2. mobei-jun / shamg qinghua (svsss) 1/10 : theres a bit of a power imbalance but they’re cute and they love each other its wholesome

3. feng xin / mu qing (tgcf) 3/10 : sure they bicker and project their own insecurities onto each other and they’re both in denial about liking each other but i wouldnt call it toxic they’re just like an old married couple

4. jin zixuan / jiang yanli (mdzs) 3/10 : jzx is an asshole and jyl is too good for him but they do love each other. they’ve had some hiccups in their relationship but i wouldnt necessarily say its unhealthy

5. hua cheng / xie lian (tgcf) 4/10 : they love each other but their relationship is extremely codependent to an unhealthy degree but they would never do anything hurt each other they’re just a little blinded by love

6. shi qingxuan / he xuan (tgcf) 6/10 : so maybe hx killed sqx’s brother right in front of them and lied about his identity and originally befriended them as part of a revenge plot but they love each other okay? now that shi wudu is out of the picture they can be happy

7. luo binghe / shen qingqiu (svsss) 9/10 : extremely toxic, sqq is the DEFINITION of gaslight gatekeep girlboss and lbh has abandonment trauma partially from sqq its actually so unhealthy omg

The reason you're likely to not find Canon dynamics in this setting is literally because it's a form of role reversal. It's a setting specifically to cater to the reverse of their dynamic, so you're not likely to find many that actively keep canon dynamics beyond mentions of switching

Fic Idea?

I don’t exactly ship Lan Xichen and Wei Wuxian, but I really want a fic where wwx falls for lxc at first sight and just does all of his annoying wwx-with-a-crush things to lxc instead of lwj. And then it turns out that wwx also (or actually) fell for lwj, but he was scared of being In Love for real and focused his attention on lxc because it was safer - like he didn’t feel as strongly about lxc as he did about lwj, so it wouldn’t hurt him when lxc didn’t return his interest. And because wwx is around and subjecting lwj to his friendship, lwj falls for wwx too, and is jealous of wwx’s feelings for his brother.

And this could end a few ways. 

Straight up wangxian happy ending, lxc ships it, he’s very glad that wwx’s crush on him is over, that was a little awkward. Excuse him while he goes on a date with his boyfriend (perhaps nmj?)

Wangxian happy ending, but lxc actually started liking wwx back. Lxc bows out gracefully and eventually finds happiness with another (insert your fave lxc ship here - *cough* nielan *cough*)

wwx is actually in love with lwj AND lxc and now he has to choose

he doesn’t have to choose because they all get into a relationship (without any lwj/lxc because incest is a squick of mine)

Is this a fic that exists? With any of those endings? With a completely different ending?

I finished my fic "Heart Deviation". :D

Summary: 

Wei Wuxian fell head over heels in love with Lan Wangji right after arriving at the Cloud Recesses, so when Lan Xichen tells him that Lan Wangji’s life hangs in the balance and he’s the only one who can save him, he doesn’t hesitate to offer his help. Saving him requires dual cultivation, however, and he has never even kissed anyone… And Lan Wangji firmly refuses him too.

Thankfully, Lan Xichen agrees to teach him the ways of dual cultivation and promises that they can save his brother, together.
