ADALET İSTİYORUZ!

Üyeleri, Halkın Hukuk Bürosu Avukatları ve Yürüyüş Çalışanları İçin Adalet İstiyoruz!

Türkiye'de haksız ve hukuksuz olarak yapılan tutuklanmaları, haklar ve özgürlükler mücadelesinde yer alanların yüksek cezalarla yıllarca hapis yatmalarını protesto ediyoruz. Bu cezaların geri dönük olarak bütün yaptırımlarıyla birlikte iptal edilmesini ve bütün devrimci tutsakların serbest bırakılmasını istiyoruz. Ülkemizde adalet kalmamıştır, hukuk işlemiyor. Haksızlığa uğrayan, işini-ekmeğini alın terini isteyenler suçlu ilan ediliyor. Hakkını arayanların avukatlığını yapan halkın avukatlarına 159 yıl ceza veriliyor. Halk için mühendislik yapan Halk bahçeleri kuran, rüzgâr türbinleri kuran halkın mimar mühendisleri tutuklanıyor. Halkın umudunu, coşkusunu, özlemini, acılarını anlatan halkın sanatçıları tutuklanıyor ve başlarına ödül konuluyor. Bizim ülkemiz Anadolu, Amerika Teksas değil bu ödüller kaldırılmadır.

Demokratik kitle örgütlerine operasyonlar yapılarak, kurumlar talan ediliyor, insanlar işkencelerden geçirilerek gözaltına alınıyor. "Gizli tanık hakkında ifade verdi" denilerek insanlar tutuklanıyor, uzun hapis cezaları veriliyor. Adı sanı 'gizli' ne yüzü ne de sesi olan bir tanık; 'senin için dedi ki' denilerek hakkımızda on yıllara varan cezalarla davalar açılıyor. GİZLİ TANIK SADECE BİZDEN GİZLİ, SADECE SUÇLANANDAN GİZLİ TANIK. GİZLİ TANIK SUÇLANANI BİLİYOR GÖRÜYOR AMA SUÇLANAN ONU BİLMİYOR. BÖYLE YARGILAMA OLMAZ. Haksızca tutuklananlara, itirafçılar-gizli tanıklar nedeniyle cezalar veriliyor.

İtirafçılık, gizli tanıklık aramıza nifak sokan, birbirimize güvenmeyi engelleyen, ispiyonculuğa özendiren bir yozlaşmanın devlet eliyle yayılmasıdır. Tutsakları, hapishanelerde tecrit edip, yüzlerce km uzaktaki hapishanelere dağıtıyorlar. Sonra telefonla bağlanıp ekran görüntüsü alarak" savunmanı yap" diyorlar. Adına SEGBİS (Sesli ve Görüntülü Bilişim Sistemleri) dedikleri bu bağlantıyı, istedikleri an kesebiliyorlar. SEGBİS yüz yüzelik ilkesine, adil yargılanmaya ilkesine aykırıdır! Hakkındaki suçlamaları duymadan, kendini savunamadan, delillerle/tanıklarla yüzleşmeden yargılama yapılamaz, cezalar verilemez! KHK'da( kanun hükmünde kararname)“ SEGBİS (Ses ve Görüntü Bilişim Sistemi)ile ifade vermeyen sanık savunma yapmış sayılır” denilerek, savunma hakkı bile gasp ediliyor. Savcılar ve hâkimler, polisin her türlü baskı, tehdit ve şantajıyla aldığı ifadelerle, itirafçılar, gizli tanıklar ve sahte deliller üzerinden hazırlanan iddianamelerle, komplolarla yargılama yapıyor. Mahkemeler gerçekler karşısında kör, sağır ve taraflıdır. Hak ve özgürlük mücadelesinde yer alanlara intikam duygusuyla cezalar veriliyor.

Başımıza ne zaman ne geleceğinin belli olmadığı, halkın kendini güvende hissetmediği bir ülkede adalet yoktur!

ADALET İSTİYORUZ. TALEPLERİMİZ:

1- Baskınlara son verilsin.

2- İtirafçılar, gizli tanıklar ve SEG-B İS (Ses ve Görüntü Bilişim Sistemi)ile yapılan gayri-meşru hukuksuz yargılamalara son verilsin.

3- Terör adı altında hazırlanan BAŞLARIMIZA ÖDÜLLER KONULAN listeler iptal edilsin. 4-Açılan davalar düşürülsün. Tutsak Grup Yorum üyeleri, HHB avukatları ve Yürüyüş çalışanları serbest bırakılsın.

NOUS VOULONS LA JUSTICE !

En Turquie, des arrestations illégales et injustes sont effectuées. Les personnes qui luttent pour la justice et la liberté sont condamnées à de longues peines de prison. Nous protestons contre cela. Nous voulons que ces peines soient levées rétroactivement et que tous les prisonniers révolutionnaires soient libérés. Il n'y a pas de justice en Turquie et la loi ne fonctionne pas.

Les personnes qui sont traitées injustement et les personnes qui luttent pour leur emploi sont reconnues coupables. Les avocats du peuple qui se battent pour les droits du peuple sont condamnés à 159 ans. Les architectes du peuple sont arrêtés pour leur technologie de construction, leurs jardins et leurs éoliennes. Les artistes du peuple, qui expriment les espoirs, l'enthousiasme, le désir et la souffrance du peuple, sont arrêtés et des récompenses sont offertes, qu'ils soient morts ou vivants.

Notre pays est l’Anatolie et non le Texas aux États-Unis. Ces primes devraient être levées. Les organisations démocratiques sont attaquées, les institutions sont pillées, des personnes sont torturées et détenues. "Un témoin secret a témoigné à votre sujet", a déclaré l'État ou la police. Les personnes sont arrêtées et condamnées à de longues peines de prison. Un témoin secret au nom inconnu, sans visage ni voix. Seulement juste "secret".

La déclaration est la suivante: "Il le dit à votre sujet" et des poursuites judiciaires sont engagées contre nous avec des peines allant jusqu'à dix ans. Le témoin secret voit L'ACCUSÉ, MAIS L'ACCUSÉ NE VOIT PAS LES TÉMOINS SECRET. CES JUGEMENTS ET MODES DE FONCTIONNEMENT NE SONT PAS VALABLES.

Les personnes arrêtées à tort sont sanctionnées par les déclarations des témoins secrets. Les aveux ainsi que la procédure de témoin secret servent à promouvoir le différend entre nous et à supprimer la confiance entre nous. L'Etat tente de préserver, diffuser et promouvoir cela. Les prisonniers sont isolés dans des prisons et sont dispersés dans diverses prisons. Ils sont également envoyés à des centaines de kilomètres.

Les prisonniers sont appelés à s'appuyer sur une défense de liaison vidéo. Cette méthode de défense s'appelle "SEGBIS". Traduit cela signifie un système d’information audio et vidéo. L'État peut mettre fin à la connexion à tout moment, à volonté. SEGBIS est opposé au principe d'un procès équitable face à face! Une défense sans voir les allégations, les entendre, voir les preuves et les témoins est impossible. Aucun procès ne peut être mené de cette façon. Aucune pénalité ne peut être infligée!

KHK (ce qui signifie règlement statutaire) indique que si le condamné refuse de se défendre de la part de SEGBIS, le défendeur a fait une déclaration. Le droit à la défense est supprimé. Les procureurs et les juges sont eux-mêmes soumis à des pressions, des menaces, du chantage, des témoins secrets et de fausses preuves de la part de la police, s'ils sont considérés comme trop indulgents envers l'accusé.

Les accusés sont condamnés pour conspiration et des processus imaginaires. Le tribunal est aveugle, sourd et partial face aux faits. Avec le sentiment de vengeance, tous les combattants de la loi et de la liberté seront punis. Dans un pays où l'avenir n'est pas clair et où les gens ne se sentent pas en sécurité, ce ne sera pas la justice. NOUS VOULONS LA JUSTICE

NOTRE DEMANDE:

1- Les raids devraient être arrêtés

2- Aucun procès illégal, aucun procès avec confesseurs, témoins secrets et SEGBIS ne devrait avoir lieu.

3- La liste des primes créées sous le nom de Récompenses du terrorisme devrait être annulée.

4- Les charges déjà retenues devraient être annulées.

Les membres du groupe de musique Grup Yorum, les avocats des personnalités connues sous le nom de HHB et les travailleurs du magazine "Yürüyüs" devraient être libérés.

In der Türkei werden illegale und unfaire Verhaftungen durchgeführt. Menschen, die für Gerechtigkeit und Freiheit kämpfen, werden zu langen Haftstrafen verurteilt. Wir protestieren dagegen. Wir wollen, dass diese Urteile rückwirkend aufgehoben und alle revolutionären Gefangenen freigelassen werden. In der Türkei gibt es keine Gerechtigkeit und das Gesetz funktioniert nicht.

Die Menschen, die ungerecht behandelt werden und die für ihre Arbeit kämpfen, werden für schuldig befunden. Die Anwälte der Menschen, die für die Rechte der Menschen kämpfen, werden zu 159 Jahren verurteilt. Die Architekten der Bevölkerung werden wegen Gebäudetechnik, Gärten und Windkraftanlagen für die Menschen verhaftet. Die Künstler des Volkes, die die Hoffnungen, den Enthusiasmus, die Sehnsucht und das Leiden des Volkes zum Ausdruck bringen, werden verhaftet und belohnt, tot oder lebendig.

Unser Land ist Anatolien und nicht Texas in den USA. Diese Bounties sollten aufgehoben werden. Die demokratischen Organisationen werden angegriffen, Institutionen geplündert, Menschen gefoltert und festgehalten. "Ein geheimer Zeuge, der über Sie ausgesagt hat", heißt es vom Staat oder der Polizei und die Menschen werden verhaftet und zu langen Gefängnisstrafen verurteilt. Ein geheimer Zeuge mit einem unbekannten Namen, ohne Gesicht und Stimme. Nur knapp "geheim".

Die Anweisung lautet : "Er sagt es über dich", und es werden Klagen gegen uns mit Strafen von bis zu zehn Jahren eingeleitet. Der GEHEIME Zeuge sieht den ANGEKLAGTEN, aber der ANGEKLAGTE sieht den GEHEIMEN ZEUGEN NICHT. SOLCHE URTEILE UND FUNKTIONSWEISEN SIND UNWIRKSAM.

Die zu Unrecht Verhafteten werden durch die Aussagen der Geheimzeugen bestraft. Die Geständnisse sowie das Verfahren der geheimen Zeugen dienen dazu, den Streit zwischen uns zu fördern und das Vertrauen zwischen uns zu beseitigen. Der Staat versucht, dies zu erhalten, zu verbreiten und zu fördern. Die Gefangenen sind in Gefängnissen isoliert und in verschiedene Gefängnisse verstreut sowie viele hundert Kilometer entfernt.

Die Gefangenen sind aufgefordert, sich auf eine Video-Link-Verteidigung zu verlassen. Diese Verteidigungsmethode wird "SEGBIS" genannt. Übersetzt bedeutet es ein Audio- und Video-Informationssystem. Der Status kann die Verbindung jederzeit wie gewünscht beenden. SEGBIS ist gegen das Prinzip eines fairen Prozesses von Angesicht zu Angesicht! Eine Verteidigung ohne die Anschuldigungen zu sehen, sie zu hören, die Beweise und die Zeugen zu sehen, ist unmöglich. Auf diese Weise kann keine Studie durchgeführt werden. Es können keine Strafen verhängt werden!

KHK (übersetzt: gesetzliche Regelung) besagt, dass, wenn sich die verurteilte Person weigert, sich durch SEGBIS zu verteidigen, der Beklagte eine Erklärung abgegeben hat. Das Recht auf Verteidigung wird aufgehoben. Die Staatsanwälte und Richter sind selbst Druck, Drohungen, Erpressung, Zeugenaussagen und falschen Beweisen durch die Polizei ausgesetzt, wenn sie dem Angeklagten zu nachsichtig sind.

Die Angeklagten werden durch Verschwörung und imaginäre Prozesse verurteilt. Das Gericht ist blind, taub und voreingenommen angesichts der Fakten. Mit dem Gefühl der Rache werden alle Kämpfer für Recht und Freiheit bestraft. In einem Land, in dem die Zukunft unklar ist und sich die Menschen nicht sicher fühlen, wird es keine Gerechtigkeit geben. WIR WOLLEN GERECHTIGKEIT

UNSERE ANFRAGE:

1- Die Angriffe sollten gestoppt werden.

2- Es sollten keine illegalen Prozesse, Prozesse mit Beichtvätern, Geheimzeugen und SEGBIS eingestellt werden.

3- Die Liste der Bounties, die unter dem Namen Terrorismus-Belohnungen erstellt wurden, sollte gestrichen werden.

4- Die bereits erhobenen Anklagen sollten aufgehoben werden.

Non c'è giustizia in Turchia e la legge non funziona.

Le persone che vengono trattate ingiustamente e che lottano per il proprio lavoro vengono giudicate colpevoli. Gli avvocati del popolo che lottano per i diritti del popolo sono condannati a 159 anni.

Gli architetti del popolo vengono arrestati per la loro tecnologia di costruzione, giardini e turbine eoliche.

Gli artisti del popolo, che esprimono le speranze,l'entusiasmo, il desiderio e la sofferenza del popolo, sono nella lista dei ricercati,vengono offerte ricompense per chi li trovi vivi o morti.

Il nostro paese è l'Anatolia e non il Texas negli Stati Uniti.

Queste ricompense dovrebbero essere revocate .

Il testimone segreto vede L'ACCUSATO MA L'ACCUSOTO NON VEDE I TESTIMONI SEGRETI. QUESTE SENTENZE E METODI DI FUNZIONAMENTO NON SONO VALIDI.

Le persone arrestate ingiustamente sono punite dalle dichiarazioni di testimoni segreti.

Le confessioni e la procedura di testimonianza segreta servono a promuovere la diffidenza tra noi e a sopprimere la fiducia tra noi.

Lo stato cerca di preservare diffondere promuoverlo tutto questo.

I prigionieri sono isolati nelle carceri e sparsi in varie prigioni.

Vengono anche inviati a centinaia di chilometri di distanza.

I prigionieri sono chiamati a fare affidamento su una difesa in collegamento video. Questo metodo di difesa si chiama "SEGBIS". Tradotto questo significa un sistema di

informazione audio e video.

Lo stato può terminare la connessione in qualsiasi momento, a piacimento.

SEGBIS è strumento contrario al principio di un giusto processo faccia a faccia!

KHK (che significa transazione legale) indica che se la persona condannata si rifiuta di difendersi per conto di SEGBIS, l'imputato ha rilasciato una dichiarazione.

Il diritto alla difesa è rimosso.

I pubblici ministeri e i giudici sono essi stessi soggetti di pressioni, minacce, ricatti, testimoni segreti e false prove della polizia, se sono considerati troppo indulgenti nei confronti dell'imputato.

Gli imputati sono condannati per cospirazione e processi immaginari. Il tribunale è cieco, sordo e parziale ai fatti.

Con la sensazione di vendetta, tutti i combattenti della legge e della libertà saranno puniti.

In un paese in cui il futuro non è chiaro e le persone non si sentono sicure, non ci sarà giustizia.

VOGLIAMO GIUSTIZIA

LA NOSTRA RICHIESTA:

1- I raid dovrebbero essere fermati

2- Nessun processo illegale, nessun processo con confessori, testimoni segreti e SEGBIS dovrebbe aver luogo.

3- L'elenco delle liste create con il nome Rewards Terrorism dovrebbe essere cancellato.

4- Le spese già trattenute devono essere annullate.

I membri del gruppo musicale Grup Yorum, gli avvocati del popolo conosciute come HHB e gli operai della rivista "Yürüyüs" dovrebbero essere rilasciati.

With the feeling of revenge, all fighters for law and freedom will be punished. In a country where the future is unclear and people do not feel safe, it will not be justice. WE WANT JUSTICE
