Unfortunately, it was located near a murdereress' haunted grave. A bolt of lightning struck both the grave and poor Sandi...giving her cold weather powers and a bad disposition (somehow absorbing some of the evil personality). She took the name Blizzard & is now the coolest villainess in town.
