Hello, I'm here to ask about my favourite RWBY au of yours, the Summon mentor au. Specifically, each characters personality change thanks to their mentor, like how different the character's personality from the Canon
Starting from the top...
Ruby Rose - Death
To be perfectly honest, I can't see Ruby being all too different from normal. However, she might be a different, more mature person in the future, considering her mentor is Death himself.
Weiss Schnee - Alucard
When you get to the basics, both Alucard and Weiss have a lot in common. Both of them are children of illustrious and well-known families, and both have a strained relationship, if any at all, with their tyrannical and downright evil fathers. So I think the training Weiss receives will be a mixture of fencing and swordplay sprinkled with a little bit of self-reassurance practices to remind her that she is not her father.
Blake Belladonna - Ezio Auditore da Firenze
I feel like thanks to a much more mature Ezio is teaching Blake, he knows how to bring out the best in her, especially since he's already got plenty of experience teaching students just like her before. As a result, I feel like Blake is going to be much more efficient with her stealth, as well as more versatile in her arsenal and tactics.
Yang Xiao Long - Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka
Considering Yang is already the most destructive member of Team RWBY, having the Ork warboss to end all warbosses as her mentor isn't going to do much to pull her back from her collateral damage. She just might start as many fights as she can just so she can get into the thrill of the fight. And if she loses, then that just means she didn't hit hard enough, right?
Jaune Arc - Po
Unless Po has seriously changed in the upcoming fourth movie, Jaune is pretty much going to be just like him. He's kinda put on a couple pounds (not as much as Po, of course), and has found a way to convert what he eats into fuel for his martial arts. He's also not going to be using his sword for a lot in this version, but he still has it.
Nora Valkyrie - Reinhardt Wilhelm
Looking at Reinhardt's previous student, Brigitte, I can imagine Nora shifting from heavy artillery to focus a little more on her defense. The hammer stays, though. And not only does it stay, it gets an upgrade. One that it's sure to knock Grimm socks off! ...if they wore socks.
Pyrrha Nikos - Kratos
Kratos was a leader of many a military company and has spent much time as a father-figure of sorts, both to his own kids as well as Pandora. These all add up to a mentor who teaches Pyrrha how to wield every weapon she can, but masters the most dangerous and most effective one; herself. So we have a Pyrrha is both sure of herself and acting as a jack-of-all-trades.
Lie Ren - Zaraki Kenpachi
Ren may not look like too different from his original iteration, but this boy has scars from how intense his training can get. In fact, his whole combat routine is simply "fight the biggest one". It sometimes scares Nora with how reckless he can get, especially when she's been the one to provide first aid on more than one occasion.

I am chronically unable to keep fics to myself so enjoy this thing that's been on my mind since I reread an old ask
Adam knows oblivion. He didn’t used to; for twenty-three years of life, it was a concept and nothing more.
By its very nature it is unknowable until he is, at once and without warning, exhumed from it. Sensation crashes through his spinning mind: the ground under his boots, the weight and feel of his clothes, the air rushing into his lungs when he pulls in a reflexive breath.
His remaining senses wash over him in the aftershock of abrupt existence: the oily scents of industry and garbage; the clash of steel and shouted cries; and his sight. White at first, it clears to permit him a view of the fight reaching his ears.
He’s in a warehouse. Some kind of shipping hub, judging by the towering shelves full of boxes and stacked pallets. On, around, and between those shelves are swarms of people dueling in the deep shadows. Faunus. White Fang, by their clothes. Brightly dressed figures occupy the centers of the chaos.
He’s been aware and taking all of this in for a mere second before he’s moving. It’s not his own will that guides him, not really. It’s an urge. A need. He has to protect the one behind him. He has to.
And so he watches in horror as his blade carves through every White Fang member in his path. The first few don’t even move. They’re staring at him as he’s staring at them, all of them struck dumb.
What he sees of himself explains their reactions as much as his violence does: his limbs and weapons are icy white and blue, trailing frost like smoke.
He tries to stop but his body is a machine that bucks his control. Corpses fall around him. The faunus are shouting now, screaming his name, except they’re not targeting him except to slow him down. They’re trying to get to the one behind him—
They cannot do that.
He moves faster. His face is carved into a snarl but it’s the visage of a beast with its leg in a trap. He can’t escape whatever has a hold on him. He can’t let them get to her. He wants to but he can’t.
He wants to close his eyes. Apologize. Order the ones who haven't already run to get away from him, from whatever puppets him. He wants to and he can’t. There’s a wall between his will and his flesh. He’s a tool. A weapon. Nothing more.
Blood stains his blade, his hands, his face. The few Fang remaining have thrown down their weapons. Held up their hands. Fallen to their knees.
Back away, he begs himself. He steps closer.
Sheath your sword, he pleads. He raises it.
“STOP!”
He freezes. The boy he’d nearly decapitated—a teenager, no older than sixteen—looks up at him in abject fear. There’s blood on his face too, the blood of all his friends Adam had just killed.
It’s silent, or nearly so. The woman who’d cried for him to stop is gasping. She sinks to her knees with an audible thunk of flesh on concrete.
“How?” someone he can’t see whispers. His skin crawls; he knows that voice.
“Weiss?” Another voice, less familiar.
“Who is that?” A third voice, younger than the other two.
All the speakers are behind him. All he sees are the four kids trembling at his feet. Not so long ago he would’ve relished their fear as a sign of his growing power. Now, it makes his stomach churn.
Blood still drips from his sword. He tries to lower it. He tries to sheath it. He tries to tell them to run. It all, again, fails. He digs ragged mental fingers into that wall.
The gasps behind him turn to disbelieving sobs. “I didn’t—I wasn’t—not him! I-I couldn’t—“
“Breathe,” the third speaker advises. “Just breathe.”
He endures another round of unsteady sobs briefly interrupted by attempts at steady breathing. The wall between him and his body cracks under his mental assault; his fingers twitch. The faunus flinch.
“I-I don’t know what happened. They’re always difficult to c-control at first but,” she hiccuped, “this was different. It—he—wouldn’t listen. I wasn’t even trying to summon him!”
The wall shakes. He gains control of his face.
“Run,” he mouths at the faunus. They stare. Glance at each other. And then scramble to their feet and away, leaving their weapons behind in their fear.
“What—“
“Hey!”
Adam spins and levels his sword at the red-cloaked girl trying to run after them. She goes still with wide silver eyes that fix on his.
“Weiss?” she asks.
“I can’t dispel him, Ruby. I’m trying!”
Dispel. Dispel him? He tightens his grip on this ghostly version of Wilt.
“Are your summons…sentient?”
“N-no. Not really. I mean, they’ve all been Grimm until—until now.”
When Ruby next speaks, the question is directed at him: “Who are you?”
His weapon dips. Past her, he sees the blonde whose arm he severed so long ago. He sees Blake. And he finally sees the one controlling him. White hair, white skin, white clothes. Revulsion rips through him, revulsion so deep it obliterates the wall’s remains and slams barefaced into the howling need to protect the Schnee.

As huntresses, they spend a lot of time apart on missions. Sometimes it's impossible to reach each other on the scroll so Weiss came up with a little way to know Blake is okay and let her know she is also okay and thinking of her.
Petals
The small butterfly summons leave to seek the person Weiss is thinking of the moment she creates them.
Tiny and fragile Petals can travel great distances without much effort or aura from Weiss but will easily break if hit by something or caught in the rain.
When a butterfly reaches its destination it will land on the person before simply shattering, letting Weiss know they have found them.
The butterfly will try to reach the person even if it has to squeeze through the tinniest spots but if completely unable to do so for a long time it will land on the spot right above the their location and wait until it shatters or gets a chance to fulfill its purpose.
If the person she is thinking of is no longer alive or in an impossible spot the summon will stay stationary where it's created, if the summon is already on the way it will simply return back to Weiss.

I love researching fight scenes for fics, trying to remember what a character can do, because What do you MEAN Weiss just straight up pierced Hazel's whole ass liver, girlie he NEEDS that, without a liver he's a dier.
Even with his insane aura levels, I have respect for Hazel fleeing that encounter while his organ is slowly being sewn back together--

Special Senses?
“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
-Newton's Third Law
His eyes were open, his frantic gaze scanning his surroundings as panic spread through his entire being. His chest ached as his heart hammered at an erratic rate, each beat feeling like a hammer striking from within as his body tensed up ready to strike at moments notice. He felt cold and his skin clammy, no doubt from having woken up in a cold sweat from his troubled slumber. It felt as though an eternity had passed as he searched for any kind of danger or threat, before his senses took hold and Jaune Arc realized that he had awakened from a nightmare.
He was not in the ruined and war torn grounds of the once prestigious Beacon Academy, but was instead safe and sound in his sisters home in Argus.
He was not surrounded by ravenous Grimm or bloodthirsty White Fang insurgents, but was in the guest room that he was sharing with Ren.
He did not hear the anguished cries of his fellow students falling in battle or the horrified screams of innocent civilians be slaughtered, but was met with the comforting hum of the heater in the room.
And he hadn't been reaching out to Pyrrha in an desperate attempt to save her as she was being cruelly struck down by Cinder Fall, but had instead had woken up the reminder of his failings.
The sudden sense of relief Jaune felt was instead replaced with a familiar biting bitterness as he exhaled a long sullen sigh.
Jaune: “Another day, another nightmare. What else is new?”
He mused aloud to himself, before he looked over the room again to make sure he hadn't woke Ren up during his nightmare induced panic. However, Jaune quickly noted that Ren was absent from his neatly made bed and it took him a moment to realized that Ren was in the city with the others. Ren mentioned that they were heading into the city to explore and unwind though Jaune politely declined saying that he wanted a little time to himself yesterday. And judging by the fact that Jaune hadn't either been rudely ripped out of his bed by rambunctious Nora or was being poked and prodded by a far to eager Ruby, that Ren must have made a very convincing excuse for Jaune's absence. Jaune sent out a silent thanks to the man who was practically his brother for that, but considering the state he was in at the moment maybe being alone wasn't the greatest of ideas.
However, that train of thought was quickly dismissed just as fast as it had been considered as Jaune realized that he'd be bringing the mood down and he really didn't want to come off as a Debbie downer during a group outing.
Jaune: “Though, I also don't want to have them hovering over me and asking if I'm fine every ten seconds...”
Jaune muttered aloud, grimacing at having to deal with his friends being constant worry warts throughout the day. It was at this point that Jaune had decided now was the time to get out of bed and try to at least get something productive done for the day. Jaune managed to untangle himself from his blanket prison and to get out of his bed before he slowly made his way to the guest bathroom. With every step he took Jaune felt heavier and heavier as if an invisible weight kept pushing down upon him, before finally made it to his destination. He automatically reached out for the handle of the sink as he turned on the cold water. Cupping his hands together, Jaune placed them under the ice cold stream before lowering his face and splashing the water to his face. The effect was immediate: the sudden feeling of the cold water meeting has face got him out of his post sleep delirium and allowed him a little more focus. He went to turn the faucet off, before becoming distracted by his reflection in the mirror. He was greeted with a very unbecoming sight: dull bloodshot eyes, dark purple bags, matted blonde hair and and overall haggard look.
Jaune stared deeply into his reflection, as if trying to look deep within himself for an answer to a question he knew had no solution or maybe even some kind of deep personal insight that might have helped make the weight he bore a little more bearable. But as always, Jaune was only met with a blank expression staring back at him and left with the same hollow feeling as always.
Jaune: “...I guess it's going to be one of those days again, huh?”
                                             =-=-=-=-=-=-=
-Argus
Ruby: “Come on Weiss, don't be such a party pooper!”
The gang, minus Jaune, were currently out enjoying some rest and relaxation in the middle of Argus proper. Though Blake had excused herself to go browse a book store and Qrow had wandered off... somewhere, leaving Ruby alone with Weiss, her sister and Ren and Nora who were currently in middle of a conversation as they discussed going to a local cafe that served amazing tea, though Ren appeared skeptical of such a claim.  Ruby herself was in the middle of trying to convince Weiss of something, while Yang looked on with an amused smile at their antics.
Weiss: “I'm just being realistic Ruby, you're the one who's acting extra doltish today.”
Ruby: “Am not! Back me up Yang, I'm telling you it's a great idea!”
Yang: “Mmmmh, I don't know Rubes, I might have to go with Weiss on this one.”
Ruby shot her sister with a look of betrayal, before pointing an accusing finger at her smirking sister.
Ruby: “You're just agreeing with Weiss because-!”
Ruby cut herself mid rant, her entire being gone suddenly still in the middle of her pose. Her silver eyes has shrunk to the size of pin pricks and she had gone deathly quite. The effect was immediately noticed by Yang And Weiss, the two of them glancing at each other with unsure looks at the sudden change in Ruby's disposition.
Yang: “Ruby? Are you okay?”
Yang was met with silence and Ruby remained frozen in place as if she hadn't heard her at all.
Weiss: “Okay, you're acting weird Ruby. What is the problem?”
Again, they were answered with silence.
Weiss: “Don't ignore us Ruby! Stop being foolish and tell us-!”
Weiss hadn't even finished her sentence when Ruby suddenly loudly cried out.
Ruby: “SAD BOI SENSES, TINGILING! DON'T WORRY JAUNE, I'M COMING!”
And before with either Weiss or yang could react, Ruby had activated her semblance and disappeared in a burst of petals. She had nearly collided with a returning Blake before an also returning Qrow swiftly pulled the Faunas out of the way before she was bowled over by the tiny reaper. Sudden shock from the near miss quickly turned into utter bemusement before Blake turned to address the group.
Blake: “...What was that about?”
A question that had no answer, as both Weiss and Yang looked on with their jaws hanging at Ruby's departure. Ruby's sudden exclamation was so sudden and out of the ordinary that it left the two girls speechless, before they were brought back to reality as Nora broke the silence.
Nora: “Huh, she did it again Ren.”
Ren: “That she did. Jaune must be in a bad place today it seems.”
Nora: “Yeah, guess so... Well anyways! Back to that café Ren-”
Weiss: “What! What do you mean it happened again?!”
Yang: “And what does Jaune have to do with it?!”
Nora rolled her eyes, before she turned to address an annoyed looking Weiss, an angry looking Yang, a confused Blake, and an indifferent Qrow. Who, seemed more interested in looking in the direction that Ruby had sped off to than paying attention to Nora.
Nora: “Yeah, It happened again. This isn't the first time she's done this.”
Ren: “Probably won't be the last.”
Nora: “Yep, so about that café Ren-”
Yang: “Stop ignoring us, and give us answers Nora! Why is my sister crying out “Sad Boi” at the top of her lungs?”
Blake: “And what does it have to do with her just speeding off for no reason?”
Seeing as how she wasn't going to get back to her conversation anytime with Ren soon, Nora huffed out a breath before turning to address present members of RWBY.
Nora: “Well, it goes as such: whenever fearless leader has really bad days, Ruby somehow always knows.”
At the confused looks, Ren began to elaborate a little more.
Ren: “Somehow, someway, Ruby has developed a sixth sense as to whenever Jaune is in a horribly depressed state. And through this sense, she's able to know this no matter where she is, and is able to locate him, no matter where he is. It's quite uncanny, almost like a second semblance.”
Ren's explanation was met with a deafening silence as WBY stared at him with blank stares, processing everything that he said before finally Weiss broke the silence.
Weiss: “That is, without doubt, the most absolute inane amount of tripe that I've ever heard! Do you honestly expect us to believe that Ruby just somehow magically happened to know that Jaune is depressed? And that she can do this from no matter where she is?”
Nora: “...I mean, yeah? You just watched her do it, so its not like we're lying or anything.”
Yang: “Bullshit! I refuse to believe that my baby sister would just know that Vomit Boy is in a bad spot and that she'd just rush off with no warning! She's never done anything like before, and now she just starts doing it?!”
Blake: “I... have to agree with Yang and Weiss. It seems rather out of nowhere that Ruby is just able to sense when Jaune is in emotional distress.”
Nora huffed in annoyance at Blake's comment, before shooting them all a deadpan look.
Nora: “Yeah? Well so was the existence of magic or the fact that we travel with a guy who can literally turn into a bird, but I don't see any of you arguing any of that right now.”
Ren: “And to reiterate, you all just watched her shout “Said boi senses, tingling” and then speed off. I really don't know what more proof you need.”
Both Blake and Weiss winced at Nora's sardonic, but no less true response and reluctantly agreed that maybe such a thing wasn't that out of the ordinary in their already unordinary reality. The lone exception was Yang, who still was doubting them.
Yang: “No, I refuse to believe that my baby sister would just up an do something like that! That... that just doesn't make sense! You agree with me right Uncle Qrow?”
Yang turned to Qrow for support, only to see him still staring off into the distance of the direction that Ruby speed off too.
Yang: “...Uncle Qrow?”
Qrow: “...”
-Sixteen years ago-
Qrow and Summer were overlooking a map of the area they had become entrenched in. They were currently in the middle of a heavily fortified settlement on a mission to protect it from a horde of Grimm that had been attempting to wipe it out. The settlement was a vital supply spot that was part of the main supply train in Vale, and if it had the Grimm overran it would be a massive blow to both civilian lives and would cause a massive economic issue. Summer was pin pointing several spots where the Grimm seemed to be focusing their attention on, suggesting that they were being lead by either an experienced alpha Grimm or possibly an Elder Grim of some kind.
Summer: “Alright Qrow, here's what I'm thinking: we'll run some reconnaissance of these areas to see if we can identify anything that would suggest the Grimm are being lead by a unifying force. If we identify something, we'll make it a priority to take them out as quickly as possible and clean up what's rest of the horde.”
Qrow: “Think it might be “her” trying something?”
Summer: “Mmmmh, it's possible, but Ozpin didn't mention anything during our brief-”
Summer cut herself off as she went deathly still, her mouth frozen mid-explanation as her silver eyes shrank to the size of pin pricks. Qrow could only gape at the sudden change, before groaning in frustration as he palmed his face.
Qrow: “Oh Brother's, not now!
Summer: “SAID BOI SENSES!”
Qrow: “Summer!”
Summer: “TINGLING”
Qrow: “FOR GOD'S SAKE SUMMER, NOW OF ALL TIMES?!”
Summer turned to Qrow with a manic look in her silver eyes, snatching her weapon up as she readied herself to rush outside.
Summer: “TAI NEEDS ME QROW!”
Qrow: “FOR FUCKS SAKE SUMMER, WE'RE IN THE MIDDLED OF BEING BARRAGED BY GRIMM IN THE MIDDLED OF LITERAL NOWHERE AND TAI IS ABOUT A FIVE DAY JOURNEY FROM HERE TO PATCH! NOW IS NOT THE TIME-”
But Qrows words fell on deaf ears as Summer charged her eyes to the brim with magical energy, before rushing out of the tent that she and were in. There was a beat of silence, before it was broken as the sounds of roaring Grimm and loud fighting echoed through out the settlement.
Summer: “DON'T WORRY TAI, I'M COMING HOME BABY! THERE'S NOT A DAMN THING THAT WILL STOP ME EITHER!”
Qrow could only gawk at the complete chaos that followed in Summer wake, before he found himself slowly burying his face into his hands in complete and utter defeat.
Qrow: “...I'm far too sober to deal with this shit.”
-Back in the present-
A distant memory amongst many similar ones played throughout Qrow's head as he looked on with a numb look at his niece acting exactly like her mother to a T. Having all but completely ignored the presence of the others, Qrow could only slowly bury his head into his hands in familiar misery and frustration.
Qrow: “It's the second coming of Summer and Tai all over again...”
An awkward silence lingered in the air as Yang gave her uncle a baffled look at his sudden misery, while Blake and Weiss could only glance at each other with unsure looks. Nora rolled her eyes, before turning back to Ren with an expectant look.
Nora: “Okay, so we hitting this café or not Ren?”
Ren: “We can go, but I make no promises as to what I'll do if they mess my tea up.”
Nora: “I can live with the consequences, now lets go already!”
                                             =-=-=-=-=-=-=
As promised, here's the other revised and re-written version of one of my old posts. Much like How Jaune is summoned by Ruby's thighs, Ruby is summoned by his depression. And the apple doesn't far fall from the tree, much to Qrows chagrin. I had a fun writing this one, and I hope you all enjoy it. I've got some future posts in the works, so stay tuned for those. But as always, you're all wonderful people and thanks again for reading my posts. Stay Golden.

I still cannot BELIEVE the incredible storytelling in the Ace Ops vs RWBY fight in which the direct reason every single one of them goes down is because team RWBY were working in tandem with each other while the Ace Ops were fighting divided.

So... about time Weiss relearns time dilation and just reverses Jaune's aging right?
I mean, if he isn't dead. It's the least she could do after blasting him off a cliff.

Weiss is one of the strongest characters on Remnant and I'm tired of pretending she's not.
OK. Bold statement I know but, in this post, I will prove why I think that at the very least. So, in the show we know that Weiss can one:
Summon enemies she killed in the past
Summon just parts of past enemies (Worthy)
Can change the size of her summons (Unforeseen Complications)
Her summons can teleport through her glyphs (Dread in the air)
Make platform glyphs
Augment her glyphs using dust (there are 12 kinds btw)
Can control and manipulate dust (Ice fist the tournament and Lighting the candles in Brunswick farm)
Can use her what seem to be base glyphs to hold things in place (End of White trailer)
Can use (what I call) “Moonshot” (End of White trailer)
Has excellent fencing and sword fighting skills
Can skate on her glyphs
Use time dilation
Tactical minded (wiki)
And based on what I can gather most likely has a lot of aura since apparently according to the wiki. Semblances use aura as a power source. With how semblance heavy Weiss’s fighting style is she should have something close to Jaune’s level
Also, it can be used as power source apparently (JLxRWBY P1)
With all of this I feel as though it really just takes a little bit of creativity and suddenly Weiss can best 95% of the characters in RWBY. But Weiss has low endurance and glyphs are breakable. Is what you might be saying and honestly that just straight up doesn’t make sense like, how many years has she trained in order to be a huntress.
Fencing is not easy to learn and having a good base of endurance is necessary in order to learn any weapon because how tiring it can be to hold a weapon. Now I’m not saying Myrtenaster is as heavy as Crescent Rose or something but even something that is lightweight can become insanely heavy when you have to use it for a long time.
Now getting into some interpretation territory, why would Weiss who comes off as a hardworking studier who seems to be a perfectionist not have a good base of endurance when she knows that Grimm isn't just going to wait for her to catch her breath real quick. Some arguments I’ve seen used for Weiss’s lack of endurance are the White Fang lieutenant smashing her head into the ground and trying to decapitate her and Nora hitting her into a concrete pillar.
This is horrible reasoning in my opinion as to why Weiss has low endurance. Do you really think that the other girls could have survived that hit on the train? Do you think Blake could’ve totally tanked that hit and been fine? Ruby? Hell Yang? Yang got taken out by a weaker hit in the same fight sequence.
In Yang and Neo’s fight, Yang misses all of her punches while Neo lands a couple of hits on Yang then throws Yang into the metal roof and knocks her out.
Weiss on the other hand lands all her attacks and was then grabbed out of the air and had her fucking head slammed into the metal floor then throw into the air and almost decapitated by a fucking chainsaw. Like what, who the fuck could’ve survived that hit cus it sure as shit isn’t Yang.
And the Nora food fight once again I ask could Blake survive that hit? Could Ruby? Sure, I think Yang could’ve but that doesn’t change the fact that just about anyone else couldn't. So, in conclusion I think Weiss is one of the strongest characters in RWBY.
Also here are some of my ideas of how cool but OP Weiss’s semblance can be.
Summon a Beowulf dual wielding great swords
Use water dust to recreate a dolphin uppercut paying homage to final fantasy
Have her use any kind of dust to make copies of her friends and make them move
Use wind and ice dust to mimic a voice box and copy others voices
Use time dilation at all
Use the “Moon shot” more as that was really cool
Have a sparring match with everyone else with no semblances being used as a rule
Use any other dust than just gravity, ice, fire and electric
Have Weiss cover the ground in ice and use her ice skating abilities to her advantage
Summon an army of small Grimm to crawl on her opponents to unnerve them
Summon a really big Grimm
Summon a small Grimm and recreate old kaiju movies like Godzilla
Use her summons as entertainment like a dinner and a show
Have a butler Beowulf that has a little bowtie
Have her kill steal new enemies so she can summon them later
Have her insist that she gets all final blows to be able summon it later
Go hunting with beowulfs and Atlesian knights
Have her crush a building by using gravity glyphs
Have her throw a building using gravity glyphs
Show Weiss sewing dust into her clothing
Show Weiss doing maintenance on Myrtenaster
Have Weiss be indignant about Myrtenaster being use a charger for everybody's scrolls
Have Weiss sleep with Myrtenaster right next to her on the bed like Ruby
With how rich Weiss is at the beginning of the story have her pay people to build robots and mechs with wild and wacky abilities and have her “fight” them so she can summon them
Have her ride her summons (beowulfs, griffons, nevermores, ect)
Have her summon all of her fluffiest summons and cuddle them
Have her summon her paladin and manually wreck shop in it
Use her summons as recon in stealth situations
Use a fire glyph and platform glyph to cook food
Have her cuddle a boarbatusk to sleep
Hold an enemy in place using a gravity glyph and drown them using a water glyph
Use two gravity glyphs to break an enemy’s bones or collapse their organs
Use a gravity glyph to hold an enemy in place
Use a gravity glyph to rip the weapon out of an enemy's hand
Use a gravity glyph to shoot their bullet right back at them
Have her use platform glyphs in every picture so she the tallest one
Have her freeze tree bark so she can fix her appearance
Have use a plant glyph (yes that is a dust type) to make flower crowns for her team
Have her use a plant glyph to make poison plants appear
Have her use a plant glyph to get healing herbs
Have a gag wear she walks away and makes a rock house using a rock glyph
Have her cover the ground in rock glyphs and have them shoot up to attack
Have her mix gravity and lightning dust to make a magnet and steal peoples silverware when they're not looking
Have her blow dry her hair with a wind glyph
What are some of your ideas? and why do you think Weiss got so shafted by the writing team.

Mentor au) ya know when you look at it the entire cast is way stronger and better off than cannon but the two who won out the most are jaune and yang. Jaune gets adaptive learning from his dragon warrior training which allows him to infinitely grow his skills. Meanwhile yang learns absolute violence from the orkz fightiness letting her infinitely ramp up in her ability to inflict violence in new or more effective ways. Wonder how initiation goes now?
The air on the cliffside of the Emerald Forest was particularly cold this morning. Last night at Beacon was unsurprisingly eventful, when considering all of the new initiates showing up. Staring down at the metal plates under their feet, all of which was surrounded by a thick ring of salt, some couldn't help but be reminded of last night's bland "easy-meal" made in preparation for the vast collection of students arriving.
"Ugh..." Groaned the slightly bigger than average student at Beacon. "I could really go for some good food right now."
"Hey, think of it like this," Po said, rubbing Jaune's shoulders, "when we get done, we can have as much food as we want!" The thought made Jaune drool a bit from his goofy, smiling face.
"Ugh, how vulgar." Weiss sneered.
"Ignore him, Weiss." Alucard said, not looking anywhere beyond the horizon. "Your task lies ahead. Focus upon it and nothing else." Weiss did as she was instructed and focused on the horizon as well, running through her list of spells.
"This is gonna be so much fun, huh, Rein? Ren? Zaki?" Nora asked, practically bouncing on her feet.
"Patience, kleine." Reinhardt shushed, patting her armored backside. "There will be enough time for excitement later!"
"Mm." Ren nodded, hand on his longblade. Still, there was something off about Nora and Reinhardt right now.
"Something stinks." Zaraki growled from behind Ren. "And it's something to do with that salt, I bet."
"Are you nervous?" Kratos asked Pyrrha, who was breathing deeply.
"Should I not be?" She asked, opening her eyes to the forest ahead. She cut off her teacher before he could continue. "But I won't let it distract me." He nodded in reply.
"Oh, yeah~!" Yang smashed her huge gauntlets together with an even huger grin. "Time to get down there and show 'em what we're made of~!"
"You won't get the chance." Blake said, pulling her hood further over her head.
"Huh?" Ghazghkull rumbled. "Wass thah 'umie talkin' 'bout?"
"Don't expose yourself too soon, Blake." Ezio warned.
"Um, Professor, Headmaster, sir?" Ruby raised her hand. "What exactly is this initiation?" And though she didn't voice it, she was also concerned by the lack of her mentor standing beside her.
"We will be testing your survival skills in the Emerald Forest." Professor Ozpin answered. "Within this forest lies not only Grimm, but also a set of relics in the temple. You are to retrieve the relics and bring them to the rendezvous point as soon as possible. The exam ends once the sun has set. The purpose of this exam is also to determine who your partners will be until your graduation from Beacon. That is, if you survive."
"You cannot hear me, Little Rose," Death said, standing beside Ozpin, "But know that I wish you the best of luck."
"So, uh, will there be food on the flight there?" Jaune asked, instinctively rubbing his belly.
"There will be no flight." Metal suddenly ground as a student was sent into the air. "Not by bullhead, that is."
"Okay," Jaune gulped, "And, uh, is there some kind of device that will catch us before we fall?"
"No. You will be falling." More students shouted as more catapults launched.
"Uh-huh," Jaune felt a cold sweat run down his back, "and, uh, w-where exactly are our parachutes?"
"There are no parachutes. You will be coming up with your own landing strategy." All the catapults had launched except for Jaune's.
"There's a landing strategy?!" Po shouted in dismay. "What's a landing strategy?!"
"Uh, okay, okay. So, uh, sir, what exactly is a landing strate GEEEEEEEEE!"
"Best of luck to you," Ozpin smiled, "my new students."
