ʏᴇᴀʀ 2139

Many years ago the Tayrangi lived further in the woods, they were living peacefully and not being disturbed by the Sky People. They were busy celebrating that their Olo'eyktan and her mate had a child. A healthy baby girl, who will be the next Olo'eyktan or Tsahik. The baby was only a couple weeks old, both Ikeyni and Tsentey were happy about their first child.

Everything had been cut short when the RDA had invaded their village. The Na'vi did everything in their power to defend themselves and each other, but the Sky People were too strong, they decided to leave, except things got worse, as they fled, the Sky People began to abduct kids no older than 3 or 5 years old and killing there parents in front of them, so that they had no other choice but to leave with them. Then the village had been set on fire by the sky people. They had left with some kids and infants.

Ikeyni had gone back to the village, in order to find her child. "Maite! Maite!" she screamed, searching in the now burning village, then she went inside the hut that was once hers and mate's home. "Maite!" she ran over to where he baby was suppose to be but her baby was gone. "Maite!" she screamed like a mountain banshee. Ikeyni began to move things to see if her child was anywhere to be found, but no, she didn't find her child. It began to drive here crazy, until Tsentey went in to look for him mate, he found her crying and screaming. "Ikeyni! We have to go!" he attempted to grab her, but she struggled against him. "No! I need to find our daughter!" she cried as her mate pulled her close. "My love we have to go! The people need us1 They need you!" he begged as his mate continued to cry in pain. He was right, they had to leave to make sure their people were safe, as much as she wanted to stay and find her baby, her people needed her.

The na'vi were in tears, some injured by the fire and sky people's weapons. Not only that but they also lost their brothers and sister, children and infants got taken away too. They had to find a new place to live in. Ikeyni turned back to look at her once home, in tears, she watched as the fire burned down her home. She swore to herself that she will get her revenge on the Sky People, for hurting her people and taking her child. She also swore that she will never have a child again.

ʏᴇᴀʀ 2154

15 years had passed, you along with other na'v kids had been living with the RDA for years, ever since you were an infant. They had told you that your parents had abandon you all and the humans had decided to take you in and teach you many human things. So here you were sitting in your class room with your other classmates, wearing the RDA uniform, writing on your book. As soon as you learned how to walk and talk, you were placed in a school program with the other kids. You learned to speak both Na'vi and English, as well as writing, using technology and you also learned how to use the weapons that the RDA had.

You could whatever but there was one rule, to never leave Hell's gate. You were aloud to explore the outside, but you had to be with your teacher who was an avatar and a your classmates. The RDA had told you stories about how the forest was no place for a child and they told you the many dangers you were exposed to, but you also couldn't help but wonder why you weren't allowed to. Not only that but you were kept isolated from the humans, you barely saw any other humans and had no idea on what was happening outside the class room.

Your teacher was busy talking and writing on the board, you weren't paying attention, you were busy looking outside the window, imagining how the forest would be like. You've also had been getting this odd dreams, of a na'vi couple. A woman and a man, they seemed fierce and scary, but they also seemed loving towards you. The woman would sing songs to you and the man seemed to love your presence. Not only that, but you also had been seen a tree, this tree glowed a purple color and there was this strange tassels on them, this people and tree felt familiar in a way. Not only that but there was this little flying creatures flying around the tree.

You had bee busy day dreaming that you didn't hear the teacher call out your name. "Y/n? Y/n!" she said loud enough to get your attention. You snapped out of your daydream and looked over at the female avatar. "Y-Yes?" you said, then your classmates began to laugh at you, making you feel embarrassed. "Are you feeling alright?" she asked, as you nodded. "Yes Ma'am ... sorry" you said while looking down in shame. Your teacher gave you a look of concern. "Please stay after class, I'd like to have a word with you" she said, making your class chuckle and chattering. Your teacher shushed the class and went back to writing on the board.

After the class, your classmates left, to go get their military training done. You stood up and approached the teacher's dark, she was sitting on the desk, grading work. "What did you want to talk about Ma'am?" you asked, the teacher then placed her papers down and looked at you. "You have been distracted y/n, is something wrong?" she asked, sounding concerned. Despite being a teacher, she was also your mother figure. "No.. it's just..." you stopped, not knowing what to say. She waited for you to answer. "I just.. been thinking about the woods.." you said, making your teacher eyes widen. "I know I'm not suppose to go in them but.. I want to.. I wish to explore and learn everything about them" you said, while fidgeting with your thumbs.

Your teacher sighed and got up from her desk, walking around to stand face to face with you. "I know, you and the other kids wish to go to the woods, but it's the rules. As much as I want to take you all, I have to follow orders." She explained sadly. She once tried to all to the deeper part of the woods, but it was forbidden, rules are rules. You simple nodded. "I understand... can I go now?" you asked, looking down sadly. You teacher sighed and nodded. "You may go" she said sadly. You then walked out of class and went to where your classmates were.

You had entered the shooting range, it wasn't your first time here, you had been here a couple times. Your group was put here while the other group were learning hand to hand combat. Once you had on your safety glasses and sound canceling headphones, you got a gun and began to load it. After hours on learning how to shoot with different weapons, you all were allowed to go to your recess, before having to go back to your final class.

You were sitting on the bench outside, as your class mates played basketball or did other things on the training field equipment. "Hey y/n!" your friend Carmella, another na'vi had approached and sat next to you. "Hey what happened in class?" she asked. "Nothing, I was just, day dreaming.." you said. "Let me guess, about your dreams?" she asked, knowing full well, she had been the one you've told about your day dreaming and other dreams. "Yeah, this couple, they... feel familiar and that tree I've told you about.." you said. Making your friend tilt her head. "Who knows, we all have strange dreams and what not" she said, then she looked over and spotted someone. "Hey, Ima go ask James if he did the homework from yesterday, I'll be back" Carmella said, then she got up and left to go talk to the na'vi boy. Who she obviously had a crush on.

A couple moments had passed and Carmella wasn't back. You assumed she was still talking to James. Then you spotted something approach you, it looked oddly familiar, once you got a good look on what it was, it was the little creature from your dreams. You stared at it wide eyed. You thought the flying jelly fish was only a figment of your imagination. The little creature flew towards the back of your hand, you looked at it, fascinated. The creatures legs were lightly touching your hand softly. Then someone had called for you. "Y/n! Let's go! Break's over!" Carmella said, you got up from the bench an watched as the creature began to fly away, back to where it came from. As you walked back to the building, you looked back to see the creature fly away, back into the woods.

Class had been over, you and Carmella were in your shared room. You had been writing on your notebook, finishing your homework so that it could be checked tomorrow. You also got distracted by drawing the little creature on your notes. "Finally, I can rest!" Carmella had come in, her hair must have been wet due from showing in the locker room. She fell face forward on her bed, she was obviously tired from today. "Are you almost done? I want to get some shut eye" your friend said. "Yeah... just reviewing my work" you said, closing your notebook and placed it on the desk that you both shared. Then you went over and turned off the lights. Carmella got comfortable on her bed. "Good night y/n" she said, as you then laid down on your bed and responded. "Good night Carmella" you said. Carmella was already asleep, you on the other hand couldn't sleep as fast as she did. You had been thinking even more then before, specially since that creature from your dreams had gone to you. What that some kind of a sign or a coincidence? Who knew.

The next morning, it felt off. You had gone to class, but your teacher was late. Normally she'd be on time and had us working already. Your classmates had decided to take advantage of this and began to talk to one another. While they did that, you were busy checking your own work, until then the door had been burst open. Three humans with breathing masks on and guns came in. Everyone was confused on what was happening, then the guns were pointed at you all. Causing your classmates to scream and cower over to the back of the room. You followed them, scared and confused, some even began crying out of fear. What was happening?!

"Kill them! Kill them all!" one of the men said, then the three got their guns and pointed them at you all again. But before anything could happen. Your teacher had got in the class room, and shoot at the men, killing them instantly. Everyone looked in horror as the three men dropped dead. "Come with me!" your teacher said, with out hesitation, you all followed behind your teacher. The alarms on the hall ways were on and a lot of commission was happening outside. Then you were all lead to a room in the basement, the room was kind of dark and isolated, then you saw the many cryosleep pods with a table with all sorts of buttons.

"Everyone, get in a pod!" your teaches instructed, without hesitation everyone went into a pod, except for you. "Ma'am, what is happening!" you asked, but your teacher lead you to a pod and got you in. "No time to explain, you'll know the truth later" she said, once inside the pod, she closed the pod. You attempted to open the pod but you couldn't. Your teacher had gone to the table and began to turn activate your pods. You attempted to open your pod but you couldn't, you wanted to know what was happening, why did the RDA, your so called saviors wanted to kill you, you wanted to know what was happening. The last thing you saw was your teacher, she had tears in her eyes, she then placed her hand on the top of the glass of your pod. You did the same, placing your hand on the glass where her five fingered hand was, if it weren't for the glass, your four fingers would be able to touch her hand. Next thing you knew, everything went black, you had been put on cryosleep, for who knows how long.

ʏᴇᴀʀ 2169 (15 ʏᴇᴀʀꜱ ʟᴀᴛᴇʀ)

Spider, Kiri, and Lo'ak had been hanging around Hell's Gate, they liked to explore around the abandoned buildings and so on. Exploring the place wasn't a new thing, but they just liked to be around were the humans once were. It was a fun activity that they liked to do. "Come on guys!" Spider yelled out to the Sully kids, who were right behind him. "We're coming!" Lo'ak yelled towards the human boy as him and his sister caught up to him.

"We should go somewhere else, we've already explored here!" Kiri whined as Spider stopped in his tracks. "Come on! I'm sure there is more to explore then just this!" he said, as he began to walk slower with the two na'vi kids. "Yeah Kiri, come on" her brother protested. Kiri just rolled her eyes and followed the two boys.

Then she stopped and spotted an abided building, she wasn't sure if that building was there before. "Hey guys!" she called out to them, making them stop to look at her. "What is it now?" Lo'ak asked, while walking over to her, followed by Spider. "Was that building there before?" she asked, once the boys were where she was, they too saw the building that she was talking about. "I have no idea, how did we not see it before?" Spider asked, now curious, he's never seen that building either. "What ever it is, I'm gonna go see" Lo'ak said, going towards the building that was covered in all kinds of plants.

The other two followed the boy, also curious on what the building could possible had. Lo'ak opened the door, and walked in, the building was pretty big, it was Avatar/Na'vi kind of big, strange. He along with Kiri and Spider looked around, opening doors which lead to classrooms, bedrooms, locker rooms and other kids of things. "Wow, this is kind of cool" Lo'ak said, walking in a classroom which had the door open. He looked at the board which had writing on it as well as plants growing on around the wood, he got a look at the walls, which had posters of things such as multiplication tables and the alphabet. When he looked down he saw three skeleton corpses, making him gasp and stumble back. Not only that but there was bullet holes on the floor, and some on the wall. "What the hell happened?" he whispered to himself.

"Lo'ak! Come quick!" Spider yelled from afar, Lo'ak gave the room one final look and went to were his friend and sister were. He walked down some stairs which lead to what he assumed was a basement. he walked in a dark room, where the his sister and friend were. "Look dude!" Spider said, pointing at the cryosleep pods. "Damn" Lo'ak whispered, seen the many closed pods. He then got close, seen that the pods had dust on them, which made them impossible to look thought them. Kiri on the other hand had been on the control table, looking at the many buttons and other things.

Spider got close to a pod, then climbed on top of the dusty pod, out of curiosity, he began to wipe off the dust off the glass to see if anyone was in the closed pod. He then gasped when he saw that someone was in the pod sleeping. "Holy shit!" he said, getting off. "What bro!?" Lo'ak approached his friend. "Someone's in there!" Spider said, still surprised. The na'vi boy then looked through pod and saw the person sleeping. "It's... an avatar?" he said confused, looking back at Spider then back at Kiri who had somehow turned on a screen and was looking at the screen of a heart beat, that must of been of the person in the pod. "Yeah, and they are still alive" she said, making the boys look at each other in shock, then back at Kiri. "We need to call somebody" Spider said to both the na'vi kids.

UK releasing 3 episodes a week is the best way to watch this format imo the binge model US1 had was too much at once and the online discussion was over in a snap. The once a week that Canada did nearly got me to stop watching cause it was too boring of a season to have to wait that long between episodes (I think s2 of US once a week after the 3 ep drop won't have this issue because it's a full celeb cast that will always have the stans fighting lol)

The way UK drafts narratives through the 3 ep arcs is just the most entertaining storytelling! Like the conclusion to week 3 being a huge callback to week 1 which was further strengthend by the culmination of week 2 (iykyk don't wanna spoil) it's the perfect pacing!
