Im (not) sorry guys, but the scene where Enid leaves the dorm is so very very break up coded and everything after that. Like, Wednesday full on MOURNED that “friendship” (quotations bc they’re gay) but couldn’t care less when her (supposed) love interests were pissed at her. She only cares when ENID is mad and ENID is upset, that’s when she is also upset. THAT is when she knows she messed up.

So I just watched the school for good and evil movie, mostly for Kit Young, and the two main girl characters essentially recreated the main story beats of the scene from beauty and the beast where belle’s love saves the beast, complete with a kiss on the lips, only to then reiterate that their love is “best friends only” AND I just went in the tag to find out that in the books these two girls are SIBLINGS?????? I think this is the most convoluted case of queer baiting I have ever experienced and my head is SPINNING netflix pls you’re going to give the kids watching this a COMPLEX

Watched Saltburn earlier. Went for Barry Keoghan, stayed for Ewan Mitchell’s 5 minutes of screen time. Spoiler alert: I was totally not expecting a guy who eats Snickers like a total psycho to be the most normal and sane person in the whole film. Also I swear I was fooled by Oliver’s Nick Carraway act for at least 75% of the film before *that* one scene happened
