I absolutely LOVE the fact that Bruce and Ollie HATE their best friends spouses. Oliver cannot stand Barry while Bruce Bat-Glares at Hal whenever they're in the same room. Leading up to the wedding, Ollie and Bruce who are both their buddies respective best man, are trying to convince their friend to leave.

Ollie throws Hal a bachelor party with exclusively blonde entertainment. Male and female. The bartenders are all blondes. He's hoping that Hal will find literally ANY other blonde to shack up with, as long as he doesnt have to deal with BARRY FUCKING ALLEN.

Bruce tries a different, slightly classier, slightly less legal means if breaking them up. Bribery. He approaches Hal after a League meeting and pulls him aside.

Nightwing blinked. Where—? He stopped at the sight in front of him. This shouldn’t be possible… “Wally?”

The all-too familiar smile spread across the freckled face. “Miss me, Boy Wonder?” He asked, pretending like his green eyes weren’t being filled with held back tears.

Swearing under his breath, Dick moved forward, closing the space between himself and his best friend. “You—” he started, before getting choked up, a silent sob wrecking his body. “I’m so sorry.”

Wally hugged the acrobat tightly. “You’ve got nothing to apologize for. I knew what I was doing.”

“But— you were out of the life. Had I not thrown you and Artemis back into the life with that stupid plan, you wouldn’t— that wouldn’t have happened,” Dick stated.

Pulling away, Wally placed both of his hands on Nightwing’s shoulders. “I knew the risks of going back, and I was willing to take them. What happened was not at all your fault. And besides, you had no idea what would happen if we didn’t do what we did. We did what we had to.”

Dick eyed Wally for a few moments. “I must be talking with the wrong Wally West. My Wally could never take anything that seriously.”

The roll of the speedsters’ eyes and the now tear stained grin on Nightwing’s face was enough to supply that Dick had been joking.

After a beat, Dick pulled Wally into another hug. “I’ve missed you.”

“I’ve missed you too.”

I think ive set up a healthy way to do my project for religion and still have some free time, so yayyyy.
