Types of UV rays

We encounter UV rays every day! These are the types of UV rays that give us skin damage. Which one sounds the most profound to you?

1) UVA

UVA ends with an A, so you can associate A with aging. There are 2 subtypes of UVA, UVA1 and UVA2. In general, UVA causes skin aging and wrinkles. They are something that can be developed over time.

2) UVB

UVB ends with a B, so you can associate it with burning instead. Have you ever felt a burning sensation after spending hours on the beach? That's the sunburn effect of UVB! Your skin is warning you to seek a solution for relief.

3) UVC

UVC exists! It's a bit tricky though. It mostly gets absorbed by the ozone layer before it can reach us. However, some applications may release UVC in the process. For more examples, you can find them here.
