@Regran_ed from @vegan_universe - 🦃 Turkey Free Vegan Veggie Roast! 🥕 . 1¼ cup vegetable broth 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup cooked chickpeas 2 cups vital wheat gluten ¼ cup nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon fresh thyme 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon seasoned vegan breadcrumbs ⅓ cup vegetable broth (for roasting pan) Assorted vegetables, cut (for roasting pan) ½ teaspoon turkey rub or poultry seasoning _ Heat the oven to 350 F. In a blender, combine liquid ingredients and chickpeas and blend. Combine liquid and dry ingredients (including breadcrumbs) and knead for 1 to 2 minutes. Form into loaf. Grease foil with cooking spray or oil and wrap loaf in foil like a Tootsie Roll, twisting the ends to create a seal. Place loaf in a roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour, rotating every 20 minutes. Uncover and discard foil. Rub with poultry seasoning (and oil, if desired). 🌮😍 Buffalo chickpea tacos! . 📷 by @plantbasedrd . 🚨🚨 Buffalo Chickpeas Recipe: . 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 3-4 tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce 1/4 red onion, minced 1/2 tsp dry basil 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 3 tbsp water 1/8 tsp corn starch Add all ingredients to a sauce pan at the same time and bring sauce to a low simmer. Stir and allow to thicken, about 5 minutes. Set aside and assemble tacos. Feel free to use your own ingredients inside. If you need some inspo, these are with 3 corn tortillas and stuffed with spring mix, sauted mushrooms, shredded brussel sprouts, avocado, extra minced red onion and red pepper for extra heat. Repost @tativegancooking 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 when making this soup I was not sure whether I was going to love the final flavor but wanted to give it a try, and I’ve got to say it was so easy to make and so delicious that I will add it to my list of favorite soups! 📝What you’ll need: ▪️8 oz green beans ▪️1 potato, peeled and sliced ▪️10 large basil leaves ▪️5-6 cups water ▪️7 oz tofu, drained ▪️2-3 garlic cloves, minced ▪️1/3 onion, chopped ▪️2 teaspoons of non-dairy butter, optional ▪️1 tablespoon pistachios or almonds, chopped . In a saucepan, add butter and onion and cook for 7 minutes, add garlic and continue cooking for another minute, I let my onion and garlic get a bit brown to give it that roasted like flavor . Add water, potatoes, salt and pepper to the same saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook potatoes for 10 minutes or until tender, add green beans and basil and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until tender. Adjust seasoning. . Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with chopped pistachios or almonds . Chickpea avocado toast 😍🌱👌 . Via @theplantifulchef . RECIPE: Serves 2 (2 slices of toast per person) 1 large avocado (mashed with lime salt and pepper) 1 can of chickpeas rinsed and patted dry 1/2tsp olive 1/4tsp garlic and onion powder 1/4tsp cumin 1/2tsp smoked paprika 1/2tsp mild chilli powder Pinch of tumeric Roast chickpeas at 180C/360F for 20 minutes in the olive oil until crunchy take out and shake in spices and pop back in for a few more minutes just to take on the flavour. Serve on top of the toast and avocado with a squeeze of lime on the side. Vamoooonos con este delicioso Mole que preparo un gran Hermano Mexicano, que vive en Sevilla, una opción diferente de Mole preparado por un Sinaloense que no canta mal las Rancheras!! Un abrazo apretado Guapo ! Visiten su IG 👌🏽 🌟Mole poblano🌟 . Hoy participo en el reto “comida Mexican” en @losmartesvegan propuesto por @_vegamina la capitana. . No podía dejar de pasar esta oportunidad para compartir con todos vosotr@s la receta que para mí es la más representativa de México. . He elaborado este mole de forma distinta a la tradicional porque en Sevilla, dadas las circunstancias me resulta imposible encontrar todos los ingredientes. . Necesitas: 2 Cebollas 1 Pimiento Verde 1 tomate 1/2 vaso de de cacahuetes 3 C.S. de aceite de Oliva 1 C.S. de Cacao puro en polvo 1 C.S. de Mugi miso. 1 Pizca de Nuez moscada 1 Pizca de pimienta 1 Pizca Canela Sal . Preparación: Corta la cebolla, el pimiento y el tomate en cuadrados pequeños y sofrielos en un poco de aceite hasta que se ablanden . A continuación añade a la los cacahuetes, cacao, canela, nuez moscada, pimienta y un poco de agua o caldo de verduras para mejorar la mezcla de todos los ingredientes. . Dejamos cocinar durante 30 minutos y pasamos toda la mezcla a una trituradora. Lo pasamos un poco y agregamos el ultimo ingrediente, el miso que debes disolverlo en un poquito de agua previamente. El miso nos aporta muchos beneficios a nuestro organismo, principalmente a nuestro sistema digestivo. . Reforzando nuestra flora intestinal y aumentando nuestro sistema inmunitario. . Eso sí, es muy importante que cuando lo utilices elijas un miso sin pasteurizar y que en el cocinado no llegue a hervir, para no afectar a los microorganismos vivos que contiene .
