelf right next to my bed all have direct ties to my friends (carlisle the build-a-bear i made w my uni friend who has a matching one, we're going to get them graduation robes when we finish our degree. little guy, the squishmallow boom sent me THREE YEARS AGO OMG. and ahuru the elephant i bought at the smithsonian - me, boom and ashla all got matching ones, and she's named after one of my fav characters ever from @nobodieshero-main's incredible original story)

#ahuru is such a real one in particular bc she travelled from DC to canada to new york to london to my hometown to my uni city #like my girl has MILES under her belt she's a globetrotter. in this life she got to see the world and be happy. ahuru my sweet girl #ask #ask game

#it's kind of true #one of my best friends in uni was this liberal serbian girl #she followed a pretty standard run of the mill turbo urban liberal thought you would find in like london or amsterdam but #she was a hardcore serb nationalist at the same time #it was so funny being at a house party and seeing someone having the misfortune of stating their stupid opinion on kosovo or nato to her #she was merciless with it #most liberal metropolitan serb #meeting her brother was funny though as he had a chetnik tattoo and he was vibing well with my azovite ukrop friend #vid

so i just finished the very dark, brutishly grim, somehow darkly funny and weirdly gorgeous rain dogs (bbc/hbo) in one sitting......... im not well. ive been held hostage by fucked-up, toxic, codependent platonic soulmates, costello and selby, terribly attempting to coparent costello's 10y/o daughter within their makeshift dysfunctional little family, whom they love more than anything, for four brutal hours as they struggle to navigate class and poverty and perverts, mental health wards and trauma and sobriety and the awful world around them and the system that's failing them <3

#don't be fooled by this scene. it took hell on earth to get here #daisy may cooper is a staaaaar #rain dogs #rain dogs bbc #rain dogs hbo #daisy may cooper #jack farthing #it had like elements of fleabag's grief and grotesque moments? and killing eve's dark grim humour #but through a very working class brit lense #like it's abt london away from tourist and overseas' eyes where a tory government has failed its wc population.#and the desperate lengths people have to go to to stay alive #so trigger warnings galore but im so glad i watched this on a whim. whew.#also kind of wanted just a couple of flashbacks to how costello and selby met at uni and how that friendship started. oof!
