-2ºC first thing this morning. Checked the weather and there is some pretty bad stuff heading our way. We headed out for our Saturday morning beach walk early so we could beat the bad weather that was predicted to arrive mid morning. It was pretty chilly on the beach but the sun came out and was quite warming. Hubby is on call this weekend and he took a call on the beach. I took a picture of him working on the beach as the sun came up. When we got home I headed out into the garden. I wanted to tidy a few things up and repot some of my indoor plants. Mum had given me her Peace Lily to repot and boy did it need it. I potted up some of the wee plants I have been propagating while in lockdown. It was pretty cold doing all that but I got it all done just as the first drops of rain started to fall. Now the fire is on and my puku (tummy) is full of a yummy lunch Hubby made and the rest of the afternoon will be spent inside in the warm.

Week 1, Day 3 - Finished!

Walk at start felt better, found a new way to use the 10 minute free form run at the end. I found alternating between walking and jogging each power poll gap was do able and easy to keep track of. Hopefully by end of month 1 I can get 4km in the 35 minutes. Now to rest and I will do week 2 starting Monday
