This gown, created for the 2003 production Henry VIII, where it was worn by Assumpta Serna as Katharine of Aragon. In 2007, Natalie Dormer as Anne Boleyn in The Tudors wore the gown twice - first in the first season’s third episode entitled True Love, and then again in the tenth episode The Death of Wolsey - with embroidery having been added to the bodice, giving it a highly distinctive look. In 2011 it was spotted on the cover of a Michelle Diener novel entitled In a Treacherous Court. Most recently in 2021 it was worn by Rafaëlle Cohen as Anne Boleyn in the second episode of the documentary The Boleyns: A Scandalous Family.
