I decided to have all of my MC's hold their wands up in tribute to the late Sir Michael Gambon 🪄
I thought it might be nice to start some sort of Tumblr tribute train with our MC's in his memory.
Rest in peace, Michael, your legacy shall live on!

Robbie Coltrane as Rubeus Hagrid in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone
Robbie Coltrane, the hulking Scottish actor beloved by generations of children for his role as Hagrid in the Harry Potter films, has died. He was 72.
His agent confirmed the news to BBC, the Guardian, and Deadline.
Coltrane was already a well-known actor and comedian in the UK when J.K. Rowling personally suggested him to director Chris Columbus for the part of Hogwarts groundskeeper Rubeus Hagrid, who was born to a giant and a wizard and acts as a friend and protector to the titular protagonist and his friends. But his appearance in that first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (2001), catapulted him to a new level of international celebrity.

So I know there’s so many other people I could’ve dedicated this post to, but I just had to give it to Alan Rickman since I miss him so much
- Alan Rickman has helped me through so many difficult times in my life (not literally obviously)
He is someone I look up too because he seemed so genuine, and looks like would give the bests hugs out there
I just really admire how incredible he is
And now I don’t know what else to say since I feel like I’ve said enough…
(I was wrong)
I really wish I had met him just to tell him how incredible he is…
But of course that won’t happen…
Bur I’m sure he knows that I think that… (sorry I’m into spiritual things)
I actually had a dream a week before my actual birthday party, and I was like in this alternate universe
I wasn’t allowed to talk to anyone since it’s a different universe, but I was allowed to talk to Alan
With a quick run, I stood in front of him, hugging him
It felt so real…
Like a little too real, you know?
Whilst we hugged, he told me he missed me (it sounded exactly like him)
I told him that I missed him too
“We’re going to celebrate your birthday this week” he said as I continued to cry (shit I think I forgot that detail, sorry!)
That was it
I know this sounds crazy, but this is what happened-
So I’d just like to say, thank you Alan

Wands up for Hagrid.
