I now headcannon that Wally’s eyes drift, wander, and droop here and there 

Sometimes only one eye blinks while the other stays open, sometimes one eye lid will start to droop down, different parts of his eyes will twitch here and there even if he’s perfectly happy.

He’s grown so used to it that it doesn't bother him.  It used to bother the others when they had just started getting to know him but now it’s so normal.

His eyes can focus when he’s interested in something like painting or apples.  They only really tend to wander or drift when he’s spacing off or just listening

Just remembered how in season one the Demogorgon used the smell of blood to hunt, appearing most exclusively when someone got injured. Considering the fact that in season 4 Steve was in their home turf with his sides ripped open, and his well established self sacrifice complex, im surprised no fanfics have used this as a plot point

Every once in a while, I think about how Jin Kirigiri ruined Shinsen’s prophecy… (continued after explanation)

(a brief explanation for those who don’t know: Shinsen saw that Kyoko Kirigiri would eventually be the savior of the impending apocalypse, and in order to make his prophecy become true, he followed the Kirigiri family closely and put together the victim’s catharsis committee in order to pretty much give Kyoko the trauma she needed to be the ultimate detective, and then he died to fulfill the prophecy)

… by firing Kyoko right before she outed Junko and Mukuro as the ultimate despairs and planning the MTEIHH, and in theory she could’ve completed stopped it from happening and then the whole things with Shinsen would’ve had a purpose, but he obviously fired her and forbid her from pursuing the issue further, on account that she couldn’t harm herself or put herself in harms way.

So Yui and literally everyone involved in the VCC died for no reason…

Random post, but I love Mr. Rogers so much. I did a project in my senior year on him being a “historical hero” to me that won first place. It was going to go to the state-wide competition but then COVID hit. I was hella scared to present mine because everyone else was, understandably, submitting slides on MLK jr, Rosa Parks, Malcolm X, and I came in (as a Mixed kid) with a yt guy on tv who was still alive in the 2000’s. But my teacher was crazy about it and commended me for the originality/sentimentality.

We miss you. Your guidance would have been really useful in these 2020s. His last words on the show 🖤

Okay, I'm going to say something controversial. While he's one of my favorite characters in the game, I cannot jive with the fics that portray Hosea as a perfect parent.

Don't get me wrong, Hosea is a great character, but to listen to his campfire stories and who he was, I don't think he just took on these kids and was like "I know what to do." I can't help but feel like he'd have had the paternal instinct of a pencil sharpener. And I don't mean that as in Hosea was cruel or abusive or did anything negligent or had any harmful intentions - I just think Hosea would have zero ideas what to do with a kid.

I do have a head cannon that he was totally against bringing Arthur along for a multitude of reasons. Most of them ending in "he's just a kid!" And anything he tries to explain to Arthur starts either way out of his age range and super complex, or over simplified to where Arthur thinks he's making fun of him and gets frustrated/angry until Dutch (who's is close in age as Arthur) or Bessie (who just seems like she had those sort of instincts from the way Hosea describes her) finally look at Hosea like "why are you like this?"
