For anyone who wants more Fire Emblem Awakening content (with fem!Robin specifically), the CD drama #2 is actually pretty good. I’ll link it down below. (There are actually four of these, but the second is the only one I’ve listened to rn. Here’s a link to a Reddit analysis of all four dramas: link).
I liked it a lot, and it’s short enough that you could listen/watch it all in one sitting. I say watch because it’s all in Japanese, but fear not! A creator on YouTube as kindly made visualizations to go along with an English translation in the style of FEA, making easy to follow along. Wish they did these in English, but to my knowledge these are Japanese only. Shame.
So, this takes place shortly after chapter 10 (aka Midmire), which should probably tell you everything you need to know about how everyone is holding up. There’s not a whole lot I can say without spoilers, but it was an intriguing listen and the acting is really good! Genuinely made me tear up in some places, and it was fun to see what they did with certain characters. Some of my favorite parts are definitely how they interact with and/or react to Robin in this one, as the main conflict is centered around her. This one features Chrom, Robin, Lissa, Frederic, Virion, Stahl, Gaius, and two others I’ll keep mum about ;)
If you’re interested, check it out!

Loved the last Virion story! Got any more?
(A much needed reupload of the Possession Prompt!! Enjoy U v U )
You knew there was something wrong when the enemy mage engaged Virion in close combat. No magic, but bare hands. You did your best to edge closer, dueling your enemy away while trying to help him.
It was when you got closer you noticed the mage’s focus wasn’t on Virion, but on his back. Your brow furrowed, wondering what he was reaching for. Then you caught a flash of paper in his hand. Your eyes widened.
A curse tag.
“Don’t let him touch you!!” You shouted to him. That was your mistake; Virion glanced over to you, giving the mage the split second he needed. The second the tag touched Virion’s body, he froze. His surprise turned into fear.
“What- I cannot move-!!” Virion choked out, his words strained as if there was something holding him still from head to toe. The mage looked to you, blasting a column of fire and forcing you back. “Robin!!”
“I wouldn’t be so worried about her.” The mage finally spoke, his expression grim and dangerous. “I’d be more concerned with your own actions. Your body belongs to me, now.”
“What in Naga’s name are you-” Virion yelped when he suddenly lurched forward, his limbs moving without his consent. The shock garnered a laugh from the magician, who held his hands up as if he were controlling Virion’s body. “What are you doing?!”
“You’re my puppet, now.” He grinned.
You stumbled back, blade ready; a body possession curse. Libra warned you about those. Should you be struck with one, it was near impossible to get rid of.
What would you do now that Virion was taken by one?
“Release him, you coward!!” You demanded, starting forward to attack.
“Not too close, tactician.” The mage tutted, “It’s not hard to fire an arrow from close range.”
Virion choked.
“No.”
His arms rose, his bow held level as the other pulled an arrow from his quiver.
“I will not attack her!!”
The arrow settled against its rest, Virion’s grip tightening.
“You don’t have a choice.” The mage snarled. “Now, shoot her.”
“Robin, run!!” Virion cried, drawing the string back.
You could barely will yourself to move, the fear freezing your blood. Even if you ran, Virion’s range was superior to anyone else in the army.
The speed at which his arrows flew went faster than the naked eye could register. You didn’t have a chance.
“Virion-”
Whunk
“NO!!”
You didn’t have the strength.
The mage’s laughter became static in your ears. Numbly, you looked down and saw the arrow embedded in your stomach, just below your rib cage. Blood streamed from the wound, your hand closing around the arrow.
All you could hear was Virion’s screams as the world dissolved into red and black.
Virion’s eyes grew wide with horror, screaming as your body fell to the ground. His arrow protruded from your body, the image sickening.
He shot you.
“Robin!! Robin!!!” His body shook with rage, trying desperately to break free of the curse binding him.
The mage cackled, his hand flexing as he strengthened his hold on his new toy.
“It’s no use- you’ve killed her. And you will join her.” The mage said gleefully, forcing Virion’s hand back and taking another arrow.
It had barely turned to Virion’s chest, his cries still calling after you, when he was suddenly released.
A blast of Nosferatu and a pained shriek from the mage had Virion’s body free. It was as if his muscles turned to mud as he dropped to the ground, face in the dirt. The curse tag disintegrated as the villain stopped breathing.
“Well would you look at that! Just in time!” Henry’s cheerful voice barely reached Virion’s ears as he struggled to push himself back up. “Don’t worry, I’m not lookin’ for thanks! But it’d be nice, since I just save both your lives.”
‘Both.’
Virion’s head snapped up, spotting your body meters away. His face paled.
“AMOUR!!” He shouted. Henry watched Virion push himself to his feet, struggling to run to you and managing a pitiful limp instead.
“Uh-oh. That doesn’t look to good.” Henry noted, head tilted as he shot a flare into the sky. “Don’t worry kids, help’ll be on the way soon!”
Virion blocked Henry’s voice out of his head at that point, dropping to his knees beside you. His lip trembled, tears blurring his vision as he stared.
The pained expression on your face, the blood on your hands that grasped the arrow. Your breaths were shallow, your warmth fading.
“Non, non…non, mon amour, pas ça…p-pas ça, s'il vous plaît…!” He croaked, gathering you into his arms. He cradled you to his chest, desperately trying to keep his world from shattering. “Mon coeur-! Oh, Robin!!”
His sobs were muffled as he cried into your hair. You were dying. He could have saved you. He could have fought that damnable curse. He could have resisted. But he didn’t.
And now, you were going to die by his hand.
Virion’s words slurred together, shoulders shaking as his aching muscles convulsed with grief. He did this to you. He did this.
“Forgive me, my love…”
-------------------------
“…’s a matter of time before…”
“ S…going to be so upset…”
“He went…serk…”
“C…zy, man!”
It felt like someone had stuffed cotton in your ears and had been dancing on your chest when your eyes finally slid open. The ambiance of the warm atmosphere greeted you mercifully. For a moment you weren’t sure if you were in heaven, or not.
At least until you breathed in, and promptly groaned in pain. You felt a presence shift beside you, followed by the cool touch of a stave against your side. You sighed softly, the ache of trying to breathe slowly ebbing away.
“Welcome back, Robin.” Libra’s soothing voice greeted you. Blearily you looked up to find a kind smile, Libra looking at you. “We wondered when you’d wake.”
“I didn’t think it’d be today.” Henry mused from behind him, peeking out and waving at you with a bright grin. “We’ve been worrying about you non-stop!”
“What happened?” You croaked, lazily watching the healer work his magic over the bandages on your middle. The last thing you remembered was the pain of an arrow slicing through your body, and Virion’s cries.
Virion.
“Shortly after you were shot,” Libra carefully omitted your husband’s name, “Henry saved you and sent a flare for help. Lissa and I came and brought you back to camp. Thankfully you’ve made a full recovery after a few days of resting here. You should walk away with nothing but a scar.”
“And Virion? I-is he…?” You trailed off, your question having several options. All right? Injured? Alive?
“He’s all right. Quite shaken after what happened, but I don’t think he’s suffering any side effects of the curse save for sore muscles.” Libra assured you, pursing his lips.
Henry jumped in, adding, “He was a total wreck after he shot you. You wouldn’t believe it- poor guy staggered over to you and wouldn’t let you go. We practically pulled him off you ‘cause he wouldn’t move! He thought you were dead, nya ha! He was crying for hours! Blaming himself, cursing the gods, cursing himself, blaming the gods-”
“Henry.” Libra interrupted him with a stern warning, looking back to see the worry riddling your expression. “He’ll be all right, Robin. Once you go and speak with him, he’ll come back around.”
“I can’t believe he’s blaming himself…” You exhaled heavily, leaning back into the pillow, “That damn mage cursed him. Doesn’t he realize that?”
“Yeah, but he’s more upset that he couldn’t stop himself. I mean, it’s possible to overpower that sort of curse, but it takes a lot of strength that only the most mindful of minds could handle. Libra might be the only one that can handle it!!”
“Duly noted.” You muttered, listening to Henry’s explanation. That was probably why Virion was so upset. He must’ve known that much. “W-where is he, then? Can I go see him?”
“I believe you’re well enough to walk around.” Libra said with a soft smile, “I suppose I could allow a brief visit. Although I admit I’m not sure where he is.” “Oh, I left him alone to try and break out of the curse I put on him. Said he needed to do it himself, so I couldn’t watch.” Henry said. You both stared.
“Curse?” You said together. Henry nodded, grinning like there wasn’t a problem.
“Yeah! He asked me to put the puppet curse on him. He’s trying to get out of it all by himself so he ‘never hurts his beloved ever again’, or something like that. You know! Real valiant stuff, nya ha!”
“Take me to him, now.” You ordered him. Henry happily acted as your support, complaining only when you pinched his cheek as punishment for doing something so foolish as to curse your husband.
“No need to be so mean to me, you know.” Henry laughed. The two of you headed to the edge of camp, just outside the last few tents. It didn’t take long for Virion’s frustrated grunts and curses to reach your ears.
“Hey, Virion~!” Henry sang as you came close enough, finding your husband standing stock still, his hands clenched tightly into fists with his back to you both. You could see his body quivering, the tension of his efforts in trying to free himself from Henry’s curse.
“Did I not tell you t-to leave me be?” Virion’s voice was strained and cold, just like before. You felt a twinge of sorrow in your chest. “I-I have to do this alone!”
“But I brought you a visitor! Somebody who’s been wanting to see you since she woke up.” Henry released you and strode up to Virion, removing the curse tag from his back with ease. Virion’s body went limp, the man panting heavily.
“What are you doing?” He demanded, “I explicitly told you not to remove the tag until I have learned to move on my own!!”
“But I brought you some moral support! I thought you might want to talk for a second!”
“I will see no one until I know I can protect my wife from-”
“Virion.”
Your husband froze at the sound of your voice. For a second, you thought Henry put the tag back on to silence him. His gaze snapped to you, and you could see just how much havoc the events of the last couple of days had wreaked on him.
His eyes were wide and tired, the bags beneath them dark and starkly contrasted his pale skin. His hair was slightly disheveled (a terrible error for Virion), his cravat loose around his neck.
The poor man was a mess of rumpled clothing and poor health. Your heart squeezed; to think he’d fallen into such a state because of you.
“Robin…?” He finally spoke, much softer than before. You nodded, managing a smile despite how sad you felt for your poor love. “A-are you truly awake?”
“I’m standing here, aren’t I?” Your mirth was completely ignored by Virion. His face contorted in a mixture of pain and relief, practically running to you in long strides and closed the distance within seconds.
You were suddenly pressed against his chest, enveloped in a tight embrace that swallowed you whole.
“Mon dieu…y-you are finally back…!” He whispered furiously, his hand cupping your head tenderly as he squeezed you flush against him. “Are you all right? D-does anything hurt, anything at all, my darling?”
“I’m okay.” You smiled against him. “Are you all right?”
“Only because you are here, now.” He responded in kind, pressing dozens of kisses to the top of your head. “Oh, thank the gods, you are all right! I-I was so terribly worried, Robin, I thought- I thought I lost you that day…!”
“You didn’t. I’m right here.” You reassured him, stroking his back soothingly. He sighed shakily, your touch sending shivers down his spine. He pulled away some, cupping your cheeks and guiding your eyes to his.
“I am so sorry, mon ange. I-it’s all my fault...when that mage took my body, there was no way for me to stop him, and I should have…I should have protected you. W-when we returned to camp I immediately began to practice fighting the curse. I have to counter it so such a thing never happens again…especially not by my hand!”
“I admire you for that.” You smiled weakly, your hands coming up to cover his own. “But you mustn’t blame yourself. It was out of your control, and I certainly won’t hold you accountable for a thing like that. You shouldn’t, either.”
“Even so, my lady, I-” He bit his lip, looking down. “To see one of my arrows striking you down, a-and by my own hands, it was horrifying. I cannot allow such a thing to ever happen again. I will not. I must protect you, no matter what, Robin. You do know that, don’t you?”
I do.” You beamed, turning so that you could kiss his trembling fingertips. “And I love you for it. But I think it’s also my responsibility to protect you, too. Mainly from yourself.” You added, his brow furrowing with the tiniest bit of confusion.
“Myself?”
“I don’t want you wearing yourself out. You’re in a terrible state, Virion. We need to get you some rest.”
“I appreciate your concern, mon chéri, but I am more worried about you.”
“Which is why I will be joining you. I’m feeling a little tired, myself. Perhaps we could rest together.” You suggested with that little quirk of your lips he simply couldn’t refuse. Virion smiled tiredly, easily conceding to his wife’s wishes.
“Then allow me to escort you to our tent.” He replied as he linked his arm with yours, abandoning Henry for a much needed nap.
One that you spent in Virion’s arms, your husband curled around you as if protecting you from the world around you. You smiled against his chest, feeling his warmth surround you in his embrace. It was the best sleep either of you had in days.

i do think one of the most underappreciated critical quotes in the series is Virion's "Shall I make you...famous?"
Like this man is going to kill you so hard people are going to talk about how hard he killed you forever. Your legacy will be how badly this man shot you to death with a bow. Fuck. Yeah.
