Through the years, I have come across many amazing artist who created their own apparel and make truly beautiful work. For this post, I would like to talk about a few brands and individuals that I have watched grow over time. 

The brand atthemoment, was a small clothing company that I found out about through a thrift pop-up event in Philadelphia. I was there looking for vintage clothing but I came across this stand that said ‘atthemoment.’ I went to the stand and looked at some of their clothes. The prices of the clothes were extremely affordable at only ten dollars a t-shirt, twenty for sweatpants, and fifteen for sweatshirts/ hoodies. It wasn’t only the prices that caught my attention, it was the quality of the products. I immediately said to the person working the stand,”the price of these products needs to be raised cause they are phenomenal.” After purchasing some products and browsing other stands, I went on social media and found their account. The brand originated in San Diego and is looking to expand on the east coast. This event was in 2017 and the brand has done nothing but grow and produce even better products over time. 

Another brand and individual I would like to bring to your attention is Warren Lotas. The self named brand was created back in 2016 where skeletons were brought to life through art and fashion. He is and forever will be my favorite creator and brand due to his creativity and consistency in getting better and growing. For example, these products used to take four to five months to come in and the products were limited back in 2016-2018. Now, the product ships in two weeks and is in much higher quality.  Although he is extremely hard to buy from, considering the products sell out in 15 minutes or less, he is still growing and getting better.
