These vegan onion rings are a delicious favorite! They are made using a Vidalia or sweet onion. Which offers a delectable combination of crispiness and natural sweetness. The batter, crafted from a mixture of flour, cornstarch, and seasonings, forms a delightful coating.
Paired with an array of vegan dipping sauces like classic ketchup, tangy barbecue sauce, or creamy vegan mayo, these onion rings become a mouthwatering treat. To complete the meal, consider serving them alongside options such as vegan fries, coleslaw, or in creative variations like onion ring tacos. This recipe provides a simple yet flavorful way to enjoy a plant-based twist on a beloved snack.
