in dead space you play in third person one of the man resons of the game being in therd peronis the lo9cashon of the player health in the game i have found this to be a grat way to intagrt heath in to game, by adding the helath of the player to the back of the player i is alway in the center of the screen whare the playuer would have bloked that part of the screen by doing this the game has cut doun on unssed screen space well.

this game is also therd person but it uses a more tradisheal UI for the player helth, despit chnaging the locashon of the helath i find that using therd peron is still ued well in this game. i am inspied by how the us of therd peron makes fiting eser as it gives the player a cahns to see there sartouding making them more awer of the fight at hand.

the imig ubove shows game play of palts vas zobies, the imig dipasly how therd perso can be utalied to show the player what is hapaning around them. un like dead space it use the same UI. but the therd peson pespective has one down sid and that is if you go in a small room i it is inposaball to wee what is going on behing the player model as it takes up most of the screen, plants vs zobes fixed this by makinbg the map big.

i dont think this cama will work for my second idea but fore my first idea i would make the game seem more open for the player.

gyro knows how to speak/write several languages including but not limited to baybayin javanese balinese a bit of buginese the kapisnon dialect (na waray o tagalog) english and the italian shit i GUESS however he refuses to learn spanish or dutch i think you can guess why.

DnD Worldbuilding - Utalies

The world of Utalies is a warm plant covered in wet bogs that sparkle with gold and silver dust.

The gold comes from the rich mineral found in the water and often make entire swamps shine in the sunlight. The Federation has been known to drain the bogs to filter the water but the dust is small and 10 cubic feet of water will usually contain no more then a single coin worth of gold making most ponds valued at a 100 gold or less and usually not nearly worth the effort. However due to the mineral rich earth of Utalies many of its nutrient sucking plants have also begun to sparkle with gold flakes. The Utalies fungal patch, a green mushroom is dotted with twinkling gold specks due to sucking in the mineral rich water from the bogs. While the fungus is edible The Federation mostly harvests the mushroom for boiling down into a gold stock which is then melted down into coins, but like the bogs this process requires a lot of effort and for every 10 lbs of mushrooms it will often yield no more then 1 gold. The Utalies fungal tower is a yellow mound of fungus that grows around the bogs sucking in not gold but the other mineral left behind by the fungal patch. The minerals harden into gems within the meat of there bodies forming tiny pieces of quartz but sometimes a much rarer gemstone can be found within, prompting many in the Federation to harvest the fungus hoping for that one big score. Crystalline gators fill the swamps, there skin hardening with the intense minerals mixtures of the water. This makes them extremely tough, causing them to be immune to none magical attacks and can even reflect ray magic attacks back onto the casters. Because the gator posse such a great threat wizards and psions are hired by the 100s to hunt them down and keep there populations low, but the more magic being used the more the gators seem to adapt, with some even reported to being immune to low level magic. The greatest gator Diamond Scale, is said to be immune to everything and the size of a tower, wondering in the deepest swamps he is over a 1000 years old and nearly a god. While he does not attack his cult of reptilians fight on his behalf raiding the Federation and attacking towns so they may bring tribute back to there deity. Trying to win back the world they want to make the Federation pay for every crystalline gators they have ever killed and every once of fire-gel they have every mined.

Silavut the Wizard Characters and Places

So for anyone interested, here are the main and supporting characters and places in the story so far. More to be added as they come up.

Main Characters:

Silavut (alias Silavut the Wizard) – real last name Thrain, which he never uses.

Gedran and Utali Thrain – Father and Mother (Names never mentioned, but now you know.)

Vorin Tremdal – Friend of Gedran and Utali, essentially godfather of Silavut and his mentor.

Sehlan Vash – His sparring opponent and new travelling partner.

Lothiren – Their new dragon friend (well, kind of).

Deltenara – Nara for short. Their new travelling companion. Has some weird power / energy thing going on from an ancient ritual.

Tail – Nara’s—and now Sehlan and Silavut’s—tracker friend. Hasn’t lost anyone yet...except for her.

Lady Anielle Pendalest – Seneschal of Trefal. Turned out to be in league with the sorceress. Thought Tail was just a myth/legend. Has now become part of the group.

Vekta – Lady Anielle's personal tracker. An old friend of Tail.

Minor / Side Characters:

Tonat (alias Tiny One) – The man Silavut met in the fighting village who helped him become accustomed to their ways.

The Old Woman – Name never mentioned. The old woman who set Sehlan and Silavut on their current path.

Gen – The bouncer at the information exchange. Unfortunately killed by the wraith destroyed by Nara.

Places:

Eldren – Silavut's home town.

Galder – A royal city; where Sehlan is originally from (working on a side story for that).

Trefal – The town with the largest library currently known with the largest currently known collection of history.

Dead Lands – The dead valley, or wastelands, beyond the mountains of Umilal. Where they can only guess the sorceress currently resides.

Umilal – The continent on which Silavut and co. currently travel.

Genat Town – aka Party Town. Where something bad is afoot.

Torchikal – Another continent they must travel to in order to defeat the sorceress.
