i just rewatched the puppet episode and i noticed something. after shirley confesses and jeff asks the group if everyone revealed a secret, abed nods with the rest of the group. idk but if he didnt share anything and doesnt remember anyone else did, why would he nod? thats not really something he’d mirror. theyre answering a pretty straightforward question, not reacting to something.

when they realize that no one remembers anyone else’s confessions, abed is… very happy. if he really didn’t confess to anything, he wouldn’t have been rejoicing like that, would he? he probably wouldn’t have reacted that much, maybe just smile a bit. but nooo, he was the first to (very happily, btw) say “we’re in the clear!” as if he had something at stake beforehand…

im just saying, i think theres more merit to the ‘abed confessed his love for troy while they were high’ theory.

and even better (or worse), i noticed the episode right before this is the herstory of dance, in which abed meets rachel. we know he ghosts her after that ep, but why? weeell, if abed did confess his feelings to troy in the puppet episode, then perhaps he realized he’s still too in love with troy for him to go for rachel. that it would be unfair to rachel if he pursued her.

Yeah Arti is my favorite because of 2 reasons: she reminds me of my other fav character (Undyne Undertale) and, well, ANGST

Yeah, the more angst the character has in their story, the bigger chance that they have to become my favorite

OH AND HEY, WANNA FUNNY THING? So, like, revenge theme was always, like, my thing. I wrote a THREE fanfics in HTTYD fandom with this theme. The first one was Hiccup killing people for Toothless' death, then vise versa, then (really funny) they both killed for each other, thinking that the other was dead. Fun thing that Toothless' style of revenge was similar to Arti's. I mean, kill everyone. No you can't read them (unless you know russian)

So, you can guess that on the second place i have Hunter and Saint. Yes, both of them. Why Hunter isn't the first place? Weeell... Idk? When character dies, they just die, the end. When character loses someone they love... They get to live and suffer. Yeah. But still, being on a countdown? Angsty enough.

And Saint... Well, i like them mostly for their brainblast power. Yeah, if the character is strong and/or has some cool power i will probably also like them.

On the third place i have Spearmaster, and i should mention them because back in 2021 i thought they would be my favorite. Because that time we already knew many things about Downpour (which wasn't a thing yet, it was just More Slugcats, legendary mod). And there were like few gameplay videos and a whole stream with Spearmaster's campaign. And i remember that the person was told not to go to shoreline because of the massive spoilers (we were like WHY IS TGAT, IS IT BECAUSE MOOOON IS ALIIVEE???) (we were right lol). Instead they went to five pebbles and he ripped out the pearl from SM. And i was like OMG SO CRUEL I LOVE IT LOOK THEY'RE BLEEDING THEY'RE BLEEDING THEY HAVE FUCKING SCAR!!! and i immediately got few headcanons, that after the Wanderer (from Drought mod) failed their mission on bringing the gold pearl to Five Pebbles, SRS was mad so he took another slugcat, modified them without asking, sew a perl in them so they won't lose it and won't give it to Moon and sent to FP. And i was like OMG ANGST MM YUM YUM

And now it turned out that SRS is actually a good guy and actually cares about Spear and it's no fun ☹️ but the pearl episode is still great yum yum yum

Funny thing that about Arti we knew that she is, well, SHE, and that she fights scavs, has explody powers and cant stay underwater. And karma 1 locked. About Saint we knew that they have brain blast powers and were wondering if they gonna have it in the new version or no. Btw, i started shipping Artisaint in that time too. Like, strong, loud killer and weak quiet saint who can't even hold spears.

Age: 12

Personality wise, Sune is generally pretty chill but kind of awkward. Though, she can be snarky as fuck and has a strange sense of humor, which she unconsciously uses to cover her constant and profound sadness. She may come off as mean sometimes despite not having the intention to hurt others; it may not look like it, but Sune is really appreciative of the people she cares about it. She's just kinda bad at expressing it '^^

*coughs* Sune is a literal accident. She is an unwanted child whose parents only decided to have due to social pressure, this only has made her life worse as she has been emotionally neglected by them since birth. She has learnt to take care mostly by herself, but It's because of this she has difficulties socializing and regulating her own emotions. She has pretty much been lonely her whole life, additionally her classmates often shushed her away for being a crybaby when she was even younger. The only person who helped her was a teacher, but she lost all contact with her when she got "homeschooled" at age 10.

To fuck up things even more, she has always been kind of lazy but it got worse when she started showing symptoms of narcolepsy at age 7. This is the actual reason she's so drowsy all the time hahan't (she most likely has narcolepsy type 2). God's sleepiest soldier 🧍

Additional info that is incredibly irrelevant;

The outfit she wears in almost all of my drawings is just her pajamas e_e

Has an interest in web design (she's not an expert at coding but she could make pretty Tumblr themes if she wanted to 😈)

When Jaide was a kid, she was quite sweet. A little shy and studious, but a nice kid nonetheless.

Levi didn’t get to live past his childhood, but he took after his parents in sweetness. He was a rather curious kid, but learned at a young age that suppressing his questions and bowing his head eagerly keeps him safe. If he had the chance to grow up, he would’ve been a very kind and loyal person.

17. If they had a storybook, like the ones presented in-game, what would it detail about them?

A storybook for the Outlander wouldn’t have much ‘story’, but instead would display the conditions of living in the underworld and give insight into why he acts the way he does :)

As for Ichor, a storybook for them might detail their journey to fill their grimoire and their eventual judgement and entrapment in the mask. Maybe it’s also tease Ichor’s one friend…

19. If your OC was on the Arctic Cruise, what would they likely be found doing? What would they say to Hat Kid/Bow Kid upon interacting with them?

Jaide rather wouldn’t go on the cruise… it’s much too cold for her taste. Maybe she’d be at the beginning to wave the kids off, but she wouldn’t actually get on the boat.

The Outlander, in all likelihood, is probably the cause of the disaster and mess that the kids have to clean up in Ship Shape…

Ichor came along since they want to travel! See more of what the physical world has to offer, y’know? And maybe to pester Snatcher some. They comment on the fascinating or weird things they find.

Karmin’s there for a vacation. She stays by the pool but doesn’t go in. If asked why, she’ll answer that she has a vendetta against water.

27. What would your OC's idle animation/s be? How would they react if Hat Kid/Bow Kid whacked them with their umbrella? (would they do the squeaky toy animation or would they give an appropriate reaction?)

The Outlander has slight motions of his ear/horn twitching and his tail curling, but when you’ve been still with him for a while, he’d have animations of him tapping his hands together and glancing around suspiciously, keeping watch for Jaide.

If you whacked him he would flinch and have various voicelines, like “Ow!” or “Hey, quit it!” or distressed hissing and growling.

49. If Hat Kid/Bow Kid had to fight your OC, how might your OC counter them and what would happen? 

Oh, that’s cute. There’s no way to beat Ichor! :) The battle would be over in a flash. The kids would respawn endlessly until Ichor figures their secret out and uses their timepiece stash to put a stop to it.

It seems the Gleeks/klainers like you who have been there from the beginning love season 5b and the newer crowd in last five years hate it. And I think it’s what they did to Blaine’s character in that arc.

He’d been such a high achiever, leader of glee club really, getting into Nyada and engaged and they made him into this dependent wreck who lied and smothered Kurt. I don’t like what they did to his character at all.

weeell of course you know that i'm gonna disagree with that whole last part bc that's not what they did at all

they clearly showed us blaine struggling with body image issues that were exacerbated by his mental health issues. he was never a perfect person who had it all together, even when he was leading show choirs and getting good grades and getting into elite performing schools. we see these issues as early as season two. being oblivious to kurt's obvious feelings, overstepping with people like burt when he asked him to talk to kurt about sex, being unsure of himself - with his sexuality, not understanding people's intentions with him, not sure if he could even be a good boyfriend himself. He was kind of always a "wreck" and it's funny that that used to be what people hated about him and now people seem to see it as a reason to love him all the more

And like. Idk I think he had a dark point in s5 where he was handling things wrong and not communicating or coping like he should've been. I don't think he was 100% leaning on Kurt for support or smothering him. We actually get to see them doing their own things in those few episodes, like Blaine with June and Kurt with Peter Pan. They still support each other when they're off doing their own thing, but say that a success for one of them is a success for both of them bc they're partners who root for each other and know how to cheer the other one on

But even before that I mean, Blaine just went through a huge life change in graduating high school and moving from Lima to New York. That's no small feat. Everything's different, school is stressful, Kurt gets put in the damn hospital. Things are chaotic, and different, and scary. And we see all the NY characters coping with their new circumstances at different points in time. Sam, Santana, Mercedes, Rachel, Kurt - they all have different points of doubt, of feeling like they don't belong or not knowing what direction to go in. Blaine was far from the only one floundering, and it's unrealistic to expect any of them to be 100% sure of themselves and their lives at any point in time, but especially in s4-5

And I appreciate your ask and how you phrased it, with the dichotomy between original fans and newer fans. Because to me that also reads as the divide between older fans and younger fans. As in like, people who were teenagers or older who watched the show when it aired, and the teens or young adults who have just gotten into the show in the last few years*. Because those viewing experiences are bound to be different

I've had around a decade to watch and rewatch Glee, to process everything in it, and for my thoughts and opinions to morph and mature. Not to mention a decade of brain development and personal growth and life experience that would shape how I view a teen show like this. I didn't start watching Degrassi or PLL until relatively recently, and I know my thoughts on those shows now aren't the same as they would've been if I was watching them when they originally aired, either as a kid, teen, or even young adult

Obviously I'm not saying age = wisdom but when it comes to something like media analysis I do think that more life experience gives you more perspective and helps you understand things like this a little differently. I mean my blog is just shy of being 5 years old and I know there are things I said in 2018 that I don't agree with anymore. You just process things differently and you're gonna have changing opinions the older you get, that's just how it is

all this to say i think you mischaracterized blaine and did his s5b self an injustice lol. but that's just my opinion. i'd like to hear from some older/younger/newer/older fans and see if this is a common pattern

I really like how Nezha is just so annoyed with mortals, he just can't stand them, and I love the idea of him just, being so annoyed with MK at first, like he just sees him as an immature bumbling mortal (also jealous, because why would Wukong want to spend his time with someone like this?) And then there's MK who just couldn't care less what Nezha thinks of him, he's got a world and friends to save with or without Nezha's help, so he just stubbornly keeps doing his thing and eventually Nezha grows a liking and even almost respect for him, and idk I just want them to have this tense arguing dynamic, Nezha stubbornly thinking he always knows better and MK sassing him I really hope we'll see more interactions between them in the S3 Special so I can build a more coherent dynamic for them :3

First - YES!! This made NO SENSE the text said single islanders would be DUMPED and then wait NOT U MC! ur special! No we're not! U literally drag us through the mug every fucking episode

Second- babe thats not suresh...idk who that is but its not him. because the man that said all that stuff to us before he left for casa wouldnt be choosing grandma Lulu who he literally has no spark with over us.

Third - Gabi doesnt seem to understand that one sided relationships exist. One person can like another person more than the other. Sorry babe but this happens more often than not...just because he was around doesnt mean he was around.

Fourth - I personally didnt get the vibe that he was trying it on MC I got more friend vibes from him, but maybe that's how I played it. Meera was being such a bitch that I can't wait for me to not go home next week, but to rub it in her face that her bestie is tho

Fifth - I low-key loved Noah 2.0 and If I find out something shady happened between Gabi/Suresh on that terrace rooftop im jumping ship to Finn so fucking fast.

sixth - idk im getting the ick from Nicolas 🫣 hes too much with the gossip and drama he seems more into that than MC. and saying he needed to fake their connection 🙄 thats a no for me dog.

im staying on the suresh route until it becomes even more obvious that there is none left and then will be jumping ship to Finn.
