We can avoid medical emergencies by taking care of the day to day stuff. Here are some smart & wise choices we can invest in - Annual Checkup. - Using good quality oils while cooking in moderate quantity. - Cooking foods on low flame (Slow cooking) to keep intact their nutritional values. - Good quality workout gear and shoes. - Investing in good workout class/coach. - Investing in supplements that are needed to fulfill for nutritional deficiencies. - Taking up a coaching program to work on your health goals.
