Had an amazing time trying out Larp with @underworld_larp_toronto This is most likely the closest to a battlefield or a MMORPG in real life as we can get. Sure people say larp is toooo dorky, but hey,once you try it, you'll be hooked. Played as a Human Mercenary named Alexandria Dean. Got hired as a guard for noble gem merchant. All in all, finding an excuse to have as much as sparring sessions as possible before the boss shows up. Damn. Weekly exercise! Thanks to @hoshino.armory for filming me during my 1km run. Well, I had to split the 1km to run and walk because I wore the wrong shoe. MY DOUBLEPAYER CAME IN!!! Who says Bohurt weapon aren't safe and beautiful?!?!?! This new zweihander by @medieval_extreme is all I can ever ask for. It's light, quite pleasing to look at and seems to be quite safe for sparring! I can see how some think it's a bit tooooo wobbly, but hey, I rather my friends not get hurt from a stab of this. This is a 16th century greatsword known as the Zweihander (for all you dark souls fans) or Montante, it is surprisingly light for its MASSIVE side, to the point where I feel quite comfy just holding and swinging it one handedly. The flamberge blade is my personal request as I am a suckered for wavy and curvy steel. More proper photos of it later this week!!
