#typing this as i listen to javelin #the past few weeks haven't been the kindest but i am trying to rid myself of the notion that help is something to reach for #only when things are past enduring... when that shouldn't be the case just because i can and i have #it's been this reminder among many others #so on that note i'm trying to book an initial psych consultation soon hopefully before the year ends #which isn't easy because of the few doctors in the field + financial concerns #and it's a painful experience in itself to tread through all the limitations and obstacles of the medical world #it isn't something i already have a good relationship with in the first place but it's worth trying in hopes of some ease #anyway if you're reading this i love you and i am wishing sweeter days ahead for us
