this is your reminder that when you weigh yourself, take off EVERYTHING!! all clothes, jewelry, even hair ties.
i weighed myself seconds apart, first time completely naked and the second with my outfit, engagement ring, and hair tie on. IT MADE OVER A 3 POUND DIFFERENCE‼️

hey, i remembered the login for this account!
it’s been ages.  more than five years since my last update.  multiple attempts to control my weight since then.  finally, it looks like i’ve been able to stick to it!
the first pic was from around the last time i tried to lose weight.  i weighed probably 20 pounds more than my starting weight this time, so the photos show about a 60 pound difference
i’ve been keeping track of my daily caloric intake every day since early september.  i haven’t been working out, or playing ddr [i don’t think my knees can handle it anymore lol].  i do work a job where i average about 18k-23k steps a day.  but beyond that, just portion control and routine 5/7 days of the week.
and damn has it worked.
i still have about 14 pounds i want to lose, but if i can keep to this for the next 2-3 months i think i can get there.  it’s just crazy to me, to see how far i’ve come, where i was and where i’m at now.  past me would not believe this, at all.
i don’t really know what to say.  to anybody that’s still around and still has me on their follow list, thanks for believing in me!  to anybody that might be seeing my dumb face for the first time, anything is possible!
i might try to spruce up the page a little bit, we’ll see.  until then, well... seeya next stage!

November's starting weight 🥳
I really didn't think that I would've lost some weight since my last weekly weigh-in because I didn't exactly eat the best over the weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised!
I've technically lost 10lbs since starting my journey, though I think the majority of those pounds are probably from water weight but I'm still taking it!
Because we're in the season, I'm going to remind myself to give myself grace for these next two months (but still stay on track for the majority of the time). Because one thing I'm not going to miss out on is all the holiday food and treats!

200.2 this morning and I’m hitting arms before a long stretching session finished off with an incline walk on the treadmill.
Breakfast is the usual, two fried eggs on a mini bagel topped with sriracha and everything bagel seasoning.
Lunch is going to be bbq, keto buns, and roasted veg (green beans and sweet potatoes).
I’m speaking into existence that I’ll be under 200 before the end of March. Onederland is soooooo close. I’m not going to self sabotage or trick myself into “getting a lil treat” to somehow celebrate. I want this and I’m going to make it happen.

Weekly weight update! (August 2, 2023)
sw: 145.1 lbs
cw: 139.1 lbs
I am 6 lbs down, which feels great.
I've been focusing on walking more and eating healthier, and I can see a lot of changes already. I crave walks, and I feel full with smaller portions.
I also started a 16-8 intermittent fasting plan which has been helping a lot in experiencing hunger and fullness better. I'm not snacking because of boredom anymore.

I don’t know how much I weigh right now, I haven’t been eating clean or anywhere close to healthy, I haven’t been counting calories, I haven’t felt like working out. But I still take my butt to the gym.
We need to start having a healthier mindset around the gym/exercising. So many people feel like when you go to the gym you have to go in there and grind or over exert yourself. I’ve gotten to a point to where I’ll go, put a show or youtube video on on my phone and walk on the treadmill or ride the bike at a steady pace for an hour. It’s okay to not get a good workout. You don’t have to be sore or worn out to feel accomplished. Knowing when to care more about well-being than weightloss or building muscle is what’s kept me consistent in the gym for the past 5 months

Day 0
You know how I got here. Not eating right, avoiding exercise. You know about 7 years ago I lost so much weight...and then life happened. A relationship that ended badly. I had a lot of life changes as someone does in their late 20s. I also went through this thing called the Covid pandemic...perhaps you heard of it?
I gained it all and more back over the 2 years. I spent the past year working with a coach to fix my views of food. While I'm not perfect, I feel much better about how I view food and my relationship with it.
Now, I need to do something for my health and for myself. So starting tomorrow, April 13th, 2022 I am documenting the 3ish months to my 30th birthday and beyond. I'll keep track of my weight loss and slowly reveal details of myself.
Honestly I am embarrassed with where I am, which is why I am starting this little page, so I can have somewhere to be more open and free.
Tomorrow, I measure and weigh and try to start my exercise plan. I will also meet with my health coach and try to come up with a plan to help me stay on track.
