It feels INCREDIBLE to be back at the gym working out again! Only a light weight workout, but I did arms and shoulders and got to stretch out my left arm where the nerve damage is. Got a good walk in as fast as I could go without straining my sutures. Definitely it’s about just beginning again, and it feels amazing!
