Basic reference sheet of my Legion tamed wastewolf, Orcus! His colours are based on Mexican wolves as he was born in Arizona.

Backstory for him rn is that his mother was killed by Legion mongrels during a training exercise by Anthony, when he discovered that she had a pup, he brought him before Caesar as a gift. Orcus was a very large pup and the only of his litter, likely meaning he had absorbed his siblings in the womb. Caesar saw this as a sign that he was a conqueror and saw him fitting as part of the Legion. 

Orcus was nursed by Lupa and trained by Anthony. His job is to be sent out after traitors and deserters to track down and kill them. He usually has handlers following at a distance to confirm the kill and step in if things get out of hand. 

Overall he’s a very good boy. He once defended Caesar from an NCR-sided Courier who attempted to assassinate him. She didn’t squeeze the trigger before her throat was crushed. 

His armour is a bit of a WIP for now. Idk if i’ll keep the helmet

Drawing more concepts, this time for a Legion tamed wastewolf called Orcus.

Named after a god of the underworld and the punisher of broken oaths, Orcus has been trained to track down and kill anyone his master sends him after; usually traitors and deserters. 

Just a basic sketch for now. Spiked collar with three rings on it for chains, round plated armour (based on ancient Rome dog armour) and a bandanna with the legion symbol on it. 

My main reason for designing him is bc I want to make a quadsuit lmao, I figured the armour would help with ventilation and the collar will be for vision.
