X-Files Collector's Edition: Beefy Revival Mulder (and Other Muscular Mentions)

Anon from three days ago, rejoice!-- for I have scrounged my fic collection (took me all three of those days) to find every single fic that focuses on, alludes to, or slightly mentions Mulder in his levelled-up Revival physique.
