Something I love so much about the finale, and the final sequence in particular, is the sheer number of easter eggs packed in. The rewatch value is insane. Vee and Luz graduated together, King got to play catch, Dana Terrace signed Luz’s writing scholarship, Hunter doesn’t have eyebags, Raine has a palisman, Eda is wearing Raine’s earring, Luz is wearing Amity’s necklace, the Hexsquad had matching Flapjack tattoos, Alador and Darius might have a thing for each other- and that’s just what I know of right now. We’ll be finding little things for days and days to come and what a wonderful goodbye that is

One of the things I love about TOH is that they portray a lot of different types of trauma, and not only that but they also show how everyone’s trauma is still trauma, even if it’s “not that big”. You have physical and emotional abuse portrayed with Hunter, right next to bullying and loneliness with Gus and Willow. You have years of built up trauma and emotional manipulation with Amity, along with loss of a loved one and the trauma that comes from being different with Luz. You have years of chronic pain, disability, and possibly ptsd with Eda, right next to being a kid during a war with King and The Collector. Not to mention the packages of pain that are Raine and Camila!

And nobody’s trauma is portrayed or treated as less than or unimportant, and I really like that because I think too often people will dismiss their struggles because “oh well, someone out there has it so much worse”. When like, yeah that one person may be drowning in an ocean of trauma, but people can and have drowned in pools or even buckets. So don’t think you’re struggles aren’t real or that it’s not enough suffering to be addressed-you deserve healing too.

Just reblogged art of Astarion covering Tav's mouth to shut them up and now I have a mighty need to write about Astarion and Tav in Baldur's Gate, separated from the rest of the party for a reason or another, in a romantic relationship, coming across one of those person Astarion do NOT want to come across because of shit he did in the past, so he drags Tav into a nearby alley, pins them against the closest wall, covers their mouth with his hand and whispers, firmly: "Not. A sound."

And he's busy checking they don't get caught but Tav is just standing there, having no idea what's happening, but letting Astarion doing what he wants because they trusts him, and thinking to themselves: "Hm. That's hot actually."

I was greeting my betrothed who just got home from work, we were hugging. They asked if I’d had dinner yet and I admitted I hadn’t.

Dana headcanons that the Collector, when traveling between dimensions, came across Bill Cipher a dorito, shrugged, and continued on his way

Zeno said that If Hunter and “his big brother” (Caleb? I assume?) could spend the day together, they would go to the zoo, eat junk food, stay up late, and sleep in

Mela thinks that if Kikimora went to therapy, she would write letters (using her hair claws) of apology to the people she’s wronged

Elizabeth said Camila’s palisman would be a chancleta

Avi thinks that Raine loves making collages and going on nature walks in their spare time

Dana added that King would enjoy helping out with the collages and the consensus became that Raine just hosts collage nights

Alex was adamant that Eda would not be afraid of the IRS (*in the Grunkle Stan voice* “SHE WOULD BE THE ONE TO TAKE THEM DOWN! THE PERFECT WOMAN!”)

According to Dana, the Healing Coven Head would have been "silent, stoic, and scary" if the show had gotten to explore her personality more. Apparently she would have been the only Coven Head Belos wasn't sure he could manipulate

Dana also said that the Oracle Coven Head might have known Kikimora's family (and possibly been the one who got her her job)

Cissy and Sarah-Nicole said that Luz would be the illustrator of Lilith's books on the history of the Isles

I got thinking more about it after I said something about in my other Raine post how it was the first time anyone other than the Clawthornes, and the trappers really, learned King was a Titan. But I have come to the realization that it was also the first time anyone else knew about Goop Belos. The hexside kids, the Collector, and Camila all know of course, but everyone else?? No idea that was a Thing. Eda and King's first look was the goop dragon! Raine though got possessed and then was just going through it afterwards.

This is their face directly after the Collector's spell wears off right before they start fighting back, with again minimal knowledge of what the heck was happening.

And this is when they catch on to Belos' plan about the Titan. They finally got free, realize what Belos means and just got up and went.

Honestly, Raine had no clue about anything that was happening and just went "Alright, that's odd. Moving on to stopping the evil.

This was probably the span of a few hours? Maybe?? Plus the thing with the kids and the Titan.

So I say once again Shout out to Raine for taking the whole wild day like a champ, rolling with it, and just doing what was needed. They earned that nap in the nest while cuddling Eda.

lots of ppl portray/think of kaveh cute and polite all the time and theres nothing against their interpretation etc but i love it when hes a bit of an ass and not just haitham being an ass (haitham comes off as an ass simply bc he doesnt care much about mincing words or appearing friendly and likeable; he absolutely knows how to, he just chooses not to)

(since most are like haitham = asshole, kaveh = sweet bbg AHSVJSD theyre both flawed and caring of each other u know (pls keep me from listing it all up, idk why i always wanna ramble in the late nights before sleep-))

haitham enjoys getting under kavehs skin and riling him up/debating with him (ever noticed he always does this half smirk like the little shit he is), kaveh def calls him an insufferable asshole and takes his stuff (they just take each others stuff and complain but if it bothered them genuinely, they would actually do smth about it to stop it ig)

anw its ok to have kaveh a bit mean, theyre just roasting and messing with the other and making out in the next sec prob
