"According to the legend," Nico started, pointing at the second level of the Duomo. "See that red column? They say if you stare it at five minutes, you will be lucky in love - for 24 hours. It is said to be a column of Venus' temple in the ancient times, so if you stare at it without turning your head away, she will bestow you with her honor."

Percy looked at the red marble, then immediately blinked away.

"Babe, no. No, don't do this to me! We are here for a vacation, not to invoke her!" He stage whispered, glancing around nervously in fear of her appearance. It was actually a valid concern, as Valentine's day was her day and he knew it very well that she liked to walk on the Earth on that day and "help" people with their love life. Percy did not need her help.

He was quite content with his life the way it was, thank you very much. No demanding girlfriend who couldn't understand why he wasn't doing more romantic stuff, no expectations, just an understanding, loving boyfriend.

"Don't worry that much! It's just a legend, that's all," Nico curled his arm around Percy's shoulder, pulling him close. He sounded pretty confident, but he couldn't help but look behind themselves. Maybe he should leave his historical fun legends for times they weren't on a date. In Italy.

Yeah. Good idea.

"Do you want to do something? Go somewhere else maybe?" Nico asked, suddenly more nervous about the whole thing. He planned to have a cute little getaway for Valentine's day, but maybe it wasn't what Percy wanted, maybe Italy was too romantic for him. Maybe he wanted London? That wasn't as bad as the Mediterranean was for demigods. Or Kyoto? Percy always wanted to visit Japan... Or-

"Calm down, principe, I'm okay. You are doing great," Percy smiled, giving a quick peck on Nico's cheek. "I love being here, but I'd be happy to be anywhere else in the world too, if that means we can walk around, holding hands, and just being together without any interruptions. I love you, I really do."

Nico exhaled, pulling Percy against his chest, he breathed in the comforting smell of his beloved's hair. He didn't want to screw it up. He loved his Sea Prince so much. He always did, ever since he came into his life (like a wrecking ball - his beloved wrecking ball.) "Are you sure?"

"Yes. I just want to be with you, okay? We don't need to do anything extra, just be together," Percy said earnestly, then a mischievous smile appeared on his face. "But now that we are in Pisa, you have to invite me to eat a gelato! The last time we visited Italy - still don't get why you thought Annabeth needed something that elaborate for Christmas, but anyways -, we couldn't eat gelato! I want to try it!"

Nico stared down at his boyfriend. "Isn't it... You know, too cold for that?"

"There's no such thing as too cold for ice cream," Percy shook his head forcefully.

Well then... Hand holding and gelato. Nico could do both. Actually, that sounded more than perfect. The son of Hades smiled, glancing down to his excited boyfriend, and he could barely believe how could he love somebody so much without his chest bursting open.

Then, he lead the way. His beloved wanted gelato, so gelato he would get.

8. I think I have a decent gaydar. I have myself a very string Queer aesthetic and my queer friends are all pretty politically involved so yeah, we look queer and new people I met through them look queer too, and in the real world as I look queer, I look like a safe place for quiet gay to come out to me. So in reality I don't know if my gaydar is that strong because I don't need it?

21 : LE PORTRAIT DE LA JEUNE FILLE EN FEU. I love it. Lesbian Titanic. I could watch that film everyday and everyday fall in love with the main characters.

22. Adele Haenel. She is a brilliant actress. So pretty I swoon when I see her. She is smart, I love listening to her talk. And I admire her bravery and all her fights against patriarchy.

29. This year I loved Arcane and I had the biggest crush on Vi. I also happen to have currently the same haircut and haircolor. I know their is no wlw kiss or "real" love confession in this one, but I still love her relationship with Caitlin so it's wlw enough for me.
