Today I'll be having white chocolate cookies. A pretty basic variation on the classic chocolate chip, so there's really not much to say here. I went with Steve and Andy's for these.

These cookies are very crunchy and also a bit more dry than I would prefer. I'd recommend dunking, which works well for these cookies. There is something I find weird about the flavor that I can't quite pin down. I think it's either the caramelized sweet milk flavor they were going for or its the fact that these are gluten free. The white chocolate chips are on the small side, which isn't bad necessarily, but I would prefer the chips be more discernible while eating. Definitely not a bad cookie, but it doesn't really impress me either.
