World Autism Awareness Day: Embracing Neurodiversity
April 2nd, marks World Autism Awareness Day, a time to celebrate the unique strengths, talents, and contributions of individuals on the autism spectrum, and to promote understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity. Join me and let us come together to raise awareness, foster inclusivity, and support individuals and families affected by autism.
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that falls within the spectrum of neurodiversity, representing the natural variation in human brain function and behavior. Neurodivergent individuals may process information, communicate, and experience the world differently, contributing diverse perspectives and abilities to our communities.
As we recognize the diversity of human experience, let's celebrate the unique strengths and talents of Neurodivergent individuals, including creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking. Let's embrace neurodiversity as an essential aspect of human variation and promote a culture of acceptance, respect, and inclusion for all.
In honor of National Minority Health Month, it's crucial to acknowledge the disparities in autism diagnosis and access to resources within minority communities. Environmental factors, socioeconomic challenges, and lack of access to culturally competent healthcare may contribute to underdiagnoses or delayed diagnosis of autism in minority populations.
According to research, minority communities, including Black, Hispanic, and Indigenous populations, are often diagnosed with autism at later ages and may face barriers to accessing early intervention services, therapies, and support networks. By raising awareness and advocating for equitable access to resources, we can ensure that all individuals receive the support they need to thrive.
Help me and others who are committed to promoting autism acceptance, advocating for inclusive policies and practices, and supporting organizations that provide resources and services for individuals and families affected by autism. Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive world where everyone's unique strengths and abilities are valued and celebrated.
Dr. Deilen Michelle Villegas, Ph.D., DNM, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Traumatic Stress Expert, and Trauma Recovery Specialist.

Hashtags that relate to the topic
There was not alot of information to do with hashtags that are used on social media but these are some I found and I have the links to where I got my resources from at the end.
#IAsk
#IAsk is the theme of the Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center has a library of resources for spreading the message about asking for and respecting consent. They have social media shareable graphics with simple messages about consent such as “Consent is a skill, you get better as you practice.” The NSVRC also hosts a #30DaysofSAAM contest on Instagram with open ended prompts related to preventing sexual violence and supporting survivors that any Instagram user can participate in.
#1Thing
The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence created #1Thing for Domestic Violence Awareness Month, which mobilizes people and communities to commit to one thing they can do to prevent domestic violence and support survivors. Social media share graphics include prevention education messages like the importance of modeling respect and equity in various types of relationships.
#BoldMoves
The California Coalition Against Sexual Assault‘s campaign is #BoldMoves, which is also a full website with ways everyone can learn small actions that translate to bold moves that prevent and end sexual harassment, abuse, and assault. Bold moves for prevention can be actions, questions, and conversations that everyone can do to change the culture to one without violence and that supports safety and healing for all
#DontStandBy
NO MORE and Uber partnered to create #DontStandBy, a call to Uber riders and drivers and others to be active bystanders in rideshares, nightlife, and elsewhere to ensure everyone has a safe, fun experience free from sexual violence. #DontStandBy offers scenarios, resources, and safety tips for how to intervene and support friends and others to prevent sexual violence.
#ItsNotOkay
Women are sharing their experiences of sexual violence on social media under the hashtahg #ItsNotOkay to mark Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week, which started on Monday.
The hashtag was created to raise awareness and tackle the stigma that discourages people from openly discussing sexual assault and abuse and has already garnered thousands of responses from individuals around the globe and UK police forces.

Our bodies are not who we are. Our souls are who we are. We don't "have a soul", we ARE a soul. Our bodies are nothing more than a temporary vessel in which we use to experience humanity.
Believing that our skin, our sex organs, or any other physical attribute is "who we are" is entirely false. Sure, it can contribute to our upbringing and becomes a part of what are egos are, but we are also not our egos.
Our egos are a tool for survival. It isn't bad to have an ego. It is what we choose to use that tool for that can make it bad. Like an axe. An axe isnt a weapon until you choose to use it as one. The ego becomes what our experiences are. Ego seeks to divide and separate. Souls seek to connect and become one.
The more we believe we are different from eachother because of biological differences, the more harm we cause to not only ourselves but others. We are all an expression of the same source.
We are putting limitations on ourselves by feeling the need to label ourselves, when in fact, humans are too complex to put into categories, both externally and internally.
We all came here to experience life on earth. And letting small differences like such is causing us to hinder our own personal growth and the growth of the collective.
Our evolution is dependent on our collective concious, our revolution is a conscious revolution. Change requires awareness, becoming aware of ourselves is becoming aware of everything else.
We are the lightworkers, the starseeds, the indigos, the healers. We must know peace to achieve peace. It all comes from within ourselves. Judging, hating, fearing is what's stopping us from all truly living.
We all know how to survive, it's time for us to thrive. And that requires acceptance for everyone . You don't have to like a person to be kind to them. Stop the hate, and just be. Let others just be.

Unity
Today, I just stood on my terrace and was seeing the construction just beside my house. When I was seeing them I get to know the real experience with them. Those people were just breaking the LENTER of the house.
They were working in different places with their full potential and full efforts but they are not using their full potential.
On the other hand, if they work together and throw on the same point they will get more productive results with less efforts
That's the power of Unity. If you are united. Nobody can defeat you.
So live in unity

Want to know how you can be a part of the solution in fighting and defeating climate change?
TED-Ed has partnered with the United Nations to make a 30 day challenge to teach you everything you need to know about the climate, the environment and much more (this comes in handy in debates, talks with people that aren't aware of why we should protect the Earth, in knowing what to ask the governments when protesting and many more situations). Knowledge is power and power is what we need if we want to achieve our goals.
They already got to day 13 but the videos are short so you can catch up by watching a few a day. Enjoy!

In Indestructible community
How many more eons must humankind adhere to the destructive traditional conditioning of viewing those around our countries, our borders, our states, our cities, our boroughs, our neighborhoods, our streets, our homes, our hearts as foreign Beings to call enemy or adversary? Resilient Warrior, let’s begin to see ourselves, our families, our friends, our acquaintances, our neighbors, our colleagues, our co-workers, our bosses, our countrymen, our entire race (the human one) as true allies in indestructible community!

I just signed the petition "United Nations: Put Lebanon under an International Humanitarian Task Force by the United Nations" and wanted to see if you could help by adding your name.
Our goal is to reach 150,000 signatures and we need more support. You can read more and sign the petition here:

I really hope people realize that the CH "protesters" who were in the pictures with the weird hats and stuff were PAID ACTORS and ANTIFA who also showed up at BLM "protests" and incited violence in both instances. It's time to recognize that the American people generally don't want violence, but it is the people who are literally getting hired and paid to do so who are causing this destruction.

In a world plagued by discrimination and hatred, we fight to have our voices heard. May this playlist serve to resonate with the artists and inspire hope, or to spark courage in those who are yet to share their own voice.
