So I was looking at videos and the way to be skinny forever is to replace all fat with muscle bc muscle burns calories and it’s smaller than fat- however- I don’t just want to be skinny, I want to be sick and empty, so I’ll first ⭐️ve then I’ll do exercise and work my way up to eating a tiny bit each day, while exercising a lot so that I have muscle, no fat and I can even eat some while looking like miss skellington. Do u think it’ll work? Either way I don’t just wanna exercise I’d rather ⭐️ve until my gw then I’ll work it out from there.

*tw weight loss *babe, you need to be eating, drinking, thinking, exercising, and self-talking like you are who you want to be. you need to eat sleep breathe the life of your ideal self, the life of a model. what are her habits? its not just about being skinny. its having a mindset of grit and discipline. think to yourself, how would bella hadid spend her day: what would she eat, how much would she exercise, how would she treat herself, how would her self talk sound like? She would be kind to herself, she wouldn’t beat herself if she eats pizza or ice cream or 5 sugary drinks at the bar bc she knows self discipline, she can easily get back on track and no one day of bad eating makes someone fat. can you trust yourself like bella? are you living like your dream self? its just a mindset shift away.

Here is an update… been working out at least 5 days a week (& now at work since I work at a gym & I’m already on my feet the whole time). I finally got the courage to go on the scale since I’ve been so disciplined and eating a lot less and when I do eat, it’s healthy. I was super disappointed because I’ve only lost about 30lbs… which means I’m still in the 200’s. Even though I went down 2 clothing sizes.. when googling it,the only thing that makes sense as to why this is happening is, I’m gaining muscle faster than I’m losing fat?? Does that sound right? I have barely eaten any simple carbs.. most of my carb intake (if I do eat any) has been complex carbs.. I’m always moving and burn between 2500-3000 calories a day and my meals are never more than 400-500calories; I don’t eat late at night after work anymore; I continue to hit my water goals, i dont eat until I’m full, just only until my hunger goes away… idk what else could be up other than maybe my birth control is holding me back??
If you have any advice it is certainly welcomed…

Making myself a nice drink as a reward for making it through such difficult times <3 Earl/Lady Grey tea, Imperial Gunpowder tea, Matcha Latte, Soya/Oat milk with honey, black coffee.

Only putting healthy things in my body (cucumbers, bananas, strawberries, coconut yogurt, nuts, safe foods)

Having a nice long bath and washing my nice body (accepting it as it currently is even though it not at my wg)
Writing about my feelings- I’m not actually hungry I just want to fill the emotional void.
The physical hunger will pass (ketosis)
Eating is expensive, I’d rather buy (and look good in) cute clothes.

I get the feeling that what I’m doing is actually good for me, like my life will be better, almost like meditation. I feel like I’m making myself healthier, improving my self control, reaching emotional clarity and dealing with the negativity around me by being positive.
All are my pics :). Yes, I’m aware this is really quite delusional but really how else can you cope with living but by romanticism.

things to remember before you weigh yourself
- remove all excess clothes and accessories (personally my weight can shift fairly dramatically when i take off all my bracelets and necklaces)
- use the washroom! especially #2 cause that can add some weight
- make sure ur not wearing shoes
- try not to eat/drink before, u might get bloated
