Can someone help me figure out what was said in the portion where a bunch of Po's "inner voices" are talking over each other? I could only figure out a few lines and I kind of want a transcript or something.

A more audible inner voice says, "...Punching ironwood trees? How long did you have to do that?" which is a nice reference, and maybe something buried in the dialogue was funny. I'm just curious. Thanks!

okay but what does saying 'I love you' to someone mean? because there are those I've never said it to but I love them. and as much as I hate it, I've said it to those I don't think I ever loved. I think that's because we don't usually put too much meaning into the words we use and we haven't ever been taught to. we also feel caught up in emotions that are so transitory or feel obligated to say it in return so as to not hurt someone's feelings. I think I've only ever liked most people I've said I love you to. so what did that ever mean? now, however, when I say it to someone and when they say it to me, I want it to mean: I care about your wellbeing and I am here for you in whatever ways you communicate and I can accommodate. always. I see oranges and think about you and buy a dozen and if we were in the same city, I'd drop them by your apartment. when I say certain words the way I say them, I hear your voice because I now say them the way you do. even when I make new friends or have a partner, the tenderness I have in my heart for you will not be reduced nor shooed in a corner irrelevant. wherever I go, if I see the trinkets you like, I'll buy them for you even if I don't give them to you until a year later. I'll understand the ways you need to be cared for when you're going through a hard time and I'll be there for you in those ways. I'll understand your love language and show you mine and work out ways in which they can align because I want to love you in a way you feel loved. I'll buy you fruits when you're sick and I'll come to the doctor with you too. we will build a language of our own with inside jokes and analogies and pieces of each other. but above all this, if you say you love me, you must first respect me. because you know love? sure it may be strong and all conquering or whatever but also it is fickle and subject to dramatic changes over time. love is not reliable. but if you respect me and I respect you, it's independent of the love. and somehow even stronger, more foundational. if you respect someone, you see them as a whole being in all their glory and all their human imperfections and you admire them and you hold them in high regard and you will always want to be considerate towards them. respect doesn't have much to do with how they are with you but how they are as a person in general and to everyone. and so, yes, I love to hear you say that you love me. and no, I don't want to ration my 'I love yous'. but I can't say it to you sincerely if I don't respect you first. and I don't like saying things without sincerity.
