I am trying to do my bit while in 12 week shielding (I think I am on week 4 but who knows, I’m into the timeslip now!) and am crocheting hearts for nurses to give to grieving relatives. I’ve been teary-eyed with every stitch; the nursing staff give one to the relatives and leave one with the deceased so that they have some connection when they can’t be there. Just give me five minutes....please? Not the best picture and literally all of them being bathed, clean crates with no poo or pee or pee pad confetti will last only minutes.
