it’s been so long since i’ve used this account. i got pregnant, gave birth and now i have a son!!!!! but now my mental health is shit. i gained back all the 60 pounds that i lost from before i was pregnant. and none of my clothes fit me anymore that i had bought from when i lost weight. so it’s time to get back to it. i’m tired of being a whale

There is absolutely nothing I hate more than hip dips
I swear tg the whole reason I’ve even developed and ed was because I hated the way I looked(bcuz of my hip dips) and really I probably could of just worked out and build up muscle around them but here we are :/
I saw smthing that said the skinnier you are the less noticeable they are so I just kinda ran w it

Well guys, I am 2 weeks post partum now and since November 2018 I am officially down 90 pounds as of this morning. None of my clothes fit which is amazing and a huge hassle since I’m toting around a newborn, lol! I am officially the lowest weight in my adult life at 255 pounds! I was 265 when I graduated high school. I am so thrilled y’all. These are my smallest prepregnancy jeans (a size 18)

I tried eating normal for some weeks. 3 times a week, but mostly 2 times because my mom wouldn't shut up about how fat and glutten I am becoming. And I tried not stepping on the scale because I know it would make me feel bad but today I stepped on it to reach something and I looked down and... I gained 5kg?? I feel so bad now. I can't continue this bullshit but we also have so much food here.. Guess I'll just have to workout some more

I’ve Decided:
Today, I finally start on my monthly goal (can you have resolutions in May lol) of exercising at least once a day...for now, I think doing a little bit at night before bed is fine, but hopefully I can raise the intensity AND change to doing more stuff during the day...
My goal is to become more toned and generally in-shape, but also...I really would appreciate weighing closer to 130 lbs (58kg) and being more around a size medium (and maybe even a small??) so my life can overall be a little easier.
Currently: ~180lbs (80kg)

Update
I was sick for a few days so I fell off my exercising, but I’m getting back on track. So far my fasts have sucked but I’m going to try to fast all day tomorrow so mabey it will make up for my lost progress...
I’ve also got a weigh in at the end of the month, I don’t have a personal scale at the moment, but my boyfriend has one that’s really fancy so I’ll get him to help me weigh myself ( it’s a professional scale for gocart racing which has cords you have to plug in to this machine, idk how it works but he does )

Honestly low-key considering recovering like I don’t know what’s come over me these last few days but like I’ve just lost so much energy and motivation and it’s like maybe my body’s way of telling me to stop but somehow I can’t bring myself to do it???
It’s like just wait until my UGW then you can recover just a little bit more and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore
For the time being I’m severely conflicted but I’ve decided to set a recovery date. I know sounds weird but regardless of anything on April 1st I’m done and I’m going to fully commit to recovery.

やっぱり標準体重からさらに落としていくのは難しい...
いや、当たり前なんですけど。 標準体重、ということは、人間はこの体重が一番ベスト、と設定されているということで、生命維持にはいちばんベストなんでしょうね。 食べるものを調整したりしているのですが、ズンズンとは減らなくなってきました。
とはいえ、週1のチートデー(というか、気にせず飲み食いする日)の設定があるので、週末食べる→平日で戻す、というルーティンになってるな。外食も解禁された中で、またぶくぶくと増えていってないことをよしとしよう。

先月から、有酸素のためのジムを増やしたのですが、そこで頼めるパーソナルトレーナーさんもうまく使って、機械を使った筋トレにもチャレンジしていこうと思っております。
