you are totally normal over how wanda was fucking you in the hallway while natasha was downstairs dealing with someone at the door.
how you’re totally normal on how deep wanda was pushing into you, on how pressed your chest was against the wall. on how she had a hand wrapping around you to muffle your moans so the stranger couldn’t hear how good she’s fucking you.
on how natasha can hear your whines from downstairs so she’s being aggressive to get him to leave so she can get back to you two. about how desperate you all were that you weren’t able to make it back to the bedroom, so they just took you on the closest surface. they told you how much of a needy mess you were—when they’re just as bad, if not worse.

Wanda and Nat are both such sweet and gentle souls with R, so I'm wondering how a fight would go down. All 3 of them during an argument and the aftermath of it all
˚⋆。°౨ৎ wandanat and dove don’t fight often, they’re usually really good with communication and patience, but they do get into it like any other couple. most times it’s dove that's stuck in the middle as the two avengers go toe to toe, but sometimes, she finds herself in the center of the problem. their spats are usually resolved pretty quickly though, they’re too soft to stay mad for long. ౨ৎ °。⋆˚
warning(s) — alludes to elements of ageplay/discussion of headspace although brief and non-descriptive, mentions of pietros death and canon events, primarily fluff tbh (i got carried away)
The air was thick as you stood red-faced in the doorway of Wanda’s office, flustered and overwhelmed as she trailed behind you, arms crossed over her chest, not willing to drop the topic despite your pleas. Poor Natasha was caught in the crossfire of your argument, looking between the both of you with a pitied understanding. Tension had been rising for days, all three of you had felt it, but the coil had finally snapped when Wanda made a passive aggressive comment about your recent comings and goings.
“Wanda!” You pulled at your hair, eyes brimming with tears that were both angry and hurt. You’d seen her like this a few times, but her anger had never been directed toward you. Now, her venomous words sunk into your skin as she seethed and ranted on and on about your absence and ill-mood. You couldn’t help the long hours you spent held up in the library. You couldn’t help that when you finally did return home, you were drained and too exhausted to maintain a proper conversation, just wanting to sleep. Your dissertation was due in only a matter of weeks, and you’d spent months slacking off in favor of spending time with her and Natasha. That wasn’t their fault, you’d never blame them for the choices you made, but there wasn’t any more time for games as your deadline approached, but she hadn’t seen it that way. “I’m here now!” You nearly stamped your foot, words caught in your throat as you tried to disarm your loaded girlfriend. Your limbs felt like jelly at your sides, nerves filled with static energy as you attempted to break through to her.
“Wands,” Natasha tried to interject for the second time, worry etched across her features as she watched you spiral further down into yourself as the argument dragged on, only a shell of the woman she loved. Confrontation was not your thing, both of them knew that, but Wanda had become so blinded by her own trauma, she didn’t realize what she was saying, or who she was saying it too. All she felt was that same twinge of abandonment she’d experienced on Sokovia when Pietro drew his last breath. All she recognized was that once again, somebody she loved was pulling away.
“Don’t.” Wanda flinched away from Natasha’s touch, her eyes slitted into daggers. She wasn’t seeing you, not really anyways. She was seeing red, and when she got to this point, so caught up in her head that all she saw was tendrils of chaos magic and flashes of red, it was best to just let her calm down on her own terms. “Don’t touch me.” She put distance between herself and Natasha’s soft body with a raised palm, shuddering violently as her emotions worked on her patience and outer reserve. You never liked seeing her like this, but you especially didn’t like being the cause.
On the few occasions that you’d witnessed this side of her, it was usually some moron at work that wound her up to this point, but now it was you, and you felt sick to your stomach watching her break. Standing in the doorframe of her office, your laptop still open on her desk and illuminating the otherwise dark room, you watched helplessly as she walked away, muttering beneath her breath that she was going to bed. Your heart sank to your feet as you watched the guest bedroom door swing close, flinching into yourself when the harsh slam ricocheted off the walls and bounced off of your skin.
“I just-” You looked at Natasha helplessly, not knowing what words to say to get her to understand. You didn’t have to say anything though, Natasha knew. Sadly, she closed the space between your lonely bodies, letting you fall into her chest when she was in arms distance. Your sobs broke her heart, but there was only so much she could do to ease the pain you were feeling. It was Wanda that you needed, Wanda that you wanted, but the other half of your heart was locked away and isolated all because you failed to better prioritize your work.
“I know, milaya devushka.” One hand held your waist while the other cradled the back of your head as she let you weep into her shoulder and dampen her tank top. “She just needs some time.”
A crestfallen wail rattles your chest, pleading eyes searching Natasha’s face for any indication that this isn’t real. You’ve never fought like this before, and you didn’t like the way it felt in your belly as you thought about the empty space that would take up your bed tonight. “She’s mad at me.”
“She’s not mad.” Natasha shook her head, letting go of your head so that she could grasp your chin in her calloused hand, keeping your eyes locked on hers instead of letting you hide away again. “She’s scared. You’ve spent the last few months attached to her hip, dorogoy. I know that you’ve been putting off your assignment, she knows that you’ve been putting off your assignments, but right now, I think she’s confusing your absence with abandonment. She’s not used to you being gone, just like you weren’t used to her having to work long hours in the office. She just needs to adjust, she’ll realize eventually.”
“She was mean.” You admit, tears soaking your cheeks as you rest against Natasha’s palm. She hates seeing you so beat up over this, hates knowing your delicate heart has been through the ringer at the expense of someone you love the most, but all she can do is be there for you and hope that everything falls back into place. Couples fight, especially ones in your situation, but she also knows that Wanda’s more than just a girlfriend at the end of the day. She’s the one you confide in first, the one you seek out when you want someone to understand you without having to explain anything, she’s your Mommy, and the balance of your relationship will never be as simple as just romantic lovers with a history of traumatic events.
“I know she was mean, baby. You just have to give her some grace right now.” You nod weakly, letting Natasha led you into the dark bedroom that lacks Wanda’s presence, sinking into the mattress with limbs as heavy as your heart, hoping that tomorrow is a better day.
˚₊‧‎ ౨ৎ ‧₊˚
Morning came before your body was willing to accept the kiss of sunlight against exposed skin, but truthfully it wasn’t the approaching dawn that woke you, it was the sensation of a body sinking into bed. With your head on Natasha’s chest, you knew it wasn’t the assassin that slipped in next to you, so it must’ve been Wanda. Her side of the bed had been left untouched, cold and empty as you occupied as little space as was physically possible. Her absence weighed on your heart even in your dreams, but the warmth of an additional arm slinking over your waist lightened that pain the slightest bit.
“I know you’re awake.” She whispered, her voice hoarse and gravely like it was every morning. Despite the hurt that gnawed at your belly for hours until sleep eventually took over, you sank into her embrace without hesitance, twisting around beneath the heavy blankets until your head was resting on the satin pillowcase and your eyes were locked with hers. She tried to smile, but all she managed was a weak grimace that broke your heart. She hadn’t slept a wink, bloodshot eyes and sunken in features all the evidence you needed to make that conclusion. “I’m sorry.” She admitted into the quiet of your bedroom, sniffling when the onset of tears made it difficult to keep her words even.
“I know I’ve been gone a lot recently, and I know I haven’t prioritized a lot of time for us to Wanda and Y/N, but I didn’t realize it would hurt you this much.” You whispered back, not giving her the chance to dwell on the mistakes of last night. Nothing could change what had happened, but you were willing to move on from it if she was. You missed her, you had missed her before she chose to sleep alone, but now that longing had been amplified.
“You’ve been fighting your headspace. I didn’t realize how much I would miss those little moments until you took them away, and I let myself think the worst. I’m so proud of your work, moya lyubov, I just miss us.” She leaned in to kiss your nose, laying her forehead against yours as your legs tangled together beneath the thick comforter, weeks of separation finally coming to an end.
“I miss us too.” You sighed, more than content with this simple moment, even if it lacked Natasha’s sarcastic wit. The widow was awake, both you and Wanda knew that, but you were thankful she chose to keep her mouth shut as you finally confronted each other with feelings you’d been pushing away. “Promise we’ll never do that again? I hated it.”
“Never again.” Wanda promised, “That was the worst nights sleep of my life.”
A groan interrupted your sweet moment, the redhead on your otherside finally having enough of her chosen silence. “You guys are cute, but some of us are trying to sleep.”
A giggle tumbled past your lips when Wanda rolled her eyes, red tendrils of chaos magic ambushing Natasha square in the face like the sensation of a fluffy pillow. Your laughter only amplified when the fit redhead twisted her body on top of yours, slim fingers digging into your ribcage as you wriggled and squirmed beneath her.

Love Is Deaf

The moment Natasha’s eyes landed on you was the moment her heart had stopped beating. With her breath caught in her throat, she no longer felt the ability to move her legs, though the aching desire to reach you burned her bones. The people - annoyed by her presence - walked around her to get to their location, yet she paid them no mind as her eyes were frozen onto you. Your nose buried in a book, she silently begged you to look up to meet her gaze, but no dice.
“What’re you doing?” She was finally pulled out of her daze when a familiar voice reached her ears, turning her head to make eye contact with Wanda. The witch found the assassin’s hand, squeezing it tightly as she gestured behind her. “Steve and Bruce are waiting for us.” She suddenly remembered why she had walked into the small diner, the object of the meeting with the two men had left her. The only thing she was interested in now was you.
“Wanda, darling…” She trailed off as she turned to face her, her lips pursed together as she slipped her hand free to rest them both onto Wanda’s shoulders. “I need you to keep an open mind-”
“You saw her, didn’t you?” The smile on Wanda’s face was smug, the sparkle in her eyes was bright. It dawned on Natasha that the witch had chosen this place for the meeting for this specific reason. “She’s beautiful.” Wanda’s head turned to look at you, but your nose remained in your book as your hand wrapped around the lonely mug resting in front of you. “I wanted you to meet her, to see if she makes you feel the same way I do.”
The redhead’s eyes found you once more, her hands sliding off of Wanda’s shoulders. She ignored the witch’s attempt to stop her as her legs started working to reach your table, sliding into the booth smoothly. She cleared her throat, an effort to get your attention, but when your eyes remained glued to the book in your hands, Natasha could feel her confidence begin to waver. She’s been out of the game for nearly a year, was she already losing her touch?
She moved her foot, kicking one of the supports holding the table up and causing it to shake. You lifted your head at the feeling of the vibration against your arms, eyes wide in shock when you finally made eye contact with the redhead. Your cheeks blushed a light pink as you straightened your form, the book in front of you slowly closing shut as your hands flew away from the pages. “Hi,” Natasha greeted, and your sheepish smile caused her stomach to clench with excitement. “I couldn’t help but notice that you were sitting here by yourself and I was wondering if-” Natasha furrowed her eyebrows as seemingly karate chopped the palm of one hand, her head tilting to the side with confusion.
She watched as you pressed your index finger on your cheek near your ear before moving it to touch the area next to your mouth, and it was in that instance that Natasha understood. You sent her a gentle smile, your eyes shining bright despite her shoulder slumping in what felt like defeat. She returned your smile, tapping a soft hand against the table as she moved to leave, and you went back to your book despite the tightness in your chest. This wasn’t the first time someone attempted to befriend you, yet every person you informed of your deafness always ended in the same result: you’ve never seen them again.
So when the beautiful stranger you had met went on her merry way, you tried not to let it get to you…
Until the next day, she had came back. Only she wasn’t alone. Sliding into the booth just as quietly as the day before, tapping her hand against the table to gain your attention through the vibration. The smile on your face was even brighter than the one Natasha had seen yesterday, and her friend - just as beautiful as her - was smiling just as widely.
You watched carefully as Natasha moved her hands slowly, carefully, forming a sentence with her fingers in the sign language you were very familiar with. She was concentrated, worried about making a mistake, yet your soft laughter when she finally finished it made her puff her chest up with pride. She looked at Wanda, who was laughing along with you as she met the redhead’s gaze. “What’s so funny?”
“You just told her your name is Manaega.” Natasha huffed, looking towards you, but the happiness on your face at her attempt made the embarrassment she was starting to feel ultimately fade away. She rubbed the back of her neck as Wanda wrapped an arm around her, bringing her into her side reassuringly.
They watched as your hands moved slowly, Wanda nodding in approval to what you were expressing with your fingers, yet Natasha was left in the dark afterwards.
“She said that if we’re interested in learning sign language, she’s willing to teach us,” Wanda elaborated, yet her eyes remained on you as she talked to Natasha, “but she said it’d take years to become fluent in it.”
You furrowed your eyebrows as they turned to each other, their lips moving, but you have yet to become a master at lip reading. You were, such as Natasha was, left in the dark. And then, after a short moment, they turned back to you, the smiles on their faces lifting your shoulders as well as your hope. You watched as the redhead dug into her pocket to pull her phone out, casting your eyes towards Wanda with curiosity coloring your eyes. It wasn’t much longer until Natasha was flashing her phone screen to you, forcing you to tear your eyes away from Wanda to read what was typed.
Dinner. Here. 7pm?
The wide grin that lifted your features caused butterflies to swarm in the women’s stomachs, giving them an eager thumbs up. You brought your hands together, all of your fingertips touching except your index fingers, pulling them apart briefly before quickly pushing them back together.
“Yes,” Wanda answered, nodding her head as she, too, performed the movement, confirming your thoughts. The two ladies watched as you rushed to gather your things before scurrying away, and the two women looked at each other once again. Wanda brought her hand up to brush away the stray strands of hair clouding Natasha’s cheeks.
“What’d she say?” The redhead was curious, she couldn’t help but ask, and Wanda laughed lightly as she positioned herself to rest her head against Natasha’s shoulder, the former assassin wrapping an arm around the witch.
“It’s a date,” she answered.

Blinking slowly as the sun sunk into your eyes, reveling in the slight pain. The noise below you kept your anxieties down, but you knew that the quiet in your head was only temporarily lulled. Everyone else wanted you to move on, but how could you? Your world had crumbled, the foundation cracked and shattered so quickly and you never even stood a chance. One day the rest of them would understand, and maybe this was selfish but you couldn’t stop the thought, it was always you. First your father, your home, and now your temple; gone.
A hand on your shoulder, gentle but firm broke you from your thoughts. “Hey Pete is done, you ready?” The small smile makes you blush and you know the influence of others has caused you to not quite understand your own emotions, but you have nothing else to grasp so you allow that to run rampant. Nodding, you let your body get guided with a soft hand on your lower back as the two of you step out onto the thin but strong webbed walkway.
Your face brightens the closer you get to your friends, all in various states of lounge from where you all dangle in the web that the spider boy created. The sun is setting in the background giving you a beautiful view of the city, even below where you can see kids all dressed up running around knocking on doors and getting candy. Settling down next to your best friend, her hand reaching up to tangle in your pant leg tugging at you insistently, a slight sound of disappointment comes from the one who helped you across the bridge in the first place. “I believe boy of spiders did well with this, do you agree?”
A loud groan, a small web flying past you, and you don’t even have to open your heavy eyes to see the young boy’s pout. “We have been friends how long Yelena, I am Spider-MAN. Man.”
Her body shakes as you curl into her, exhaustion starting to catch up despite your want to be a part of the group. You want to speak up and laugh, you know that was the point of everyone inviting you but you can’t help how you relax around them.
“You say that like our little resident Russian hasn’t had her accent and lack of English stick with her for this long, you aren’t ever going to be a man in her eyes.” The taunting voice of America is obvious, and you know she’s trying to get a rise out of both of them but neither bite as the loud giggles of one night only demons and heroes down below ring through the air.
Clearing her throat, finally shaking the sting from earlier Cassie stands up. “Why don’t we just start drinking? Yeah? Maybe everyone can be men that way?” She’s giggling as she sticks her tongue out at the boy, tossing him a bottle. “My special cocktail, drink up everyone.” She gently sets one in your hand, waiting for your eyes to open to smile at you. “At your own pace, no rush.”
“Should we drink since most of us are on duty?” Even you groan at Peter’s question, rolling out of Yelena’s arms to stare at the boy.
“Take the spider mask off for a minute and have fun, does Bishop really have your balls in that tight of a grip?” You mean it as a joke, you swear to yourself but you can almost swim in the haze that the tenseness creates. It was the first time anyone has mentioned the archer, and no one thought it would be you first. Rolling your eyes at the panic spreading across his face, you pop the lid off of your bottle and lean back. The strong liquor stings as it goes down your throat, though anything feels better than the weight of the silence.
A loud laugh and a slap on the back interrupts your thoughts, “You heard her! Follow her lead you weak little Avengers!” You knew that you could always count on your best friend to match your energy. Everyone else follows suit, but one, gulping down their own drinks.
When you finally pull the now half empty bottle from your lips, a drop of the deep Periwinkle liquid escapes down your chin but a gentle thumb doesn’t allow it to get too far. Swiping it away quickly, the hand cups your cheek and sky blue eyes search for your own. They should be comforting but you always did prefer a storm. “Careful there.”
----------------------------------------------------------------------
“Careful there sweets.” Always cocky. You knew that before you started dating her, and you know it’s only gotten worse now that you are on her arm. “Wouldn’t wanna ruin your pretty little costume, now would ya?” She’s pushing into your space, her hand cupping your jaw giving her even more control as she smirks down at you.
The barely there costume was already ruined before you were even able to leave the girl’s apartment. She had shoved you against the wall the moment she had sauntered down the steps in her cheesy pirate costume, the tattered vest hanging open to show off her abs and the hat barely hanging onto her head. The brunette was holding a sword when she realized that your torn tied up shirt barely covered anything and your skirt had multiple slits so high that she barely had to swing one to get access to between your thighs.
Eyes rolling, you hope that the darkness of the room conceals the way your cheeks flush. “Well I know you won’t be getting the chance to, so someone has to.” Biting your bottom lip, you know that you’re challenging her. It’s always fun to see how far you can push her until she finally breaks and gives you what you want.
Kate’s eyes are intense as she stares you down, dark cobalt swirling before it’s interrupted by a hiccup. Giggles erupt from both of you and you feel your heart almost stop, frozen as you watch her head fall back. You never understood how you got someone so amazing to even look at you, let alone have her fall in love with you too. Her head falls to your shoulder, even as her body still shakes with laughter, as her arms wrap around you. She’s tugging you closer, into her body, and you know it’s the safest place you’ve ever been.
You can feel soft kisses along your neck, a gentle nip as she finally pulls away. Her smile is wide and the glossy nature of her eyes are the clear giveaway of the alcohol she’s consumed. The breath you take gets caught in your throat while she looks at you, almost like you’re the gravity keeping her on the planet. “Let’s go back to the party, I gotta show off my pretty girl.”
A whine tears through your teeth and you want to beg her to come back, to put her hands back on you but you know that she’s ready to be back in the spotlight. She’s aching to parade you around, not only you but the fact that you are hers. You love it, something you had never gotten to feel before, but in the moment you just wanted her to take what was hers.
Sighing you just nod, but when she roughly pushes you back against the wall. Her knee shoving its way between your thighs and her mouth smashing against yours. The taste of alcohol was strong on her lips and her kiss was messy, but her hands were rushing along your body. Desperate to feel you up before she finally pulled away, shaky breaths as she smirked down at you. Watching as your hips subconsciously grind down onto her thigh, “I’ll take care of this within the hour, don’t you worry sweetheart.” Cobalt eyes twinkling as she winks at you, her hand cupping your cheek as she pulls you towards the dance floor.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shaking your head, you smile up at the girl and you try to clear your head from the memories. You were working on that, it’s hard but one day you hope that it will be easier. You let her rest her hand on your face for a few moments before you gently move away, settling back into your position with Yelena.
It takes a bit before the group starts up their normal antics, America dumps her drink on Peter when he starts practically drooling over MJ. “Do you have to dry hump your webs every time your little girlfriend comes up?” Everyone is laughing, the two somehow constantly at each other’s throats.
“Yes Peter, what does that MJ even do? Can she take down a secret agency?” The blonde leans up, letting your heavy head fall from her shoulder, as she sticks her tongue out at the boy. Everyone likes to give him crap for being the only one that likes someone out of the business.
Cassie starts laughing, rolling on her back. “Really going for that spider-man damsel in distress trope aren’t you?” She’s trying to keep her hand stable as she almost spills her drink.
The shaggy haired boy huffs, though used to the teasing and he knows it’s all just fun, the alcohol in his system is making him a bit more sensitive to the taunts. “At least I have someone Cass and I’m not pining over someone I can’t get!” He blinks, but doesn’t make eye contact with you or the other girl. “I have someone amazing, and she’s perfect. She makes me happy and for the first time I can relax. I don’t feel like I’m always on edge or ready to jump into a fight when I’m around her. I can put down the mask and the responsibilities and feel like a college kid. I’m just a kid and she makes my life better. She makes me better. I’m a better Peter around her, a better Spider-Man.” His voice trails off, realizing that he let his emotions get the better of him.
It's the one thing every single person in the job wants. Someone, despite the title they hold, to love and melt into. It’s hard to find a patient and understanding person, someone who won’t get mad at the late nights or broken bones. To find someone like MJ was rare, and every single person sitting there knew that. They knew that you had to hold onto those ones with an iron grip, and do anything possible to keep them in your life.
America sighs, letting her head fall on his shoulder. She leans up to kiss his cheek, a sign that she’s done teasing. It’s quiet as the group take the time to sip at their drinks, enjoying the chilled wind. You should have noticed the way that they all side eye to look at you, the way that Cassie is longing after you, but you’ve lost your own mind.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Your giggle rings through the mostly quiet room, body squirming to try and get away from the soft kisses that Natasha was leaving along your stomach. She had been soft and sweet all day, her phone and earpiece nowhere to be found. The two of you had spent the entire day dressed in soft onesies, you in a devil one while the ginger donned a random one that made absolutely no sense to you. She had gasped, acted so offended that you wouldn’t know the classic that is Trick r’ Treat but she just tugged you onto the couch anyways. The movie was immediately started, though you don’t remember most of it.
After what feels like forever, trying to avoid her tickles, the older woman finally leans her chin on you to look up at you. “Thank you Malyshka.” She giggles at your confused look, kissing your hip bone softly. “I wanted to spend today with you because I know you like Halloween, and though I never really celebrated it I thought it would be nice to at least be together.” She stumbles over her words a bit, a blush rising up her neck. “I made Wanda take my technology and I wanted to just feel the safety of being with you. Nothing taking away from us or the way you make my body feel relaxed, just you and me. Together.”
Something in your body stops, your heart practically giving out, and you know that you’ve dreamt about this moment since the day that the two of you met. You had always wanted the older women to look at you like you mattered, like you were more to them than you were supposed to be. You could feel your head nodding, mindlessly as you tried to keep your emotions in check. You couldn’t be obvious, or too clingy, or else you might chase her away so you just accepted her words. It felt wrong but you wanted to keep her in her safe little bubble for as long as possible, and if that meant you would spend every single day wishing that she would be different with you more often then okay. If that meant for the rest of your life you would feel inferior so that she would be able to relax just for a bit, then that’s just fine for you. You would give up everything if that meant keeping her happy.
Natasha was leaning over you, a soft smile on her face. It wasn’t uncommon for you to be on the receiving end of them, but this felt different. It felt real and you did everything in your power to not react. You wanted to kiss her, but you were scared that it would push her away. Instead you waited, with bated breath, as she just stared at you. It was the sound of the music from whatever movie was playing that broke the trance she was in, the ginger bounces back.
Her eyes were no longer soft, instead they were panicked as she looked around trying to figure out what to do. She was only that vulnerable after she put you in a much more defenseless position, having normally left this type of interaction with Wanda. You want to reach out, but she turns to you suddenly with the smile back on her face. “Let’s make some brownies, we can even decorate them like mummies.” Her hand encases yours softly, and she’s guiding you to the kitchen and for a moment the freak out was forgotten.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Blinking, you can’t help the embarrassed look on your face when you realize that everyone is looking at you. You try to look the other way but the sun is gone and the moon is entirely too cloudy to even watch it, so you just sigh. Rolling your eyes at yourself, you try to not focus on how many times you have made the group go quiet or how many times you have completely killed the mood. All you wanted to do was drink and hang out with friends, but even that was too hard for you to do apparently.
The web moves below you and you feel familiar arms wrapping around your shoulders, tugging you back into her body. The two of you sit in silence for a moment before everyone else starts to move, giving the two of you a bit of privacy. “It’s okay, you know?” America’s eyes are soft as she searches for yours. She shrugs when you reject her, and just pulls you tighter against her.
“How can it be?” Your voice catches you off guard, it sounds sure even though that was far from what you actually felt. “I’m ruining everything and it’s been so long.”
The girl shrugs, her messy bangs falling into her eyes as she chuckles. “You think we expect you to be okay? We don’t. We’re your friends, real ones. We want to build you up regardless of everything, and we can’t do that if you act like you’re whole. We tease and taunt and mock, but we love you. At the end of the day we love you, no boundaries and no conditions. If you let us, we’ll be there for you and even when you fight it we will be too; just waiting in the background for when you need us.” She’s blowing her hair away from her face, a quiet falling over you to like a security blanket. Leaning over to place a soft kiss against your temple, she whispers reassurance once more as she leaves you to be.
You want to reach out, beg her to come back and wrap her arms around you. For her to drag over Yelena or even Peter so that you can fall into their arms. It hurt to let her walk away and it almost felt like a weight was slowly crushing your chest, breaking and cracking at your ribs to puncture your lungs. The breath falling from your lips, blue in your imagination.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
“I think it would be fun to actually go out to eat tonight, don’t you Мой красивый ангел?” Her voice echoed through the doorway into the room where you were curled up on the bed, a wave of sadness hit you and it felt like your entire body was caving in. A head of curly brunette hair pops into the bedroom, eyes twinkling but the moment she sees your body in the fetal position it dims.
Rushing over to you she pauses at the foot of the bed, hand hanging in the air as she tries to quickly assess the situation. Before she can even move you’re flopping over, a pout on your lips and tears in your eyes. Reaching out, your hands grab at her as you silently beg for her touch. The pain is searing and you swore that it was real, but you had a horrible feeling that it was just all in your head. Your anxiety is coming to destroy your favorite holiday, but you wanted to fight it.
She’s on you in moments and it’s almost like nothing happened, unsure of what even started it you decide to instead melt into the older woman. You weren’t sure if it was just her powers at work or if maybe it was just your desperate need to be around the Sokovian, but whatever pain you were feeling disappeared. The secret of which it was would never be revealed to you, instead you decide to spend the time you now have in bed to your advantage.
Slowly you move in the witch’s arms so that you can look up at her, a twinkle in your eyes as you miss the red mist falling from her fingers. “Mommy, I think I would rather stay in. We can make sure the candy bucket stays full that way!” It’s a bad excuse and you know it, but you couldn’t think of anything else quickly. You were craving her touch on your body, and you knew that if you were to go out the most she would let you do is get filled by her magic. That wasn’t enough tonight.
The smile on her face is hesitant but the look in your eyes is real, and how can she deny you of anything? If you needed her touch to feel better than that’s what you needed. Her kiss is sudden, surging forward to connect your lips. The brunette lets you have a few seconds of a mostly gentle kiss before she pushes you onto your back, body pressing you into the mattress. Her weight keeps you pinned as she snaps her fingers and your clothes start to rip off. It’s all so fast and you almost want it to stop, overwhelming your senses but when she pulls away to watch you your racing heart calms.
“Well hello there little one.” Her voice is soft, it’s gentle and you almost think tonight might be different than every other time. “You’re Mommy’s. Say it.” Her hand cups your chin, thumb swiping along your bottom lip. Her eyes are predatory, but in a warm nature, as she watches your body come into view. Her magic is working to tear your clothes to shreds. She makes a mental note to buy you more, as you whisper it.
Her hand strikes you out of nowhere, the sting along your cheek forces your head to the side before her rough grip on your jaw brings it back. “Mine, and I own your little body.” Something in her snapped as she trails her free hand down your body. “You know, you seem confused for such a smart slut. Did your brain turn to mush already?” She’s sneering as her eyebrows lift, her fingers slipping in between your thighs where she finds wetness already gathered there.
Shaking your head, you know it’s a lie. You weren’t sure where it came from, unaware of your own arousal. You had thought you wanted her to be nice, but you can feel the warmth in your body as she settles into her normal state. It’s harsh and almost uncaring, but it’s habitual and comforting. The actions and brash tone turns your mind off, and you realize that even in the state that you’re in the way Wanda treats you is what keeps you level headed and calm.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A quiet thwap takes you out of your thoughts, and the bouncing unsettles you from your spot as the group starts walking towards the building. You spot the candy that Peter threw at you, hanging just above you though you can’t pinpoint where the web is connected. Sighing you sit there for a moment, eyes watching as Peter and America push each other–both determined to be the first one off the web.
A firm hand lands on your shoulder and you immediately smell your best friend’s perfume, the blonde kneeling next to you. The two of you silently watch the last of the trick or treaters below you, and you head falls onto her shoulder. “You know, I think the world really does test the best people. It is unfair and mistreatful, but only the best end up the way you do. I am always on your side. I know you didn’t ask me to be, and you don’t technically need me to be, but I am. I will always save you no matter what, and together we will not just survive but we will conquer.” She smiling now, against your shoulder where she tilts her head to suppress her giggle.
Shoving her away, you can’t help the eye roll as you relish in your time with the Russian. “Okay, don’t get too crazy. The FBI is gonna think you want to start a war or something.” You watch her shrug, rubbing her thumb along your shoulder blade as she stands up. Opening your mouth you go to say something, but she’s already walking away. Even with the mouthed apology, you want to whine and complain but your attention is being pulled from her as someone settles down next to you.
Feet swinging off the edge of the web, the two of you sit in silence. You wait there for her to say something. You don’t have any negative feelings towards her, and you do really enjoy spending time with the girl. The two of you both enjoy a lot of the same things and conversation is easy, but there’s just something that isn’t right. Maybe you should take a chance, let her take you out just once, but at the same time it’s just too simple. It feels mindless after the past six years but the need to restart is strong, so maybe you should.
There were a lot of maybes, and you hated that. You were always so sure before, and if you weren’t then someone else was sure for you. It was a stable foundation where your own personal castle was built, but now you have to rebuild. You’re on new land, new terrority, and you have to stumble around to find materials. Even now, lost in your thoughts, you can feel the warmth along your ribcage and it makes you wonder what is happening. Can you truly find a new foundation while the old one pulses along your body?
Cassie stands, a hand outreached to you with a gentle smile pulling at her lips. She waits, patience unending, as you stare back up at her. Blinking slowly, you try to put together your thoughts. She isn’t rushing or pushing, just there. So you nod, taking her hand and allowing her to pull you up. Her arm is heavy as she wraps it around you, guiding you off the web. The two of you don’t speak, and you hate how it feels comfortable even as you take the stairs down to where everyone else is waiting.
You can hear the chatter even from the staircase, the three of them arguing about something. “I have a higher ranking than you! I will not switching just so I can have a stupid title!” Chuckling as you hear the Russian yell out, the alcohol must be just starting to hit her with how animated she is being.
Stepping into few, the two of you immediately gain the attention of the others. Three pairs of stares, the lack of reaction would have gotten to you if America wasn’t able to shake it off first. “Tell them that one day you’ll join the Young Avengers! You wanna work with me and Petes, right?” It’s hopeful even through her confusion as she stares at the arm around you.
“Why would she want to be a YOUNG avengers when she could be partners with THE White Widow?” Yelena is screaming, howling almost, and you can’t help but giggle with her.
Peter shrugs, chugging the rest of the drink in his hand before he politely drops it in the garbage next to him. “I personally think you both should join up, we would be unstoppable.”
There as the entire group starts laughing, the world quiet at the end of the night and litters of empty candy wrappers floating past deflating ghosts, something feels right. You let yourself sink into the feeling, for the first time in months, and you shrug. “Maybe I’ll be on call for both of you, Young Avengers and the infamous White Widow. How about that?” Everyone laughed and nodded along, the group starting to walk down the sidewalk. If anyone looked out the window too quickly it would look just like a group of college kids, laughing and joking, they would never know that the group had fought for their lives from childhood.
It feels weird to casually agree to something like that, your life on a spiral since you graduated. You weren’t sure where you were going, but at least here on your favorite day of the year you weren’t alone. Surrounded by friends you knew that everything would be okay, and you just needed to allow that to happen. It wasn’t just yet there, but one day it would be and that was all that mattered.

You repeat your movements again and again trying to perfect it. Each time trying to outdo the last. Today was the perfect opportunity, both of your girlfriends were gone on a joint mission, alongside Steve Rogers and you had the studio to yourself. No interruptions, no distractions.
Looking at the mirror you scoff and curse at yourself, only to repeat your movements, using a bot that Tony had developed especially for you to examine and analyze your movements. When the machine wrote 98,01% accuracy on the screen, you felt like screaming. You sank to your feet and buried your head in your chest before moving to take off your ballet shoes and put on your other pair.
The touch of someone else hands stops you and startles you. Maybe it was Vision, he had done something similar before and he almost never left the compound. Only for your eyes to come across Natasha's beautiful shiny green eyes, and a gentle smile sitting on her lips.
"Maybe you should take a break." Her soft voice warms your heart followed by the sound of Wanda's voice. "You're exhausting yourself this way, look at the exercises with fresh eyes in the morning. It's way too late, you need your rest, my love."
You blink and look outside. It was bright darkness, you could have sworn it was still days just a few minutes ago. Looks like you got too much inside your head again.
"I-I just wanted to perfect my set."
"I know baby, I know." Natasha's soft lips press against your knuckles and she lays on the floor laying her head on your legs.
"We can all train together tomorrow. Have a nice breakfast, take a walk and then come up to the studio and dance our hearts away, how does that sound to you, my angel?"
"It sounds perfect, darling. What do you think, y/n?"
You chuckle to yourself running your fingers through Natasha's luscious red curly hair while Wanda rests her head against your shoulder.
"Alright." You sigh deeply but then your worried face transforms into a grin. "But I call dips on the shower." You point out looking at them still wearing their stealth suits.
"Oh, no, that's gonna be a group adventure."
"You know how much water we're gonna waste right?"
"Hmm, then maybe fun first, shower later?"
"Sounds good to me."
Suddenly you were being lifted to your feet followed by thunderous laughter and everything felt right in the world.

You groaned as the tiny bits of sun passed through the blinds. Your throat was incredibly dry and sore, it even to swallow. You couldn’t even open your eyes due to fatigue.
You reached for your phone on the side table, knocking over the alarm clock in the process. You simply ignored it, looking at the time on your phone. Your eyes widened as you saw the time, you were late for work dammit!
You quickly sat up, triggering your headache and making you dizzy. You groaned again, squeezing your eyes shut. Almost trying to get rid of the it.
“Slow down tiger”
You lightly rolled your eyes, knowing who it was. “I’m late for work” you rasped, “Today is a sick day sailor” Natasha smirked. “Also who has work on Christmas Eve?”
“Me obviously dumbass”
“Okay okay, no need to get aggressive 호랑이”
“Did you just speak Korean?”
“No I spoke Russian”
You made an unimpressive expression, Natasha just grinned like Cheshire Cat. “God my boss is gonna be so pissed”, you sighed while rubbing your temple. “Sucks to be them I guess”.
You laughed through your nose, “What is up with you today”. “She’s just really hyper this morning” you heard a Sokovian accent voice out. “No I’m not” Nat said defensively, “You know you are honey” Wanda stated, kissing her on the cheeck.
“Anyways, I made you some soup” she softly spoke while lowering the tray on your lap. “Thank you my love” you managed to choke out. She kissed you on the forehead, “Try not to talk so much love, I can hear your voice going out.”

Flushed And Blushed

❥ Pairing: WandaNat (Sick Nat)
❥ Wordcount: 430

CW: Slighly suggestive actions mentioned, if ykyk ;)
✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* ✧・゚:
“Awh, you made me breakfast?” Nat looked up as Wanda came back into their bedroom carrying a tray, on that tray was a plate of beautifully decorated French toast – it even had different types of berries cut into little heart shapes. They had originally planned to go out for breakfast at this cute little café close by, but unfortunately Nat had come down with something a few days ago and Wanda was adamant that she was to stay in bed.
“Of course, I did, I know this cold has been making you feel pretty crappy, even if you aren't willing it admit it,” Wanda cooed, watching a small smile crept over the redheads' lips, “so I thought making your favourite breakfast would cheer you up a little.”
“It definitely has, you’re amazing, thank you so much.” Nat smiled widely as she took a bite of the toast, Wanda had added a generous drizzling of honey over it and the sweet syrup felt amazing against the back of her irritated throat.
“This is so good baby; I wish I could kiss you right now.”
“Who said you can't?” Wanda smirked as she pulled gently on the collar of Nat’s shirt, pulling her close as she pressed her lips to Nat’s. The taste of sugar lingered on her lips as Wanda pulled away, keeping her girlfriend close as both women pressed their foreheads together tenderly.
“You’re totally gonna catch this now.” Nat whispered with a quiet chuckle.
Wanda smirked as she kissed the assassin’s overly warm brow, “I’ll happily take the risk so don’t you worry about that.”
“Don't say I didn’t warn you...but, random question,” Nat smirked mischievously, her eyes sparkling with desire as they trailed down to gaze at Wanda’s thighs, "does this breakfast come with dessert? I mean, it is Valentine's Day afterall.”
Wanda almost choked on her tea at her girlfriend's question and a bright-red blush came to settle across her cheeks, “Natalia!”
“What?! It was a genuine question,” Nat actually giggled as she said this before adding, “Aww you’re totally blushing right now, that’s so cute.”
“Is that so? Well, you’re completely flushed, so I’d say we’re pretty much even.” Wanda replied as she took the empty tray from the bed, setting it on the floor before shuffling up so that she was straddling her girlfriend.
Nat took this as a sigh to move backwards, shifting so that she could rest against the headboard as Wanda got herself into a comfortable position above her, “You never actually said no to my request y’know?”
“Oh, I know.”

Another headcanon that I have about the jacket:
When Pietro tossed the jacket to Wanda, she wondered why it smelled so nice. In the “is that my jacket?” scene, Wanda is embarrassed to learn it belongs to Natasha and the reason why she looks away in the scene is to hide the fact she’s blushing - because she knows how nice Natasha smells.
It’s the moment Wanda starts to fall for the Russian spy.

Innocent Nat watching a movie with G!P stepmom Wanda, she obviously noticed the subtle motions under their blanket but was far too innocent to really know what it meant, well until she asked atleast.
"Mama? What's happening?" Wanda would just smile at her, one hand wrapping around her shoulder to pull her against herself, before pushing the blanket off of her lap, her cock slapping against her stomach.
"I'm sorry doll, you're just too irresistible, can't help myself" Natasha gasped, eyes fixated on how her stomach was glistening with precum, just desperately wanting to taste her.
"Mommy?" Wanda groaned, that name always got to her, her hand wrapping around her cock again, her grip tightening around her stepdaughter.
"Do you want to help mommy?" Natasha's breath had grown labored, practically drooling as she watched the older woman.
Wanda didn't even wait for an answer before pushing Natasha's head down, her mouth opening in reflex and before she knew it, she was gagging around the older woman's cock, Wanda's hips aggressively thrusting into her, surely bruising her.

"Would you be interested in having an affair?"
The question startles Natasha in her spot, pausing she finally looks at Wanda, she wouldn't deny it, her neighbor was insanely attractive and had been filling her thoughts far more than she'd admit.
Wanda was looking down at her with her big green eyes, still waiting patiently for an answer.
"What?" The redhead was also too aware of Wanda's husband, he was an ass but her husband nonetheless.
"I'm very attracted to you, Natalia" Natasha blinked and did her best to gather herself before answering.
"I- yes" Wanda grinned down at her before swiftly closing the distance between them, one of her hands coming up to grab onto her chin and tilt her head up.
"Yeah?" Natasha could feel her face heating up as she nodded and licked her lips, a nervous habit that she usually didn't do.
She could feel the taller woman's eyes following the movement along with her eyes darkening as her grin turned almost wolf-like.
"Yes, mrs. Maximoff"

Scarlet Widow AU
Natasha and Wanda are living in a recluse farm away from town for years now, although they're still part of the Avengers team. After a couple of years, Wanda decides to slow down a bit and do other things, but Natasha only knows how to be a spy. Somehow they make it work between Natasha taking care of the animals in their farm and her missions, and Wanda keeping their home going while taking classes online. They even decide to start their family and the twins come along.
Tumblr media
However, something goes wrong in a mission though and Clint gets killed while Natasha could do nothing to save him. It breaks her because she needs to be the one to tell Laura and the kids, she sees them crying for their beloved husband and father, and she feels responsible for their pain.
She gets home, but she's just a shell of herself. The twins are barely a few months old, still so small that she can hold both of them at the same time with no problem, but Natasha can't look at them without thinking about Clint's kids and the devastation in their face when they found out he was dead. Wanda tried, she tried to make Natasha talk, tried to make her busy with the farm, tried to take her to therapy, tried to bring a smile back to her face, but she still had two babies to take care of.
One day, Natasha finds out that the team has a lead to the man that killed Clint and the desire for revenge takes over. Everyone says is too dangerous to go after him and that they needed to come up with a plan, but she's worried they might lose him if they take too long to act.
Wanda can't say she's surprised when she wakes up in the middle of the night to find Natasha packing a suitcase, but she's definitely disappointed.
"You were going to leave without telling me?"
"It's better this way," Natasha mumbled under her breath without looking up.
And Wanda is tired. She's tired and it’s not an excuse, but the woman she loves is leaving in the middle of the night to a suicidal mission without thinking about her or the two kids they have together. Natasha isn't thinking about her family. She's only thinking about revenge.
So, when Wanda speaks again, she doesn't try to hide her heartbreak. "If you leave through that door, you better don’t come back, Natasha. I won’t stay home waiting for you to get yourself killed."
Wanda turned around and went to check the twins before Natasha could say anything else.
This time, when she enters their room and doesn't find Natasha, she’s surprised.

Nat always wanting to hear Wanda say that she's never gonna leave her. This is the kind of assurance that Nat needs when she's not feeling like herself. :((
Oh 🥺
“Wanda? Can I ask you something?” Natasha stands timidly at the entrance of the kitchen. “Anything moy lyubov” Wanda replies softly in the quiet of the morning.
“You’re not gonna leave me one day for someone better are you?” The Russian whimpers pitifully and has to hold back a few years from escaping. “Oh my silly girl why would you ever think that? C’mere malysh” the witch sighs with a pout and pauses her morning routine, turning to face her insecure girlfriend.
Natasha instantly scampers into Wanda’s arms and the Sokovian just kisses her head gently whispering some lullabies in her native tongue. “I never wanna hear you doubt yourself like that again. Do you hear me?” Wanda pulls her spy closer and the nodding from nat is all she needs as confirmation that she had at least listened. “I love you so much Wands”

Training Grounds Master List
The sound of Kate saying goodbye to the delivery boy echoes throughout the foyer and the young archer carries bags of sushi and ramen into the game room. You’re curled up in Wanda’s lap, giggling in her ear as she tells you a stupid joke. Natasha reaches out to grab the bags, letting her lips ghosting across the archer’s shoulder. The room is filled with a warm quiet, just an occasional slurp, as the four of you focus on eating and the new Bob’s Burgers movie. You wanted to ask Daddy how she got early access to it, but you knew by the smirk she had given you that you wouldn’t approve.
After finishing dinner you’re laying around on the blankets spread out, lazy and comforting. It’s Wanda, sprawled on top of Natasha that finally speaks up, “You know, you two have never actually told us your story.”
Kate’s head pops up, a panicked look across her face. Propping herself up on her elbows, making your head slide off her stomach. “What..what do you mean?”
The grumpy glare you shoot at her is ignored, making you roll your eyes, nuzzling yourself into her thigh. “They mean, like, our story. You know, dating, you and me, for the year they were gone.”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The sun was blazing but your friends insisted you come to some sports event, apparently one of them had to write about it for the newspaper. Watching most sports was boring, but you were incredibly lonely while Wanda and Natasha were gone. The arena was busy and you were glad that you walked, attention on your phone as you tried to find your friends.
You make your way into the soccer stadium, which you were kind of excited about since watching it was usually fun. Finally catching up with your friends as you were buying some popcorn from the concession stand, the four of you make your way to your reserved seats. The shock on your face when you saw what was actually on the field made your friend laugh at you, “What didn’t expect archery?”
Observing the craziness that’s all over the field, you watch as people run around prepping for the beginning of the competition. A flash of purple catches your eye and a girl with sunglasses enters, her head held high; multiple people tripping over themselves to follow her. The press’s front row privileges allow you to see the action up front, but you can’t help that your gaze constantly strays to purple.
She seems to be extremely popular, even signing autographs for a couple of the people around her. Her cocky grin makes you smile, and you know you’re staring. Your friends are snickering at you, and the one sitting next to you elbows you hard. “Oh, I get it. Archery isn’t the issue, you’re just fangirling over the star archer.”
Your entire face flushes and you wish you could blame it on the sun, but you try to ignore the taunting. “Who is she anyways? It’s like she’s a superstar.” As soon as your friend starts to explain, an announcer comes over the loudspeaker asking for silence so that the competition can begin.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Natasha is shoving at Kate now, rolling her eyes at the obnoxiously smug look on her face. “C’mon Detka, you just had to tell her you thought she was a superstar? Look at her, we’re never going to be able to humble her.” The ginger’s voice should have sounded strict but she can’t stop the laughter bubbling up her throat as she watches the archer wiggle in her spot.
You can’t help yourself as you just stare at your girlfriend, your heart beating a bit faster just as it does every time you see her. “Well, that’s what she was. Everyone was so enchanted by her, before and after she shot. She had everyone wrapped around her little finger.”
Wanda studies you, a soft smile on her face. She lets herself into your mind, just slightly, listening to your thoughts about Kate. She knows that no matter her own opinion on the CEO, nothing matters because this golden retriever of a human has been the best thing to ever happen to you. “Just as you were, right Malyshka” Her voice is soft as she reaches out, cupping your jaw and letting her thumb rub along your cheek.
A blush creeps up your neck, spreading along the bridge of your nose as you nuzzle shyly into the hand holding your face. “Just as I am now, always am.”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
You aren’t sure how you keep stumbling upon archery competitions, but you do. Your friends drag you to more when she starts dating an archer, but each time you still don’t get to say hello to the purple girl. Refusing to bring up your mild crush to your friends you try your hardest to ignore any real information you have on the girl, maybe your interest in her will go away. It’s not like she sounds like a good person to want to be with anyways, rumor has it she’s just an arrogant rich jock who knows they can have anyone they want.
It’s a final of some sort, so a lot of your friends and classmates are going to hype up your school. No matter what the sport or club it is, your school always showed up in pride. You were able to secure front row seats again, and you anxiously waited to see the flash of purple. You had allowed yourself to pay enough attention to her to know that she had easily made it to the finals.
Flashes and a bit of commotion drags your attention to the far door and you use the pamphlet to shield your eyes, looking across the field. There in the middle of the crowd is the purple girl, who arrogantly calls herself “The World’s Best Archer”, smiling and answering a few questions. Your friend jumps up, grabbing her pad and pencil, waving her newspaper shirt around to try and get her attention.
Your eyes widen as you realize that you’re going to be extremely close to the object of your infatuation, and you try to drag your friend down. She just shushes you, mumbling about needing to speak to a finalist. Kate finally makes her way to your group, her bow hanging from her hip as she adjusts the quiver on her back. She’s answering questions that your friend is rattling off, but you can’t hear any of it as you stare at the brunette. Mind blank as you realize just how beautiful she is up close.
Suddenly she turns to you, slipping her sunglasses down her nose as she looks over the rims to get a better look at you. The striking ocean blue eyes make you choke on air, clearing your throat as you try to remain calm. “You. You’re at a lot of my matches aren’t you?” The cocky smirk that spreads across her face as you nod slowly at her makes you gulp, suddenly aware of the heat pounding down on you. “Wanna make a little deal?”
Cocking an eyebrow at her, you can’t help but be intrigued. “Sure what were you thinking?” You’re surprised by the fact that your voice doesn’t shake, but your face is bright red as your friends try to hype you up.
The archer slides her sunglasses up to sit on her head as she leans closer, resting her arms on the barrier as she looks up at you. “If I win–you’ll let me take you out on a date.” Her eyes are clear, bright and twinkling in the sunlight, and you know that you could get lost in them for hours.
You can’t help the laugh that falls from your lips, and it gets louder when you notice the slightly offended look on Kate’s face. “Oh c’mon, you can’t act like that was the best line you could come up with. You gotta say that to everyone.” Watching the bold jock blush, even if it was subtle, made you bite your lip in an attempt to not smile.
The announcer came over the speakers, letting everyone know that the first set would be starting in less than a minute. You watch as Kate slips her sunglasses back over her eyes, slipping on her dark purple shooting glove. “Think about it, it’ll be fun.” She’s backing up now, heading towards her coach.
For the entire match your friends are whispering to you, trying to figure out what you plan on doing. You aren’t sure what you want, but you can’t help but stare as Kate unzips her jacket for her last set. Her winning is no surprise, and she’s shoving through adoring fans to get to you. She hands you the winning arrow, a bright smile on her face as she looks up at you. “So, what do you think? WIll you let me take you out? Just one date and we can go our separate ways if you hate me afterwards.” She watches as the grin on your face gets bigger with each word, and she’s pulling herself up onto the barrier now. Handing you her phone, “How’s this Saturday?”
You’re nodding, a bashful smile on your face the closer she gets to you. It takes you a few times to type in your number as your nerves start getting the better of you, using her phone to call yours so that you can save her number too. The group has finally left you alone, deciding to focus on the other winners, which you are eternally thankful for.
Kate is being called over by her coach and she back-flips to the ground before you can hand her the phone back, so you rush to the edge and reach down. The archer slips her sunglasses down to look up at you one last time before she starts walking away. You shout after her that she doesn’t even know you name yet, and she turns around with that stupid smirk on her face. She’s shrugging, nonchalantly. “You’re just my biggest fan.” The teasing tone in her voice makes you blush, and the smile she shoots you only makes it worse as she finally jogs back to her team.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wanda is staring at you, face full of disbelief. “I cannot believe you fell for that.” She’s giggling watching as you blush. “That was the most basic guy line in the book Detka!”
You shrug helplessly as you bury your face into Kate’s shoulder, body shaking with the silent laughter you’re trying to suppress. “I know I know, but look at her! How could I not?” She’s pulling you closer, her arm wrapping around you tighter.
The younger Avenger is just smiling widely, entirely too cocky. “What can I say, I have hella game.”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
The street lights are on and the only people out now are all rushing around to go home, except for you two. Kate had asked if you wanted to take a walk around the city after the laser tag arena and dinner. You had come to realize that the archer was extremely athletic and even more high energy, always wanting to be moving and having fun.
“So you’re telling me that you have how many black belts? Ten? How does someone even have ten?” You’re laughing as the two of you stroll down the street, fingers tangled together as you guys swerve a little. The brunette’s excitement as she talks makes walking close impossible.
You watch as she reaches up to run her fingers through her hair, an entirely too arrogant smile on her face as she tries to casually shrug. “I spent a lot of time in classes and being trained by different masters. I could always help you, ya know if you were interested?” The blush on her face is mostly hidden by the darkness of the night, but it still makes your stomach flutter knowing she is shy about somethings.
Humming in agreement, you let the silence wash over you. With the excitement down a little, your head falls onto her shoulder as you walk closer to each other. You can hear sirens and the sounds of the city, but Kate pulls you down a quiet street. Swinging the backpack off her back, pulling out a blanket and a penny board. She sets you up, not before asking if you want to ride, on the blanket on the curb. Music playing from the speaker on her Bishop watch as she sails around the empty street, “So, what about you? Why Biochem and Forensic Behavioral? That’s a hefty load to take on.”
You normally would be annoyed on a first date that someone seemingly isn’t paying attention, but Kate is flipping around every two seconds so her eyes are barely off of you. “My parents influenced my decision a lot. I didn’t want to do exactly what they do, but I wanted to be at least in the same range. It’s also kind of fun.” She comes to a stop in front of you, squatting down so she can be closer.
Her hand reaches out to play with your fingers as she rocks back and forth on the board. Nodding, you know she’s putting together who your parents are exactly. You had made comments that would indicate what they do, and you knew that she was interested in that world. Ocean blue is staring at you, searching your face before she just shrugs happily; knowing to drop the conversation. Her body relaxes, sitting on the penny board as she smiles at you.
Even under the dim, flickering, street light you are sitting under you can’t help but get completely captivated by the deep ocean blue. Kate’s cheeks, even in the dark, are bright red as she blushes under your attention. You usually would be just as flushed as she was but you’re pretty sure your brain has short circuited as she bites her lip. The callouses on her fingers are rough against your own as she tries to gain enough courage to get closer to you. A twitch of your eyebrow makes her chuckle, swallowing her pride, and tugging you a little closer to her. “I..I really wanna kiss you.”
Your breath hitches and your eyes subconsciously flick to her lips, your heart beating entirely too quickly at the thought. Letting your own hand wrap around her wrist to ground yourself, nodding quickly. “Please..” The plea comes out naturally, slightly too high pitched for your liking.
Kate smiles, soft and timid, looking up at you through her lashes. Reaching her free hand up to your chin, her thumb tracing your cheek. “I..I wish I could, but there’s something special about you.” Her voice cracks and it makes her face flush in embarrassment. “Would..you like to do this again? Maybe next week?” You’re answering her before she can even finish her sentence, a rushed yes mumbled out. ”Kiss me then if you still want to keep dating me.”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Natasha rolls her eyes, sipping her beer. “I can’t tell if Kate is just a huge simp or a really good player.” Wanda laughs loudly, running her fingers through your hair as you curl into her side.
The archer’s mouth is hanging open, eyes rolling. “How does an old lady like you even know the word simp, hm?”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The air was tense as you sat at the circular table at the best pub on the block, the blonde staring daggers at your girlfriend. You knew that this would be a huge bump in the road, trying to get Yelena to approve. If the agent lies Kate, not only would that be good in general, but it would also help later on to get Natasha and Wanda’s approval.
You watch as the widow takes a shot of vodka, not even flinching as she continues to stare at the brunette. “So, Kate Bishop, tell me why I should not just eliminate you right now. Y/N is not an answer either.” The archer just blinks, unsure exactly how to answer the question. The blonde doesn’t let her have a chance as she slides over a shot glass. Nodding at it, you watch as the two down the burning liquid.
The entire night spirals out of control quickly as you sit at the table watching as the two down shots and play every game in the pub; darts, pool, air hockey, even the stupid arcade games in the corner. You have no idea when everything went off the rails, but you’re dreading the chaos that the duo seem to be exuding. Not that you want the tense over protectiveness back but you also aren’t sure you’re going to be able to handle the two together if this is how they are every time they hang out. Yelena has already snapped all the darts in half because she lost every round and Kate threw the air hockey puck out the window when she lost.
It’s late in the night, and you were all back at your apartment laying around on the living room floor. The archer was passed out upside, half off, the couch holding onto the dart board she stole from the pub. Your best friend lazily throws out her hand, hitting your shoulder, and waiting for you to make a noise. “You know, this Kate Bishop is not that bad. She seems like a good person for you to have around. I have not seen you so fluttery like this before, it looks like a good thing for you. I do not like her ability to beat me in darts though.”
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
You look over at Natasha, who’s literally just sitting there with a frown on her face. The room is quiet as you all wait for her reaction. “I can’t believe that she only likes you because you got drunk with her.”
Kate is leaning over, getting into the widow’s personal space, with a pompous grin on her face. “Guess your sister has better taste than you!” Must be why she’s my favorite widow.” The archer winks at Natasha as she presses a kiss to her neck. The ginger’s face is unamused as she rolls her eyes.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Summer break was just beginning and you were heading back to your parent’s house, without them knowing you were bringing Kate. You had invited her to come meet your family, and stay at the house, before she went back to the city to stay with her mom. You were incredibly nervous because your family has never liked anyone you’ve ever dated. Neither of your parents believed in sports, one reason both you and Carson took them up, and that made you even more anxious since Kate was the biggest jock you’ve ever dated. The brunette was trying her hardest to comfort you even through her own fears, but with the amount of jitters between the two of you there was no real calming down.
It was Carson who came and picked you up, a lower level agent driving him. You had talked with him as he was also the only family member to know about your relationship with Wanda and Natasha, warning him that you were bringing someone home. The moment he stepped into your apartment cackling you knew that he was going to be obnoxious the entire time. You just slap his arm, shushing him as you try to get everyone into the car quickly. The ride is filled with him asking Kate stupid questions about archery, martial arts, fencing, and even going as far back as her basketball days.
As you are pulling up to your house you finally ask the question that has been lingering, “What’s their mood like?” It seems like an innocent question, but it will show a lot to you.
The young boy sighs, rubbing his face. “Mom and Dad lost a mission to a new agent. They think they are getting phased out. Malik is…well he’s just being an asshole, but he did get another mission so he’s extra arrogant.”  They’re all standing at the door, and it makes you gulp before glaring at your brother. “I had to tell them you had important news to get them to stay. All three of them were going to go to headquarters.”
Malik is laughing the moment you all get out of the car and your mother is grumbling underneath her breath, but you can see Z trying his hardest to be supportive. Every time you brought home a partner those three always thought it was a joke, none of them seemingly a good pick in their eyes. They wanted you to date an agent or someone they thought might get you somewhere in life, so seeing another obvious rich kid made them mock you before they even spoke to your girlfriend.
Kate grabbed your bags before you could even try to pick them up, carrying them all towards the house as Carson tries to calm your nerves. “Mom, Dad, this is Kate. Kate Bishop. My girlfriend.” You watch as your mother’s fake hospitality mask slides on, a wide smile as she welcomes the brunette into the home.
Z and Malik are directed to help your archer with the bags, who mumbles her thanks. Tangling your fingers with Kate’s you start walking through the house, giving her a mini tour as you try to distance yourself from the rest of your family. Your mother is quick to find you though, asking the two of you into the den to have a conversation.
Sitting in front of her is nerve-wracking, and you can feel the judgment from here. “Kate Bishop of Bishop Security, yes? Eleanor and Derek’s daughter?” The young brunette is nodding quickly, an awkward smile on her face. “Getting ready to graduate and work at your mother’s company, I presume?”
Your girlfriend sits up straighter at the mention of her future, and she begins trying to figure out what to say that won’t make things worse. “My mother has indeed asked me to come work for the family business. I’m planning to temporarily stay since I’ve been doing okay there during my internship.”
Watching your mother nod, tensely as she takes a sip of her water, you internally cringe knowing what the next question out of her mouth is going to be. “These athletic achievements that you have, do you think you’ll turn the child’s games into an actual adult ability or will you at the very least focus on a career? You seem to be very invested in them, I found hundreds of listings for competitions and awards that you have gotten and taken part in. One would say that you are wasting your abilities working behind a desk.”
Kate perks a little at that, glancing towards you before a smile breaks out on her face. “I really do enjoy archery, fencing, and martial arts. I have since I was young.” Her voice quiets as she thinks through her next words. “I actually am very interested in your occupation, being a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent is amazing. Clint Barton started out as one.”
The moment that sentence is out of her mouth all the tension leaves the room, except for yours, and your mother is immediately leaning forward. You watch the two start talking about missions and history. Z and Malik come into the room shortly after and you smile as you realize that this is the first person that those three seem to actually like, the four of them in an intense conversation about the Loki invasion.
Carson sneaks you out of the room and the two of you sit in the room over, eating popcorn and whispering as you listen to the rest of them talk about protocol. “You know, even if we hate that stupid organization maybe it’s a good thing your new jock likes it. Seems like you won’t have any issues bringing her around.” You're smiling at that, head falling to his shoulder as you blush. “I really like her and you know, I think they would like her too.” His words hang in the air as the two of you fall into silence, enjoying the lively vibe in the house.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wanda is throwing popcorn up in the air and letting it levitate over you so that you can always catch the pieces as you tell the story, and Kate is just staring at the two of you. Flabbergasted and slightly offended, “Excuse you, did you forget we were doing something?”
The ginger rolls her eyes and drags the archer closer, feeding her a couple goldfish. “Don’t worry little mutt, we heard the entire story. Just cause those two are being weird tonight doesn’t mean that we don’t appreciate you telling us.” Natasha laughs loudly at the extremely grumpy face she receives in return, booping the young brunette on the nose.
“I’m sorry babe, I got hungry.” You shoot her the best innocent doe eyes you can muster through your suppressed laughter. Kate just rolls her eyes, sticking her tongue out at you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kate’s hands are shaking, hovering over your hips as you straddle her lap.You could feel her nerves even as she kissed you, something felt different that night. The two of you had been going out officially for a couple months at this point, and you were completely ready to take the next step but for some reason the brunette always seemed hesitant.
You’re pulling away, despite her groans of protest, to look her in the eyes. Rubbing her bottom lip where she’s gnawing on it, stress evident all over her face. “What’s going on babe?” It’s simple, but your tone cracks the mask that the archer had and her face crumples.
She’s rubbing her rough calloused hands up the sides of your thighs, causing shivers to rush up your spine. Kate’s gaze finally meets yours, normally bright ocean completely blown out and striking midnight blue replacing it. You can tell she’s overthinking, something you’ve come to realize she does a lot in regards to you. “I really want to touch you.” Her voice is small, almost fragile sounding.
A soft smile spreads across your face, settling your hips so that you’re flush against her. Sucking in a breath when your clit rubs against the seam of your pants, the arousal you were ignoring blurring your mind for a moment. “You are touching me silly.” Your voice matches her tone, eyes twinkling down at her.
The eye roll you receive lets you know you broke the tension, and she’s pushing you to grind against her as you need. She’s watching you, her jaw slack as you slowly take what you need. You’re moving slowly on top of her, playing with her hair as she holds you anxiously. Her hands are guiding your movements, shaky and unsure, but it just lights a fire in your stomach. “I– just don’t want to hurt you.” The crack in her voice makes your hips stutter, drawing a whimper from your throat.
Kate’s eyes are wide, anxiety filled, and it makes you chuckle. “You could never hurt me baby, never.” You didn’t have it in your heart to say that you doubt anything she could do would be worse than your training you had. It’s the twinkle as she looks up at you, like you were the center of her universe, that makes your breath hitch. Struggling to swallow down the rush of emotions that threaten to boil over, you can feel the corner of your mouth twitch into a grin.
The soft light around you and the noise outside the window drowns out, all thoughts in your brain sizzle out the longer you hold her gaze. Your bodies are moving, but you can only focus on the feeling of warmth spreading throughout your body like a wildfire. Her hands finally gaining confidence with your whimpers as they slip into your shorts, discarding clothing as they map out every inch of your skin. A rose flush igniting your skin under the attention of your girlfriend, an impatient whine stuck in your throat as she descends your body.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The snickering you heard was expected, and Kate’s face was already hidden in the pillows below you. You watch as Natasha just leans back, using Kate as a footrest.
Thinking that it was going to be the widow was going, it completely caught you off guard when it was Wanda mumbling out “Guess you really were too stupid to fuck our little toy before you met us.” The laughter tumbling from your lips only made the flush on your girlfriend’s neck deeper, but you couldn’t stop it.
You could see the soft smiles on the older Avenger’s faces, despite the teasing, and it makes you wiggle in the witch’s lap.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The humidity stuck around even as you the sun set and the two of you continued to lean against the two benches, opting to get comfortable on the ground. You weren’t expecting the night to go like this, Kate had taken you out to a 3 Michelin star restaurant and you were headed to go-karts when a panic attack hit you. She was able to calm you enough to walk before she got a taxi and let you rest against her. You weren’t sure how to feel about her bringing you to your father’s grave, though you couldn’t help but already feel more relaxed.
No one else was around you and the silence was heavy, but it was Kate who spoke first; shocking you some. “H-hi sir. My name is Kate Bishop. It’s an absolute honor to meet you. I’ve heard a lot of amazing stories about you.” Watching as she speaks out loud, even taking the time to let silence fill the air as though your father could speak back. You weren’t sure how long you were zoned out, eyes filled with heavy tears, but it’s the brunette’s laughter that breaks you out of your trance. “Nooo sir, it wasn’t meant to go that way! I truly tried my hardest but I didn’t realize how big of a difference there was in baking soda and baking powder!”
The ocean eyes are twinkling in the moonlight, night falling quickly, but she’s still talking. “Seriously? I cannot believe old 40s music is better than music now. I have to fight you on that one sir, I think some of the songs now are much better. Oh come on! I can listen to music other than rap! If you give me a good recommendation, I’ll listen but you have to try a few of my songs. I promise I can change your mind sir.”
It blows your mind as you sit there, quiet for most of the night, watching this superstar nationally acclaimed athlete talk to a gravestone on a prime Saturday night. You know it’s well past midnight when you finally interrupt her, asking her if you could go somewhere to warm up. The two of you say goodbye to your dad, Kate promising to come back soon with music and food.
You end up on a rooftop, ironically, but the archer had stashed a duffle bag of blankets and snacks there meant for a night of patrolling. Wrapped up in the blankets, legs hanging off the edge, you let yourself relax against Kate. Neither of you speak but you hope she knows just how thankful you are, even as you fall asleep with her arm wrapped around you looking out over the city. You don’t hear the mumbled “I love you” as the archer watches you sleep, pulling you closer to keep you warm.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Soft snores accompanied the last part of the story as Kate quietly finished talking, the three of them watching you as you sleep soundly. The youngest reaches over to tuck a loose strand of hair behind your ear, a bashful smile along her lips as she whispers a mumbled declaration of love. The archer was glad you fell asleep during that last part of the story since she’s never told you that you weren’t the first one to say the L word, a small secret that she planned to tell you one day when you were both at the end of an aisle.
Natasha’s body is warm from where you lay on top of her, settled deeply as you sleep. She struggles to hide her smile as she realizes how lucky she has gotten. When she agreed to take the year long mission, the widow was terrified. She just wanted you to be happy, protected, and loved. A chaotic, cocky, loyal, brave, and puppy dog of an archer was the answer to everything; somehow the widow shouldn’t be surprised. Kate was everything you needed.
Wanda was never one to like untrained and chaos, but even she couldn’t disagree that the ball of energy was good for you; possibly even good for the entire group. In times of quiet, usually nighttime, the witch could admire the young Avenger. The witch lets her hands ghost along the archer’s torso, letting her magic really feel her. Taking a step back on control with Kate wasn’t something that the Sokovian was originally okay with, but she knew that this decision was best for the entire group. Seeing the young CEO grow and help you grow made her understand why you fell in love with her, and it confused the older woman just a bit. She didn’t like things she couldn’t control, but she was becoming okay with the wild Bishop.
Kate yawns, loud and jaw cracking as she settles against Wanda. The archer’s tired body finally caves as she curls up, nuzzling into the blanket. The older two women sigh as they look around at the mess in the blanket fort with the two younger women curled up asleep. The witch rolls her eyes at Natasha’s pointed look before she snaps her fingers to clean up the mess.
Silence settles in the room, only being interrupted by mumbled snores and grumbles, as the older women observe the submissive counterpart. It’s the witch whose voice fills the void, “Do you think– could we ever? You know?” Her eyes are glued to your sleeping form as she lets herself watch you dream, an awe filled look on her face.
Natasha’s mouth opens and closes a few times, uncharacteristically stuttering, as her mind and words struggle to match up. Her own gaze stuck on the archer, confliction evident but a softness still lingering. “C’mon Wands, we can’t think like that right now. It wouldn’t work out anyways. It’s bed time anyways.” The widow stubbornly rolls over, flipping you with her and effectively breaking the older brunette’s trance.
