There’s this weird tension on my blog feed rn where half the people I follow occasionally reblog minecraft youtuber posts and seem to like them in passing, and the other half have just the most intense, vitriolic hatred for these random white boys playing a children’s video game

#the funny thing is that one person posted minecraft hatred and then the very next post #was chiding people who enter fandoms for childrens content and then get mad at the kids in the fandom and think it should be for just adults #like HELLO you literally just did exactly that for a twitch community about a childrens block video game #also like the main clapback post is literally just about how people say they have no personality or some shit #like really you hate something 100s of thousands of people watch every day just bc you dont get it #like i dont even watch any of it but im still just like whyyy do you spend your energy hating this
