AUs: A Familiar Foxtrot (M) by Whatwewrote which is an AU where Nadja is a vampire and Laszlo is her familiar, or Fine Things (T) by fangingout which is a snippet of an AU where they are the characters in Our Flag Means Death

Canon-divergent AU: The Master (M) by nea9 is a long story that diverges strongly after season 3 and heavily deals with Nadja's character, including her love with Laszlo

Nadja and Laszlo having sex with other people too: so ambitious for a juvenile (M) by ghostoftonantzin is a crossover with the book My Uncle Oswald, which I haven't read but I have vague familiarity with, and it's fairly easy to get the gist even if you don't know it. Room at the Back (E) by nightcarbird is about a threesome with Nandor at the start of season 4. she had a chassis like an xjs (a skull like a high priestess) (E) by ghostoftonantzin is about Laszlo and Nadja prepping Jenna for an orgy via a threesome.
