You ever think about how Silas's last words to Victor were about how being happy is the most important thing in life and a plea for him to be happy? And how after Vic's accident and his mother's death Silas spent his time building a home for Vic surrounded by those that would be able to love him and relate to him in a way others could not?

And then years later Vic, on the brink of losing touch with humanity in carrying out the Technis Imperative sought out the people he loved. And he tried to give them what he thought was most important. He built them homes surrounded by those who loved them and worlds that he knew would allow them to be happy?
