Stefanie Feldman - Born and raised in Southern California, Stefanie followed her sister’s footsteps attending the University of Arizona. After graduation, armed with just two suitcases and a backpack, she bought a one-way ticket to NYC with nothing lined up. A couple jobs, a layoff, a breakup and four snowy winters later, (the period she describes as her “grad school to life”), she decided it was time to be closer to her family and sunnier days. She landed a place in Santa Monica, finding solace just a few blocks from the ocean. Stefanie dedicated nine more years to the interior design world before taking a courageous shift. She transitioned into a Product Manager role at a Virtual Reality startup where she worked with Government and DoD entities, none of which she knew anything about previously. Amid a demanding job and personal challenges, from heartbreak to a devastating loss, Stefanie’s resilience led her to forge her own path. After four years in VR, she made the bold choice to leave her job without a backup plan, describing it as one of the most difficult yet empowering decisions she’s ever made. Post-departure, she took time to recalibrate mentally, emotionally, and physically through yoga, hiking, pickleball, going to the beach and spending more time with family and friends. She's now committed to developing her own consulting business, aimed at empowering small business owners to overcome the overwhelm. Her approach centers on shaping a clear vision, supported by guidance and actionable steps, to illuminate the path forward.
