It's a heart with the pan pride flag since I hc Tim as being panromantic (and the flag behind him is the demisexual pride flag) and romantic orientations are usually symbolised as a heart with the colours of the pride flag for that sexuality. Like, biromantic would be a heart with the bi pride flag's colours.
